Scott Johnson was absolutely awesome! He s quick to return calls or messages. He took the time to show us all about the vehicle and its features. Not pushy. Highly recommend him. He helped us with purchasing from out of state smoothly.

Buying my new car was an absolute pleasure. From the minute I stepped foot on the car lot until I drove off in my new car I was greeted with smiles. Spencer was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and could immediately answer the many questions that I had for him. Spencer was very professional yet made me feel totally at ease. I actually had fun buying my new Trailblazer. The loan officer was was also knowledgeable and made the loan process a pleasant experience. I even got an unexpected surprise. I saw Kathy while I was there. Over the years I have bought several cars from her. It was like running into an old friend. She is absolutely fabulous. EVERYONE on the floor was there to greet me with a smile.

I was greeted immediately. Test drove several cars and was treated respectfully. I got an appraisal on my car. And was out in a favorable amount of time. Made my decision at home. Received a call and set up a time to pick up my new car. The whole process went pretty well. I d recommend Uftring Weston to my friends and family.

Bought a car from here exactly 1 year ago. Put $7500 Down! Transmission went OUT within a year, no warnings at all. They would not help solve the problem. Wanted 7k to fix it. Offered 3k credit if I traded it in at their dealership. I will NEVER buy a car from them again!

My wife and I ordered our new XT5 about six weeks ago.We picked it up last Saturday, March 23rd. The entire process went flawlessly and the entire Uftring staff was quite excellent. We especially enjoyed working with our salesman, Spencer, who was outstanding and continues to do follow up with us. We HIGHLY recommend Uftring and ask for Spencer. I recommend the service department. I have taken in my Trailblazer a couple of times now for routine service and some recalls to be taken care of. They have always done a good job. I have gotten my vehicle ran through the car wash every time after it has been serviced. There was one minor mistake made on a recall, and with professionalism and fairness, they resolved the issue and that won my future business. I wish I could get on their mailing list for coupons as I bought my car at a different Chevy dealer, but if I went to them in the first place, I wouldn't have had to worry about that.

Justin, Kinsman, Austin and Steve were all amazing to work with at Uftring Weston Cadillac! They took time to answer all of our questions, were very accommodating, and worked hard to make things right for us. We live 2.5 hours away, but their professionalism and attention to detail earned our loyalty and respect. We will be back when need need to purchase another vehicle!

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. My sales lady Tena Nichelson was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at & bought and very nice & professional. The financing was also a very smooth process. Kinsman McGlothin did a great job of explaining everything and was also very nice & professional. The dealership was very clean and the staff I did encounter were all friendly. I would highly recommend Tena and Uftring Weston!!

Patrick was amazing. He knew I needed helping trading in my car, and it wouldn t be an easy task. Not once did he give up. He did find me something, and had the whole process done with in a couple of days! I never thought I would be able to get something new. Thank you for the hard work and dedication to your customers. It does not go unappreciated.

Everything was great. The only thing is I hate that you took away the punch card. That was a great perk. Plus I also like that you always washed my car but for the last 2 times I have been there you didn't do that also. Another great perk I guess that was taken away. Other than that it was great.

We have purchased 4 Vehicles from Uftring Weston Chevrolet/Cadillac. I can truly say that each time it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Tena Nichelson was our sales person most recently, and she was very knowledgeable and worked to find the vehicle we wanted. The entire staff is knowledgeable and know their customers. Kinsman helped with finance and is very knowledgeable and worked to get the best rate for us. It is nice to walk into a car dealership and be treated like family. From General Manager Brad Montgomery , and Sales Manager Steve Porter, who recognize you when you come in the building. That is not something you get at other car dealerships. If you are in market for a new or used auto, start and finish at Uftring Weston Chevrolet/Cadillac if you want the be treated like family.

