Great service from start to finish. Such an easy process and Austin was very helpful in getting me what I needed. Less than 24 hours from our initial contact and I already had my set of 4 new tires installed! Best tire service experience by far!!

Took the time to email for a few days to find exactly what i wanted for the price i was looking for. Then were quick to get in and get the lift, tires, and wheels done with great quality at a good price. Will absolutely return as a customer in the future.

I upgraded my tires on my Tesla to larger tire to help with Peoria s pothole issues in the winter. I really appreciate the customer service offered at Plaza Tire. Austin had a better knowledge of electric cars than the other stores I had visited! The price was very fair ..less than tire rack or Sam s Club.Thanks Austin!

I had set an appointment to get my driver side tire replaced and it was really cheap/so affordable. And I got there right at open so they got me in and out before I had to go to work which was amazing. Austin did an amazing job handling and managing customers and I couldn t be happier on how my Elantra looks now :) !! 04/03/24

I just want to say that the service that I received from Steve and most of the staff at Peoria Plaza tire was OUTSTANDING. I am a single Mom WITH A TRANSGENDER SON who works a full time job, my son had a tire go flat on his 2021 Toyota. I purchased a tire else where and had it mounted at plaza tire . A day later the tire came off the rim. Steve was not available that Saturday so I had to talk to someone else. But he had seen I was in there and called me personally on a Saturday to let me know that he was going to order me a NEW TIRE!! And that I could come in on Tuesday to have it put on . Not only was everything taken care of, they also removed everything in the trunk and put the spare tire away for Me. I just want to SAY THANK YOU TO STEVE AND ALL THE STAFF AT PEORIA PLAZA TIRE . MAKE THIS YOUR FRIST CHOICE !!!! I am forever grateful and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing fast friendly service. Ended up with a unexpected damaged tire after hitting a curb. I am from Galesburg and having no clue who to call I reached out to the first tire place I googled. They were helpful in giving me a tow company, replaced my tire and had me back on the road in about an hour. Amazing service. Amazing staff. Great experience all around.

On Jan 10, 2024, I had a flat tire. While waiting for roadside assistance, i called Peoria Plaza tire to find out the cost of replacing all four tires. I do not know much about tires, but Austin was reassuring to help me figure out better tires to put on my car. I have never used Peoria Plaza Tire, but I will be returning and recommending them to others! Austin took care of me when I arrived and explained things to me thoroughly. Another awesome part won me over is that Peoria Plaza Tire offered me a ride to work and to pick me up when my car was finished without an additonal charge! I was impressed with spectacular service from Austin and Carl (shuttle service guy). Thank you, Peoria Plaza Tire for making my day easier.

I've had multiple tire changes at Plaza Tire and each time it's done in a timely fashion and accurately. I appreciate all the friendly service from the gentlemen and ladies there. Highly recommend them in tire service.

Firstly, communcation here is flawless. Secondly, the people and the coffee were phenomenal. I initially started an email with Austin about getting tires but sadly couldn't afford them. Nonetheless, Austin still stayed in touch and when I was able to get tires (elsewhere) I promptly came here to get them put on. Expert service kind people and comfortable environment. Thank you.

Bought a new truck. I had it lifted 6in. at Peoria Plaza Tire. I also had new wheels and beefed up tires installed. Austin Williams also gave me credit for the stock wheels and tires on the truck. Life time rotation and balancing to boot. Excellent work. Will be back again. Great service friendly knoledgeable staff.

It is been the worst experience I ever had. Did the front end alignment melted a boot? Now I'm getting a big run around. I'm done with them. Will never go back. We'll never deal with them. Worse place I ever wentYou damaged my vehicle then you buy the boots to repair it. Then you tell me you're going to charge me for new tire rods ends and then you won't use genuine Toyota parts because they're too expensive

This place preforms great work until I had to get an alignment. 1st alignment, forgot to mention I had bad ball joints which prevents the car from being aligned properly. Replaced 1 ball joint. Get a second alignment. Tell them I only need the front aligned. Get the car aligned and then they end up charging me for a 4 wheel alignment. Come to find out the second time around there was another ball joint bad which prevented it from being a correct alignment. Now I have to get a 3rd alignment because they failed to inform me the first 2 times that I had worn suspension parts that prevented it from being repaired properly. They preform great work until you get an alignment. I ve preformed alignments myself and know any competent alignment guy always checks to make sure there isn t anything worn before alignment because it ensures the alignment is done properly. It would be 1 star if it wasn t for themPreforming quality work besides not going through proper procedures.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final product. OCD can get the best of me and Peoria Plaza Tire ensured I was happy with the end result which required a change in tire selection. They gained a loyal customer land will recommend to anyone looking for tires and/or suspension work.

Once again, Peoria Plaza Tire has delivered!! Thanks Austin and team. I put a 2.5" lift on my daughter's Jeep so now NEEDED tires and wheels. I looked around for quite a while. Facebook groups, marketplace, other local and out of town shops. Couldn't find what I wanted at the price point I wanted to stay around. I stopped in just to see what was available. They showed me many sets of options. Then there they were. A perfect set of (5) 17" Fuels and 315 70 17's. Amazing. Price was better than anything I had seen within 300 miles of Peoria or online stores. Even included lug nuts!. I loaded them up to take home and install. After installing, the TP sensors would not sync w the Jeep. Talked to Austin. He said just bring the jeep in and we'll work you in. He did. Swapped the sensors and quickly had me finished and working. Wow. Busy place but very well managed. Great guys to work with!! Thank you!!

I called right when they opened in the morning to get a quote for 4 tires mounted and balanced on a set of aftermarket wheels I purchased and the employee I spoke to was very nice and professional over the phone and I was very pleased with the quote I got. I asked when I can schedule an appointment and they said to just bring it in when I get off work around 3 so I did.Since I had brand new wheels I wanted to make sure they didn't get scratched from the tire mounting machine. They took me back to the shop area and the technician and I both inspected the wheels to make sure they didn't have any defects from the factory. They took great care to keep my wheels in perfect condition and they delivered on their promise.My overall experience was perfect and Peoria Plaza Tire did a fantastic job!

Austin and the team do great work! If there has ever been the slightest issue, they are quick to make it perfect! And I mean perfect. This is SO UNHEARD OF these days...old-school customer service. I have bought 11 sets of tires here and recommended many others to them. With the addition of the alignment rack there will be no stopping them. The latest rims and tires mounted up and ready for a ticket!

Can't recommend this place enough, and Austin is great to work with. Three years in the car business, I've sent plenty of customers down there to have work, they've always been happy. I've had my two personal trucks modified by them, and they have each turned out fantastic. The customer service is A+, the timely manner they get jobs done, A+. Next up to be done is the girlfriends 4Runner here soon and I'm sure it'll be fantastic just like the rest of the work these guys put out.
