This is the second time I ve had an oil change at Take 5 in East Peoria. I went back to them yesterday because I had such a great experience there last time: It was an incredibly hot day, and the man who greeted me outside offered me a water bottle which was greatly appreciated. Yesterday, I was again greeted by a man who offered me a bottle of water right away. It s a small gesture, but I really appreciated it both times. The service was quick and easy. The gentlemen who serviced my car were extremely polite, bright, and courteous. A young man offered to help me reset my dash s oil alert before I left. I greatly appreciated that, and asked him to tell me about another symbol on my dash of which I was unfamiliar. He kindly showed me that, too. There are three oil change stations closer to my home than this one, but I ve made the East Peoria Take 5 my oil change home. Kind, efficient, bright mechanics and competitive rates.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this location. Staff were friendly, helpful and worked on my car like a NASCAR pit crew. I was in and out in probably 15 mins during a lunch break. They didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need, which I appreciate as a younger female. I used a coupon I found online for my oil change, and they also gave me a coupon for a new oil filter. This will likely be my new oil change spot from here on out.

Jordan Andrews and Matt from the East Peoria Take 5 location do an outstanding job. They have a proven track record and are trustworthy, competent professionals. I ve known Jordan s family for 30 years and it s no surprise to me he follows closely in his parents footsteps with his great attitude, aptitude and motivation. I would highly recommend Jordan to set the trend as the shining example of what Take 5 should expect from their employees.

I always get exceptional service. They train their employees very well. They communicate thoroughly and make sure one heard the other 1 clearly.If anyone's curious, I went to the one in East Peoria.As you may know, prices are soaring right now. So don't be surprised when you see how much and oil change is nowadays. I've been told they have raised their prices 3 times in 1 year.Service is excellent, prices are gouging. Overall, I recommend.

I usually change my own oil but the pan plug was too tight on my new car. I took the car to the E.P. Take 5. They got the plug out with some effort and the rest of the change went wonderfully. The gentlemen were professional, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend.

Well they did a good job on my car but don't give them a phone number or email address. I have received 4 text messages in 24 hours. I'm giving 2 stars because of this. I hate being spamed with promo garbage.

My wife brought her Honda HRV in for an oil change 2 weeks ago. Two minutes into the oil change and the tech was complaining about how he s never seen a skid plate on a HRV . What??Then a week after the oil change I get a call from my wife that something is scraping on her car. I go and check it out and the lower engine cover is hanging down with 2 screws missing and a fastener gone, conveniently only on the side where the oil filter is. How do you do this type of work day in and day out and leave a vehicle missing screws and fasteners?Please don t take your vehicle to this place, it s a joke.

amazing customer service and they were seriously so speedy! they live up to the name take 5! Zae was lighthearted and helpful! the older gentlemen working with him was just as awesome! will be back:)

I got overcharged for an air filter I felt. It s not the employees fault. The markup is unbelievable. If you get an oil change don t buy buy any of the add ons. I m gonna start doing my own oil changes- lesson learned.

Everyone at this location during my visit were absolutely incredible. Extremely nice, efficient, and personable. It was not only a pleasant visit but enjoyable! Give them a raise for being so wonderful!

Jordan and boys are excellent really proud of this guy I worked with him when he was just a regular employee I remember the day the guy was hired when I worked a shop 163 now he's a shop manager I'm really proud of this incredible person he's turned out to be thanks for the great service

Washington was taking 20+ minutes on cars so I left it and went to East Peoria. Got in quick and job was done less than 15 min BUT cost now is outrageous. The GMC Acadia uses 5.5 of oil. Five is part of the cost for a change, instead of charging for HALF. a quart they charge you FULL Price. This comes from a big can, Not individual bottles so WTH that s not good. They tried to get me to replace a washable air filter, made comments about my three week old windshield wipers looking close to needing replaced as well. $92 for the change. They were great for a long time but not anymore. Walmart is $55 I m not going back here again

Yay I found my oil change spot! Went to the one on 2505 E Washington street. Call first and they ll send you a 25 % off coupon to use! Rosi and Matt were professional, kind, and personable. Didn t try to upsell, you get to stay in the car during the service (when it s busy or I m in a rush I ll appreciate this) and they offered bottles of water while we waited. Topped off fluids per usual and we paid for everything right there. 15 minutes in and out. Thanks Rosi and Matt!

Took a chance and came in and I'm happy I did. I had an absolutely great experience. They gave us water bottles also juice and snacks for the kids to enjoy while we waited for the oil change to be completed. Very happy, friendly and pleasant people working here. They explained everything to us and filled up our fluids and air!!!All for free. I can happily say I will be coming back here and be recommending this place to friends, family, and hell even my clients at work!Keep up the good work.

Very professional with a great attitude. In and out quick. Greeted with a cold bottle of water. Will definitely use from now on. They had my synthetic oil. And a girl oil changer was a pleasant surprise.