My first time buying a new vehicle and I was so disappointed. My sales guy, SPENCER, was fantastic though. He was the only good experience out of the 15x going up there from Bloomigton. I brought a cashiers check for 2 High country's. The said they would holdxheck for 10 days before letting me have the trucks. I then I sent a wire and it sat doormant for 3 or 4 days and they never checked tosee if it was even there, THEN, SENT THE WIRE BACK! and when we said we would bring CASH..they said they needed a few days in advance so they could have enough people at dealership to count that much money, but would prefer to resend the wire that they sent back! Nothing but the runaround and so many wasted trips. It wasnt a good expeience at all. I really wanted Spencer to get the commission from the 2 trucks cause he was really good bUT his hands were tied I hate that we had to go elsewhere.

Brought my Suburban for rear main seal service and a new battery after serring it up with Chuck Keil. Total came to 1600 dollars and when I got it back it still had some malfunctions. Talked to Chuck and they immediately got me back in and solved both codes for no charge. I'm a Chevy lover so I appreciated getting great service after i told them I had a problem. Thanks Uftring Chevrolet!

Their service is ok but takes forever chuck is great but does not know how to deal with customers too well he gets the jobs done but is not very informing my Camaro has been there several times and it s always been this way i would like to see him improve

Had what we were looking for on the lot since we d already done our homework online and knew what we wanted. Will was a very nice salesman and helpful with showing the features of the vehicles we were looking at. Everyone at the dealership was friendly.

Bought my dream car from here, a 6th Gen Chevrolet Camaro SS. Absolutely love it! My only issue with it is the tires are too big for the rims and as a result, rub against the rear wheel wells when going over bumps in the road at certain speeds. William was my salesman, and he did great at showing me the car inside and out, answering any questions I had, & helping resolve an issue with the car. Also will say thanks to the finance manager Kinsman for his help. 4/5 stars.

Sandy Hartseil- sales consultant is the reason we buy our automobiles. Sandy has been loyal to us since 2008 when we bought our Avalanche. earlier years We bought a GMC envoy when ufring was Jim McComb early 2003- Stevie Hughes was our sales consultant -then Steve left - Sandy stepped up -then in 2017 we bought an equinox from her. This year we bought our 2020 GMC from her.Also the awesome Service Tech -Denise - who has been with us since the GMC Envoy - keeping the automobiles going that extra miles in tip top running -these ladies are reasons why we come back each time for our Automobiles. The ladies!!All the young folks thinking about learning the trade of sales - service - talk to these wonderful ladies. They can definitely teach you

Our sales consultant, Braedon Starberg was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, honest (believe it or not) while we were looking at a few vehicles for my wife. They had a great selection of 3rd row SUVS. I know we were a pain to deal with but he was extremely professional during the whole process. Will definitely be going here asking for Braedon for assistance when I m in the market for my truck. Every step of the process was smooth thanks to this great team.

My 2nd car from Ufrting. Excellent and exceptional service. Friendly staff. Very accommodating to my wife and I with our 2 young boys, very patient with us. Really needed this car, with not a lot down and ok credit, Braeden worked with us and was able to get us the best car for our situation with a payment that fits our budget. Doesn t happen like that too often, so him going above and beyond for us is greatly appreciated. Will be going back here when we want an upgrade.

10 out 10 recommend Justin Williams and the team there at Uftring Weston Chevrolet Cadillac they went out of their way to find me the vehicle I wanted and when my car unexpectedly got hit they honored the trade in value we talked about before it got hit. My wife brought our Suburban in for an oil change like we normally do. Two things happened that were very frustrating.1. It took over an hour for an oil change. Something that should take about 20 minutes when we have an appointment.2. After she left she had several places to go. I got a call several hours after she left saying the vehicle had low power and had all sorts of warnings going off.She met me where I was so I could look at it. I plugged in an OBDII scanner and found 3 active codes all related to intake manifold air pressure and no flow across the sensor.I opened the hood and found that the hose that should connect the air filter box to the intake manifold was not connected and was pointed straight down. The dealer had just dusted my engine. Dust and debris from inside the engine compartment and a few hours of driving has removed an unknown amount of my engine life.

Scott Elam in sales did a great job. In fact, the entire staff I've been exposed to has been completely transparent about everything and honest. I'll take that any day of the week. Pricing was also transparent, fair, and competitive. This is NOT the closest dealership to my house, but I am completely elated that I made the drive to give them a chance. I'll be back for the next new car for sure!
