Jeff was incredibly patient and down-to-earth, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to thoroughly explain every feature of our new Volvo XC60, ensuring we felt confident before driving off the lot. I recently purchased a used Volvo XC90 from Scherer and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. My sales consultant, Tiffani, was very knowledgeable and got me exactly the vehicle I was looking for! The sales manager, Ryan, helped make it a smooth process from beginning to end. I ve used the service department as well and so far everything has been great! Dan and Amanda treat everyone like family. Highly recommend doing busing here!

I have had an amazing experience at Scherer! Ryan helped me get into the perfect car and then when I was in an accident, he made sure I found the perfect vehicle for my growing family. I regularly use the service center there and they are always so nice and helpful. I will continue to go there!

I was taken care of from top to bottom in regards to the entire buying experience. I always knew Volvo s made amazing high quality vehicles but having the customer service to match is so rare these days. I never felt pressured and all my questions were answered fully from the financing to comparing different car specs and features on a variety of models. They even took the time to show me a trade in I was interested at looking at. Highly recommend Sherer Volvo for all your automotive needs!!

See Jeff Gilles if you want a great experience buying a car! He is super knowledgeable, kind, funny, and most importantly HONEST. I put off buying a car for months and he made it fun. Jeff even spent extra time with my daughter and myself to show us all of the buttons and options on the vehicle we bought. He went the extra mile. Great place to do business as well. They make you comfortable while waiting for all of the paperwork to be signed.

I had a used 2017 Volvo S60. Had my 80K sevice done there, great experience. There was an issue with some of the spark plugs they had replaced, and they took care of it. Very professional service team. Unfortunately had some more issues with the car, so Jeff Giles consulted with me, and helped me into a great deal on a leased Volvo Xc60 Refresh. Wow, what an exciting vehicle!!! I would recommend shopping at Scherer Volvo, it's probably the best experience I have had at a dealership in Illinois. Jeff treats customers like friends and family. If you in the market, stop by and see him. Ryan, the Sales manager is fantastic as well.

Awesome experience. Beautiful vehicles and they are powered by Google which is amazing. Inside the dealership looks really nice and fancy. There's great personalities all through this dealership and Ryan is an excellent sales manager

I didn t actually buy a vehicle however Jeff offered top notch service and wasn t pushy about selling something I wasn t ready to buy yet. If you want a good salesperson that knows his stuff and doesn t just show you something you don t need or want I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. I will be coming to see him once I m ready to purchase. Thanks again Jeff for being not only a good person but also an outstanding salesperson!!

I really loved shopping at Scherer! My husband and I were looking for a new car as we started our family planning, we fell in love with the XC40 Recharge and Jeff was very helpful in getting us settled in. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Will definitely be back!

I was a first-time car buyer when I was having my initial experience with Scherer. My last two cars had both been Volvos (although much older, used, but still VERY good and sturdy cars), so I had a certain level of loyalty to the brand. To have an XC90 is my dream! When I saw some deals on used/like new models, I was curious to pop in and see what that was about. After I inquired online, I got a prompt response from Tifanni (who is the BEST, by the way!) about setting up a time to meet. I was already attracted to the idea of working with a woman through this process, as I have definitely been taken advantage of by men in the car world. It felt like a better fit for me. I test drove two different cars and went through numbers with her and Ryan (Sales Manager, I believe). I needed a little more time to think before pulling the trigger. They were supportive of this decision, as they did not want to rush anything. This was a big deal for me as this is my first big purchase. After a few days, I reached out to Tifanni to tell her I decided to go with the used model I test drove as it is a better option for me right now. Everything was handled in a comfortable, professional, and swift manner. They made sure I was fully informed throughout the process of the finances and everything. I ended up doing all my paperwork with Dave who was so funny and personable, it barely felt like I was signing myself up to thousands of dollars of debt. In all seriousness, he was very informative and a straight shooter. Sometimes you go into situations like these where you need to make a big purchase and you feel kind of taken advantage of. Well, at Scherer, I absolutely felt taken care of and I am happy to own my very own XC40. Not that I have much experience with dealerships, but I feel like it can't get much better than this! Thank you to all those who helped me with this purchase.

Best experience working with Dealership that I ever had. Worked with Admad through email on purchasing 2016 Nissan Frontier Pro4x. We, had everything set up before I drove from Wisconsin to Illinois (170 mile drive oneway). Was there by 9am and left a little after 10am. Everyone at Dealership were great. Was able to get back to Wisconsin and get Truck Titled in Wisconsin Same Day. If, anyone needs a Car or Truck whether New or Used contact them to see what they have Best Team to work with.Dave

Scherer Volvo is the new standard of how it's supposed to feel buying a luxury brand!!!...My sales associate Ahmad was not only knowledgeable about the brand but was able to qualify my needs to the specific XC90 we were looking for!!!!..The Managers Ryan and Dave kept me engaged while filling out the paperwork and overall was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle
