Excellent service for everything tires!Peoria Tire has always responded quickly via email to questions about service, scheduled me for the same or next-day, and completed the work on-time. Plus, they are conveniently located in Peoria. I highly recommend Peoria Tire!

I've been to this location a number of times in the last few years and again today, for various tire repairs, truck, dolly, etc and have always been impressed. Very efficient

Excellent service. Very professional. They knew why I was there as soon as I brought my vehicle in for an appointment. Told me it would take 1 hour for an alignment. Took a little less than 1 hour. Highly recommend!

Needed four new tires replaced. Staff was very professional and informational. They offered waiting room with seats and tv. One CON-tv was placed on FOX NEWS the whole wait. Most business avoid this not to disrespect a customer. They have a nice coffee bar. Nice open windows to see out and open service area window to check on you vehicles. Parking a bit tight for large vehicle to pull into. Easy to locate from road . Good selection of tires.

Not super impressed with this tire shop. I had a tire repaired here after a nail found its way into my tire. I dropped my wheel and tire off and received a call that it required a special patch which was $5 more. When picking up my tire I asked the salesman what patch they used, and he stated they had to use a special plug/patch combo. He then informed me they would typically only patch a tire but mine was unique so it required the special plug. If you look anywhere, you will find that the right way to repair any tire puncture is with both a plug + patch combo. If they re only patching tires in most cases, I would avoid. Wheel weights were still the old ones, so either it didn t require any additional/removal of weight, or they didn t check.Additionally, I immediately realized that my tire continues to leak even after the repair, so it was not done right or they just didn t check their work after the patch. Couple other things I wasn t too satisfied with, but this will keep me from returning.

Called at 7:00am needing a tire after a blowout passing thru Peoria. They got the tire and had it installed within 2hours. We were back on the road. Would recommend to anyone.

We came in unexpectedly with a tire issue on our new motorhome. They quickly diagnosed our issue, and surprisingly found tires in their inventory to fix it. They completed the whole job in less than 1 1/2 hours and got us on our way. So grateful to Michael Rieker and his courteous staff for their help and knowledge about our issue. Saved our trip and probably our "dinghy" (2017 Honda CRV) as well. We highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Our dealership was trying to screw us over on a tire, telling us it couldn't be patched more than once, so we took our car here. It was close to the end of the day, and they were very accommodating and got us in. They really helped us out by getting us in as quick as possible, and not feeding us some dumb line to try and sell a tire like our dealership. Tons of thanks! Definitely recommend this place.

I recently purchased a set of new tires here and had my brakes inspected. Simply put, the people here are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and they just do quality work. No one tried to upsell me on anything or sneak in hidden costs - something that happens far too often at other, similar businesses.In other reviews, you'll notice the words "honesty" and "integrity" pop up repeatedly, and that pretty much sums it up. I absolutely recommend this place!

I take my car to one place and that's Peoria Tire. I used to get my synthetic oil changes at the dealership and I even switched those to PT. They do great work and are incredibly reasonable.

Love this place! They are honest and full of integrity which is such a rarity these days. The tire light in my car kept going on and as it turns out all I needed was air. Another time I ran over a nail and they fixed it for a small amount. When I did in fact need a new tire, they took me in with no appointment. The service is always professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Went to patch a tire due to a nail. They were very courteous, timely and professional. I was one of many customers in the waiting area. I could tell that everyone left with great satisfaction. Next time when I need new rubbers this will be the place I go!

I had the need for new shocks on my vehicle and the dealership quoted me $1100. Since my extended warranty wasn't covering them, I decided to give peoria tire a call because a co-worker of mine praised them highly. I am so glad I did. Brand new shocks installed for $700 less than dealer....yes $700!!! Fantastic work, friendly staff and I would highly recommend them. I can't thank them enough!!

I am very happy that I came to Peoria Tire. I got 4 new tires last week for less than I was quoted at another place. I came back today to see if I really needed 2 front control arms with ball joint. The other place had told me I needed them at an estimate of $795.00. You checked and they were not needed. I did get an alignment. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty. I will be back for anything I need in the future. I also will be telling my family and friends.

In town on business and got a nail in my tire. Called 2 other places closer to me. One was going on lunch in 20 mins and couldn't get me in before that. The other told me it would be 6 days before he could get me in. Called these guys and they had my car in the bay before I sat down in waiting room. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommend this shop.

I love this place! They saved me $1500 on my last job compared to the dealership. That worked out to half the price quoted by the dealer. And their service (both mechanical quality and communication) is second to none. Honest people who ll tell you when to spend the money and when not to.

Great place! I blew a tire the night before, the next day walked in, got my tire replaced. They even made sure to put the spare back in place and the jack I used. Great prices too. Nice people. Thanks!!

Have used this place for years. Are always very good to work with. Took a car in this morning for new tires assuming they would have to order them as my my car takes a size that is usually not stocked. They had what was needed and had all 4 new tires on within 45 minutes without a prior appointment. There have been similar experiences like this in the past. I highly recommend them.

I've purchased 3 sets of tires here over the years, have had repairs done, mounts, dismounts, etc. They are very responsive, professional, and friendly. My repairs have typically been done in under 25 min. Never had any issues here, and they've worked with my on price as well. Great bunch of folks here!

Excellent customer service. Mike is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain differences between tires for my vehicle without focusing only on the top-tier ones.Got 4 news tires put on in less than an hour. And their prices beat all the other shops I looked at.I'm very happy with the whole experience, and saved their number in case I need other service on my car in the future.
