I was in a car accident and Justin came and towed my car from Bloomington to Peoria. I've learned to have patience when it comes to body repair on my car. I'm glad I did, bc my car looks fantastic! I also like supporting family owed businesses, they are more personal. I'd have to give them 5 star rating. Thank you again to everyone at Precision Auto Body, especially Justin ( the owner) & his wife. Made it a pleasant and easy going experience from start to finish!!!!

Awesome service . My car looks and sounds great . I definitely would recommend this place . Justin is a very nice guy . He kept me updated on all my late parts .

My car got hit by another vehicle and Procision was quick to come tow my car from my house, the same or next day...3 months later after they had the check in front of them the whole 3 months.... And I'm still carless and it's still not getting repaired and no one has contacted me...And I was fully insured and everything...

Justin and his wife who run the business were very nice and professional with me the entire time they had my car. They seemed to go the extra mile in regards to my reassurance of my car, I bugged them a lot and they never seemed irritated. I truly appreciated that! Justin seems very knowledgeable and a kind person, I will recommend them to anyone.

Spent two months fighting with an insurance company before the insurance company told us they would only pay for repairs if done by Procision Autobody. Expected this to be another run around by the insurance company to delay payment so I went to Procision and could not have been treated better. Very nice owner and staff who handled all communications with insurance company, got the work done quickly and did an outstanding job. They even cleaned the inside of my son's filthy car and I'm pretty sure they fixed another small cosmetic issue unrelated to the accident without charge. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends.

My car was sent to Justin from another place I was upset nervous all the above but Justin and his wife made me feel at ease throughout the whole process they kept me informed about everything I highly recommend Procision
