Very satisfied with the work completed here!! Had to wait for an appointment that was three months out due to them being very busy. They worked with me when the insurance was being difficult. And let me take some repairs off so the price was a little cheaper. It s only been a few days but it seems like they did a really good job and I m very satisfied.

Very professional, friendly and they do great work. Good communication along the way as well. They restored our car back to new condition after an accident and it looks brand new. Highly recommended!

I was directed to come to Turks by my insurance after someone hit the left side of my car and did some pretty extensive damage. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with them. The receptionist was always kind and polite whenever I talked to her. They made sure to keep me updated on my car when they found more damage to it and let me know it would be a bit longer. They even went and contacted the rental car company to let them know I needed the car longer. When I went to pick up my car, they called the rental company for me to get it returned so I didn't have to worry about it.And let me say this, my car looks like it's straight off the lot! You can't even tell that it has been in an accident. They even cleaned the interior and exterior. If I ever need anything done again, I'll definitely be going to them!

From start to finish I had a great experience at Turks I had my estimate done within 10 minutes of entering the door. They called me and told me there were a couple extra scratches they saw and for a good price they could take care of it. Also, once my vehicle was finished they had it cleaned and that was a huge shock for me. I m very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anybody.

Third time I have used Turks. Paint and body work is exceptional....... however they had to take off rear door and re-install. Door pops when opening. Truck did not do this prior to coming to shop. I took it back to them and they blamed it on a bad hinge and would not make it right. The door did not pop or have any problem opening or closing before it came in for repair. In fact if there was a problem with the hinge , why did they not contact or inform me of this problem before they took the door off? For this reason I am very disappointed and will not be using them again.Service: Body & Trim

Just got my truck back from Turks Collision repair. Wow!!! Just moved here last year and they came highly recommended. From estimate to completion, they were fantastic. Communicated with me, let me know about parts that were ordered and status, cleaned and detailed the vehicle, performed a 27 point inspection, and left mints and touch up paint in the cup holder. Have had body work performed before but this was above and beyond. Thank you for being so professional.Service: Body & Trim

I'm giving this place five stars because even though it's a costly experience, even with a low deductible you are probably not here for the complimentary coffee. However the staff is really good and the quality of work is simply outstanding. When I got my car back it was like I had just got it off the showroom floor. And I'm not exaggerating one bit at all. I don't know if they offer detailing only service oh, but I am planning to find out because how I got my car back.

We took our truck for repair on the front, the back bumper, and a large scratch on the side. The price was reasonable. And I was so happy with the quality of the work. My truck was returned fully cleaned and vacuumed. Their attention to detail is outstanding.

The first accident I was in Turks Collision was where my insurance directed me to go. I was given an estimate & after looking further there were more needed repairs. I was updated & still had my vehicle back within two days of dropping it off.The second accident I chose Turks Collision on my own because of how pleased I was the first time. I was initially paying out of pocket but as they looked further, like before, more repairs were needed. They called to update me on this to see if I wanted to pay or put it through insurance again. I was able to make a claim & give them the claim number so they could start on it right away since my vehicle was already there. They answered any questions I had regardless of how ignorant I probably sounded. The vehicle was done three days after drop off. I was unable to pick it up because of work, so my grandparents did. When I got home I had to grab some stuff out of my car & they went above & beyond with cleaning the interior. I believe they also filled my washer fluid? They are extremely hassle free & I would recommend them to anyone! I don t normally make reviews but I am just so pleased & appreciative of their work.

It's the fine details. They were extremely thorough, so do not get mad if they add time to their estimate. I promise, it's worth it. They worked with me on everything. They took excellent care of my vehicle. My vehicle was a roll over accident, and you cannot tell anything had ever happened. It actually rides smoother now than it ever did. They left me some touch up paint and mints. Nothing was missed nor was a single corner cut. These guys are the absolute real deal. Highly recommend, not enough stars to provide my level of happiness with them.I needed to add an update. Because it was summer when they worked on it, they didn't have my hard top. When I put the hard top on, there were leaks. They spent a bunch of time making it right and took the time to deliver my vehicle to me, twice, during the process... These guys deserve top recognition. Don't go anywhere else!

