This Store has the most Unprofessional Worker that I ever had to Deal With-I never got his Name but he is a White Man with thinning Red Hair and Glasses and didn't have any Teeth-He kept picking up his own cell phone-Tried arguments with us instead of taking the time and looking on the Computer just tried to dismiss us like it was to Much for Him to do and as we're leaving I said Thank You and his response was Yeah-He as a Employee needs to be retained in the Art of Customer Service-Thank You for your Time.

The assistant manager is very helpful as well as the workers at Bartonville. The people at Morton are also. I've had very good experience with Canton also. Pekin store not so much but it's been 3 or 4 yrs since I've been there. I'll go out of my way to not go there

Like to shop in this store for all my auto related supplies. Also they carry motorcycle oil which is hard to find elsewhere. Clean store with friendly staff ready and willing to help you.
