Great all around experience. My salesman Charles was friendly and outgoing. The deal went through quickly and easily which is important to me as I am busy and don't like spending all day at the dealership when I buy a vehicle. My insurance money hadn't come in quite yet but a small deposit held my vehicle for about a week until the checks came in. When I took possession Charles made sure I understood the bells and whistles and was comfortable with my new ride. I was totally satisfied with my experience at Uftring Nissan.

Clean and well maintained show room. Everyone was very helpful. The floor manager was expecting me and came to great me even though was 30 minutes early he knew me by name. Charles, my sales representative, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. An overall great experience!

I have never been disappointed with my interactions at Uftring Nissan. The service is exemplary and I know that my voice/concerns will be taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner. Leasing or buying, I would never consider any other dealership and recommend it whenever I can.Friendly sales and service personnel make this a great experience where I never feel pressured! Chris Rocke is a wonderful salesman. He did not pressure me but fully explained the car and answered lots of questions. The discount of $11,000 was a huge incentive on a low mileage 2023. I highly recommend Uftring Nissan.

Every day for a week the air in one tire went down to 19. I was having to fill it up every evening in order to get home from work and knew there had to be something stuck in it. I was only able to bring my car in on Saturday and the guys in the service dept told me to bring it in at 8am and they would work me in. They got me in right away and even did an oil change for me! I told Craig that I needed to make an appointment for one and he said since it was going to be in the air the would go ahead and do it. These guys are really great. I have never had a bad experience here.

Worked with Curt. Was a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable and didn t feel pushed at all. Was not set on what vehicle I wanted, he took us to another lot to checkout the other vehicle options. Highly recommended.

The experience I received from the service department was very professional from the minute I drove into the service department. Craig was the service advisor that kept me informed on the status of my car. I requested a ride home, the driver Steve was so very polite and professional. He got me home safely and when my vehicle was repaired, he was at my home to pick me up. I was impressed with the service I received from Uftring Nissan, Inc.Sharon B.

My "new family" at Uftring Nissan turned my unfortunate situation (hitting a deer which totaled my 2019 Ford Edge Titanium due to all four drivers airbags deploying in addition to the massive front end damage), into a very easy, stress-free, smooth sailing experience of getting into my new car within a couple of days!! They sold me a car and still have not fixed the registration issue!!! It s been over a year! Went to dmv and they are telling me they will have to give me a branded title!!!! Stay away from this shady dealership! They don t verify vehicles odometer and you might end up with a rebuilt title!

Was just in for oil change and tire rotation. The people in the service department were very friendly and treated me very well. The waiting area is nice and has snacks and coffee which helps make the time go by a little easier. And the best part...they gave my car back to me cleaner than when I gave it to them.

My purchase was smooth and painless, I went in to get a keep compass BUT curt showed me the Nissan rogue and it was absolutely amazing. It was so much better than the compass and I love it to death. Would definitely recommend to all friends and colleagues.

It was an enjoyable experience. Which I ve found in the past when buying a car not all experiences are so enjoyable. Everyone treated our 2 year old like family, and spoiled her! It was refreshing and we were all comfortable! Beautiful dealership! They worked with us, and heard out my concerns. Best part though, we were in and out within a few hours from start to finish! I appreciate they respected our time. Lastly, I LOVE my new Nissan! Charles Baker was wonderful to work with! We will be recommending Uftring to family and friends! Thanks again, everyone!

I purchased. Nissan Rogue 2023. I was suppose to receive $500 cash for purchasing this vehicle and have yet to receive it. They also owe me $18.xx for underpayment of my vehicle I received from my bank the payoff and they also kept my $18.xx dollars. Their staff is very rude. The finance manager does not work with you and the manager Lennie Schmidt is very rude and did nothing for us to resolve this .Now they want me to pay for an app to remote start my vehicle which was included in my purchase. Stay away from that peoria dealership. Rate them a 1 out of 10!!

Over the past few weeks I had traveled around to various dealers, spoken to both sales and finances teams, and test drove multiple vehicles. My husband suggested we make one more stop before making our decision, so we contacted Nissan of Peoria.Right from the get go we were matched with Wesley from the sales department. He was extremely attentive, personable, and knowledgeable through the whole process. We were also impressed with Brandon in financing. He understood our needs and wants and was very professional getting us that.Had we not continued our search that led us to Nissan of Peoria, we would have purchased the Kia Sportage but the people made the difference.
