This body shop was outside my preferred shops for my insurance but everything was still covered 100%. I chose them based on reviews! Took a little longer than I expected to get my car back and I did have to bring it back a few times for missed damage and a bad part from the OM but they got it back to square one and it looks great! They were very patient even with my million questions.

Not a good experience.Brought in my Audi to replace a faded carbon fiber spoiler. Spoiler I was replacing with was given to me when I purchased the car a year ago. They put spoiler on, everything looked fine. Fast forward two weeks and one side is peeling up off the trunk. Brought car back in, Gentleman said that he would be able to "bake" that to shape as it seems to have a lot of "pressure" to it. I don't know what that means, but I am sure it was true. 3 days go by, they call me and tell me that they broke the spoiler trying to put it on and that it wasn't the correct one for the car.So we went from having it installed and having me pick it up, to a problem they can fix, to a broken spoiler that they now claim doesn't fit the car, that so far as I can tell, is about $300.00 to replace.What do you think they did for me? Well, they gave me the $120.00 I spent to have them put the spoiler on to begin with and you know what else? NOTHING. They offered absolutely nothing. They didn't even give me the broken spoiler back.I don't know about you, but if you leave something in my care, and I destroy it, I would compensate you.I would not use them again.Service: Body & Trim

Did a great job on my 06 Honda Accord. The exterior bits that they worked on look great and absolutely fit into the rest of the car, even though the car obviously isn't the same shade of blue it started with 15 years ago.

I was referred to Paint Creations after an accident with my sports car. I talked with their Estimators Chris and Brian about what vehicle I had and if they would be willing to give me an estimate for repair. I met with Chris shortly after the car was towed to the business. He was very thorough with his overall estimate and pointed out further suspect damage that I never noticed. Once they got the opportunity to look into the said suspected damage they uncovered hidden frame damage that was not repairable. I wasn't prepared for that but due to their diligence into the vehicle inspection I was very glad that I let them do the inspection and found the damage. Needless to say the vehicle was totaled by the Insurance company. Chris and Brian we're not only very professional and passionate about the quality of the repair shop but also shared my loss of a great car. Paint Creations business is a quality ran operation who pride themselves on bringing your vehicle back to the best possible outcome to your satisfaction! Even though my vehicle ended up being non repairable this shop has a tremendous staff of caring and qualified people who represent a body shop that is second to none!Highly recommend! Our son's vehicle was repaired by Paint Creations. From the onset we received ongoing communication with Brian updating us on the status of the repairs.After the repairs we went to pick up vehicle and barely recognized it as it was in such pristine condition.Needless to say, our son was more than thrilled.We highly recommend Paint Creations for all types of body work.Thanks to Casey and your tremendous staff!!!

Customer Service! That's the best way to describe my experience. This was our first accident and we were not exactly sure how the insurance process worked because we were not at fault in the accident. They were very knowledgable about the process and able to walk us through how the insurance claim worked. With our minds at ease it made the process of the car repair easy to handle.

When I was in a small "fender bender" and needed auto body repair on the front end of my car, I called my mechanic and was point in the direction of Paint Creations. It was seriously a most excellent experience. Other than being there for me in my time of need and walking me through the process, they also made sure to be extra gracious and reasonable. In my experience I can't recommend them enough.

I work closely with automotive paint and have seen the work Casey and his team put out. It is very high quality. I am usually enlisted to fix additional issues after a car has been to a body shop. Not in this case. Casey's facility is putting out very high quality work.

They have done several repairs, major and minor, over the years for me. They always do a really nice job. They have worked with my insurance company on some things and out of my pocket on others. Reasonable prices and quick service.

We ran over a giant raccoon going 70 on the intrastate while in a road trip. We stopped in to Paint Creations, and they fixed us enough to get us back on the road immediately. Vacation saved!

I was referred to Paint Creations after my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe was sideswiped. Paint Creations was very easy to work with and did a great job. You cannot tell my car was ever damage. I highly recommend Paint Creations for any body work.

Was not as impressed with the quality of their work as the first time their worked on one of my cars. Had to take car back to try and correct problem. Next time will investigate other options also.