Very seamless process, friendly and professional service. I was super happy to see my car look like brand new again when I picked it up. Zach was very knowledgeable and patient over the phone about questions I asked as well concerned the repairs on my car and he made sure to explain to me everything. They got my car down a day earlier than expected. Highly recommend!!

They did a phenomenal job of making my car look even better than before it was damaged. They even cleaned the interior and exterior. Highly recommend. Staff was friendly and I felt like my car was in good hands. They even got my car done a couple days earlier than expected and were very patient with me

Highly recommend! This place did a great job. My repairs were done in about 6 days and when I got back in my car it was so clean! They vacuumed, cleaned the cup holders, wiped down the dash, gave it a car wash and much more! Above and beyond what I was expecting! Thanks!

Took my car in this past Monday, got it back by Friday & it looks amazing! They even fixed my windshield wiper & I didnt even know anything was wrong with it! They were quick, efficient, worked well with the persons insurance who wrecked my car & provided quality work! I will always recommend them!!!!

Stopped by to get an estimate for some damage from a basketball goal falling on the top of my vehicle. He seemed nice until I told him I didn t have the insurance adjusters estimate with me. He then acted like I was wasting his time and I had to ask again if I could get an estimate because I would not be back in the area anytime soon. After he looked at the damage he proceeded to give me a card for paintless dent repair which is not able to fix the damage. He refused to give me an estimate and I will never go to this shop for any repair in the future. You need to take care of the customer and not look to maximize your profit. I feel this was true way to show how dishonest the company is and I would not trust them to do the work after my horrible experience.

About 2 weeks ago, on my way home from work I hit two deer. A good chunk of the passenger side of my car was damaged. As a State Farm preferred autobody shop I was able to have the expertise of Turks Collision fix my 2015 Chevy Trax. I just got my car back yesterday and she looks like she just came off the lot. I am speechless. They were so helpful through the process and we're sure to keep me updated on everything. I even got a comprehensive report on everything that was done to my car. I HIGHLY recommend them if you ever need any body work done. They even helped suggest a few local businesses to get other mechanical work done on my vehicle that wasn't related to this act of God accident.

I'm very pleased with this business...they are always polite, helpful and do wonderful work . bonuses are they wash your vehicle,clean the interior and vacuum it & they guarantee their repair work... you always get an itemized estimate with the amount that you/insurance will owe at completion of the job...they work with most insurance companies. Highly Recommended!

Just got some body work done on my ford focus. The repairs were finished a day ahead of time and look fantastic. They also contacted me periodically letting me know the progress being done on my car. They were extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely refer Turks to anyone getting repairs done to their car.

Very professional and prompt. The work was well done and finished by the initial scheduled time. When I brought the car back with a couple of questions/concerns, they were still very friendly and willing to address my concerns and actually took care of what they could right away on the spot.

Turks is consistently the best autobody repair shop in the area. I've used them several times and they are professional, honest, and do absolutely incredible work. You literally can't tell the vehicle was ever damaged. The paint match (even with some of the premium metallics) are perfect. I highly recommend them!

Performed good work and thoroughly detailed my truck. Very helpful and nice staff.Only thing I would recommend is adherence to mask wearing when dealing face to face with customers (this was back in December when local infection rates were still increasing).

Turk's Collision Center from start to finish has been nothing but amazing. When all the work was completed my car it looked as if it was brand new off the lot. Great service. People here really care. A person can take the bus to reach this location (if you don't want to Uber or taxi). So convenient for me and the work here is fantastic. Call here first for an estimate or if you have any questions, they are very kind.

Turks painted my hood and front fenders in only three days! The painted matched the factory perfect. They didn't need to blend anything it's that spot on! I have used three other local body shops and you can't beat their price, work, friendliness, or work!

This was my 3rd time using Turk's. Turk's quote was $915 (compared to Gerber's quote of $2400) and the bill was $20 less than the quote. The work was completed in 1 day and my car came back sparkling clean inside and out. I will not take my car anywhere else.

I came here because of the highly rated reviews and amazing things I heard about this business only to get poor work in return. I took my vehicle to them to have my bumper fixed. I feel as no effort was put into the work, parts of the bumper was still missing, it was still barely holding itself together and when I took it back to show them they "repaired" it by just snapping it back in place. Time and money wasted!
