I have received excellent service from the team at Pro Automotive. From an alternator replacement to retapping stripped license plate screws, no job is too big or too small for them. Jim is friendly, communicative and organized. The handful of times I have taken my vehicles there, they have gotten me in promptly. I recommend Pro Automotive to anyone in the Peoria area looking for an honest and friendly shop that does top-notch work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called at 11:30 AM on 6/26/23 for an estimate on brakes and rotors. Was told by the guy on the phone he would "call me back in just a little bit" with an estimate. That was 2 days ago, and still no call.

Pro Automotive did a great job of looking at each of the relatively small issues that had crept up on my 60's GM. They explained everything well and were very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back there for any future work.

I've been a customer of Pro Automotive for 20= years, and have always found them to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and honest. Very disappointed in my local dealer, and a neighbor recommended me to Pro Auto. From Jim on to each mechanic working at this location, you could not find a friendlier, more helpfu and knowledgeable professionals and technically bright people in this area. Pro Automotive is top notch. They are honest and fair. Ask for Jim. He is fantastic. If you are looking for an honest mechanic - Pro Automotive is the place. They were recommended to me by Advanced Auto Parts. Super impressed.

In Short:They're fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. What more could you want?At Detail:Pro Automotive has worked on a couple of my vehicles in the last several months. What I've found is that they (especially Jim) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They treat me and other customers respectfully, which is surprisingly hard to find these days. In one instance, when I elected to do a particular job myself, they were very understanding and didn't even charge me a diagnostics fee (in good faith that I'd be back for the follow-up alignment, I suppose). They also expressed genuine concern for my safety and urged me to have my truck towed home to do the work instead of trying to drive an unsafe vehicle.I have decided that they're going to be my mechanic on all my projects going forward, and I encourage you to choose Pro Automotive as well.

Excellent Service! Jim Brown wants to meet you and describe the service and the costs with you ahead of time! Very friendly and develop a repor with you that is what you'd like to experience with a shop owner. I was referred to Pro-Automotive by Pioneer Parkway Transmission Inc. I have had honest work done there and asked where I could find an honest garage to work on the engine. Pro Automotive is honest and friendly. They are a serious garage with the workers being ASE certified!!!! I had the timing belt, water pump and timing tensioner changed out. Much more reasonable cost than the dealership. Jim gave me the parts and explained what was needing replaced. The job was done in 1 day. They are personable and honest. I highly recommend this shop for all your engine work needs and other work. All I can say is this is the shop to go to!!!!

I received the BEST service I have EVER received from an automotive shop at PRO AUTOMOTIVE! They were so helpful when I felt I was out of options. They explained everything they thought needed to be done and found the most cost effective options so I could stay within my budget! I would recommend them to anyone! If you want fast, honest and dedicated service, call PRO AUTO!

Paid to have all brake lines replaced on my Jeep few years back found a month or so ago they weren t all replaced left review about this and the owner contacted me following morning and problem was rectified the next week very impressed I will return
