Went in for a full inspection, proceeded to get it done in 15 minutes which was sketchily quick. Come to find out next day the car battery s leaking acid. Lack of more than 3 experienced technicians makes me wanna warn people to try another place.

They were super fast getting my tire repaired and an oil change. The best part was I bought hazard protection last year when I bought my tires so the tire was FREE! How cool is that?

Went in for a flat tire, I went to shop into Walmart, came back to something along the lines of "sorry, someone else came in for a 4 tire service and we are serving him before you because of reasons" awful decision making here

They toldusnthat they were open 8-3pm. We showed up and all the doors were locked and there were no signs anywhere. Called multiple times and they didn't answer. Finally got a hold of someone and were told they were on their hour lunch break. We waited an hour and no one still showed upm called again and finally they called the auto folx who said it would be another half hour. So clearly the hour lunch break is not just an hour. If anyone would have simply been willing to inquire about this we would have just come back later. Instead they wasted several hours of our day because no one was willing to actually contact the auto team.

They literally act like you are burdening them when you ask for an oil change. They never want to work, always say they are closed half of the day. Any female entering the building feels uncomfortable. Rudest, laziest people, especially to females.

The one on University has limited staff and continues to stay busy side note if you catch a flat and able to make it there to get it fixed they will not fix your tire if you have a nail or some type of puncture close to the side or on the side of your tire they do not do plugs learned that recently but the manager in the auto department was extremely nice

Hey when someone calls to ask how long it takes to get a new tire just out of curiosity because they haven t had to go through that before, maybe don t respond with the longer we re on the phone talking about it the longer it takes. I work in retail, this was absolutely an unacceptable way to talk to a customer.Service: TiresService: Tires

These people were so so nice to me and very knowledgeable about the service that they were providing did not try to overcharge me did not try to upsell me or anything that I was not interested in however he did give me the option between the cheap tires and the Goodyear tires which I ended up going with the middle brand because they seem sufficient enough for me the service was supposed to be in about an hour long I ended up staying there a little bit over 45 minutes and I made it home in my tires are still good thank you Walmart

I went to get my oil change and got there before the shop opened. Once open i had to wait a little over an hour because they are short staffed and could not write up orders and work them at the same time. But the staff was friendly and worked quickly to get my car in and out. Besides the wait i had no problem.

They don't take appointments and they seem to hire people that don't like to show up to their job much, but when they've actually done tire work for us they've done a decent job; not fantastic, but decent.

They are always short staffed. Everything in Peoria is short staffed. No ONE WANTS TO WORK; too easy to get WELFARE and Link. The Millennium CHILDREN that are 30 to 40 are LAZY, LAZY, LAZY. Don't have a pot to pee in or window to throw it out of.

Don t come here they are completely incompetent. They told me they couldn t press a tire due to 3 people ahead of me an hour and 15 minutes before closing. It literally takes like 20 minutes to press a tire. Oh, and as I was walking out of the auto shop there was one car being worked on and 3 mechanics standing around doing nothing. Mind you this was after we called and said we would be coming in. Poorly managed and just about everything else you would expect from East Peoria Walmart.

We bought tires from Walmart, and paid to have them balanced. Not even a month later and our tires need to be balanced again, so we went to good year in East Peoria for them to look at it, and it comes back that our tires weren t even balanced, and they put old weights on our tires!!!! I am absolutely livid!!!!!

I will not go there again to have a tire fixed. I went early in the morning and they were working on one person and I was only one there. They wrote up my ticket & pulled car in. When car pulled out I went up to pay and the man at the counter said they did not fix my tire because he put wrong model car on the ticket. Since then 7 more people came in. They take car by car as the ticket is written so I would have to wait for those 7 people before they did my car???? What ridiculous eventually after complaining (which I hate to do) the manager came and said they could move me up but they had to finish the 2 other cars they pulled in first. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was horrible, and still did not get an oil change after spending 1/2hour to 45 min.shopping,so Iwent to Big Ray's oil change to all of 15min or less very nice fellows... I won't go anywhere else now... Thanks Big Ray's on Western

I put in an order for tires they had in the store so all I had to do was drop my rims off. For some reason this order took ages and I eventually ended up cancelling the order and replacing it. It said it was delayed again and then I ended up going to the store and figuring it out before finally getting my tires.

Has to replace batteries in the Chevy 2006. Staff was very helpful on the phone and again once I arrived to purchase the batteries. Even helped me carry batteries to my car to install at home. Thanks guys.

I got a flat tire and took it into this Walmart Auto Care Center. They were very professional and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend getting the tire insurance because it cut the cost of the repair.

Don't chose this place if you have any other plans for the day. Almost 3 hours! But at least my car is up to date on oil change and tire rotation

The service was absolutely pathetic. They were short staffed and there was no communication to customers. I was there almost 3 hours for an oil change. If you are busy and there is going to be a longer than expected time to complete the work, tell the customer.

No one answers the phone when open (they have different hours then what's posted, I'd like it if they'd post new hours). Good service, mediocre prices, mediocre quality of supplies

Walmart has always had fair prices and competitive products and the product I have received from them I've never had to return any because of failure or a bad product
