I had been waiting for over two hours for AAA to assist me with a flat tire. I am from St Louis and was starting to really feel that I wouldn t make it home tonight. The guys from Ron s were incredibly responsive and very professional. They evaluated my situation ran across town to find my tire and took care of me before AAA s tow truck ever called to come and tow me!

These guys are the best! Twice in the last couple months, they have gotten my tire problems taken care of within minutes!!!!

They do a great job and you do not have to wait long. Their prices are much more reasonable compared to most dealers. I highly recommend Ron's Automotive.

We recently moved here from Seattle and needed some lighting issues and a mirror dealt with. Brian and the crew were nothing but helpful.We scheduled times to get each issue dealt with and they had them resolved in the time they stated which was a big difference from our old shop back there.Zero issues working with them again!

Timely, Dependable, and Honest! Rons Automotive is the best shop in town. These are the kind of people you can trust to get your car taken care of without cutting corners or taking advantage of their customers. I had my tire fixed yet yes these men were very kind and the prices were awesome! The only negative is the men who are young need to learn how to not interrupt the customer when they're speaking to another technician or even the owner. Other than that I will definitely be returning!

Every single time I've taken my vehicle here, the service has been amazing. Their prices are very fair, often times cheaper than anywhere else. They can fix pretty much anything and you leave knowing your vehicle has been in good hands. I always go to Ron's

This is the second time they've repaired a flat tire for me. They are very efficient, reasonable, friendly, and convenient as I live just down the road.

I called to see if they could fit in mount and balancing 4 tires on a Saturday morning. They gladly fit me in and Henry the tech that performed the work was very personable and great to chat with. I highly recommend Ron's for their clean shop and great staff. A++++Service: TiresService: Tires

A 100% COMPLETE HORROR SHOW!!Waited 2 weeks for a simple tune up = new spark plugs +.Told me Tuesday me van would be worked on.It's Thursday & have not started on me van AT ALL.I understand they are busy yet I was lied to.Is it too hard to tell the TRUTH??..Having me van towed to Doug's Automotive.

Had a flat tire I needed patched, got quick help and was on my way in no time. Price was amazing and service was very helpful and friendly. H/T to Henry for an awesome experience.

We had a flat tire when we got back to the airport Monday. Stopped at Ron's a little before 1pm. He and his son were very accommodating and fixed it on the spot! Awesome friendly service!! Had a very nice chat with them too. Good ol fashioned hometown helpfulness!

This place is awesome. Ron is a very nice old guy who is very knowledgeable and great to talk to. Henry, the kid in the shop, is very fast and thorough with his job. The 2nd time I went in there, they remembered me and treated me as if I've been a customer for years.

Took my car in for a burning smell. I heard nothing after a week, so I called and someone had been sick and they hadn't got to my car yet. No big deal, my car was repaired the very next day. After the first time I drove my car, the burning smell was still there. I know they fixed a problem, (slow coolant leak I was just keeping an eye on) but they did not fix THE problem. Very polite and nice people though.

I d like to give a review to this company, but I haven t had the chance to evaluate work because my car has been with rons for almost three months and hasn t moved from the spot it got towed to. When I called to ask him about the progress he says they are backed up and he needs to do something about the car... not impressed in any way

Wanted a tune up. Says it on the work order. They changed the plugs, checked nothing else. (V6 Silverado, easy to get to) Still has a rough idle. Charged me $178. I won t go back.
