Look no further than Neil s Auto in Peoria, IL for your auto part needs. I purchased a complete recycled engine with 83 k miles and like new internally. Save yourself lots of Money, call Josh for excellent service.

I searched for an engine for my truck for months before I came across Neal Auto Parts not only do they truly have everything you could need but also a great online app and most of all when you call the most awesome staff of knowledgeable people. I want to give a big shout out to Josh who heads up the online orders for all his help in making sure that my transaction was taken care of in detail which for me being in Florida made this experience worry free. Sadly i have to give them 1 star just so i can share my experience because they dont even deserve that, these guys have NO idea what they are doing or selling, bought a part from Lance while discussing the same picture on parts list he sends me a wrong one, week later we discuss it again i email him a picture of mine alongside the one he sends me, guess what week later i get another wrong part! Never ever will buy from Neal Auto Parts and you should stay away too if you think your time and money has any value.UPDATE: THEY ARE MISLEADING THE READERS. Sent wrong part TWICE and then was told with an attitude to return it for refund. I have attached the pictures for reference. Wasted 14 days with these guys.

Josh helped the checkout and delivery process to be quick and painless. My particular door was damaged during shipping, no fault of the seller. Josh provided excellent customer service to remedy the issue and issue a refund.

Ordered a sideview mirror from Neal Auto Parts. Josh reached out immediately to review and confirm my order.I ordered the wrong part. My fault! I reached out to Josh. One of the best consumer experiences I have had. I needed a new door for my car. Every place I looked at was either local pickup only or they contracted with carriers that could only deliver to commercial, not residential, addresses. Found Neal through a generic Ebay search. I emailed inquiring about the door I needed. Josh got back same day with the part number and a link to the listing. He took time to check my VIN and color code to make sure the door would work. Once all checked out good I went ahead and ordered. Their carrier does deliver to residential addresses and the cost, even with shipping, was about $100 under the nearest competitor. The door arrived faster than I can get a routine letter to the next town. Well secured and cushioned on a pallet. The part itself is like new. Already pleased with the service I got an email from Josh a couple days later to check to make sure I received the door and if everything was in order. Let me say that again....I got a follow up email from the staff asking if everything was good. You don't see that often, if at all, now a days. Of course YMMV but I highly recommend checking these guys out if you need parts for your car. I was a great experience from start to finish.

Ordered some parts for the same vehicle in silver color. Drove 3 hours to pick them up and they tried to sell me grey bumper named silver. When I paid for all parts, sales person said he has silver bumper without parking sensors and no fog lights, but at the moment of pick up he showed me grey bumper with sensors and fog lights. I believe they sold my part to someone else after I paid for everything. Wouldn t never spent 3 hours driving knowing they don t have all parts.The issue was fixed and review was updated 2 weeks later.

Place is shorta of organized. Staff seems pretty freindly. Cool car up in the air for a sign. Thier are carts for you to use. Many tires are already pulled off on a rack up front. Seems they have a full service side too.They charge you $2 to get in then take advantage of you during half price day by charging you double. Never heard of that ever. As you can by my reviews I been to many a yard.Prices arent' posted anywhere. Kinda of illegal. At least post most basic parts prices. All other yards do that. You never know if thier playng with the prices. Heard other people conplaining thier too. They claim they can can get them to budge by offering to leave the parts.Most all of the limited number of pickup trucks they were stripped out. Ford Chevys ect all together. They even admitted that. Car section all of one brand of cars are stuffed together (big and small ).Prices are high for even half price day. They said a grill is $35 on half price day, complete door is $120 ish. Truck tail gates are like $120 ish half price day. I went to Joliet You Pull it afterwards. They didn't charge me to go shopping, lot more trucks, and prices were cheap at thier everyday prices.Believe thier prices are even on thier site. They even had new Honda short blocks dirt cheap oddly.

Went on half day. Pulled a rear end. Shock bolts were stuck. Had to cut the janky shocks in half. They wouldn't let me buy the rear end with out purchasing the worthless shocks attached to it. Grinder battery was dead so i couldnt remove them. They were rude. So I left the rear end and bought nothing. Long time customer never coming back again. Got a rear end from another place close by. Screw neals!

Josh was excellent in helping me get an order shipped to Canada when the original order could not be processed. He was able to steer me in the right direction and provided professional and great customer service. Would definitely use Neal Auto Parts again if the need arises.

bought a used transmission for a 2000 cadillac deville for 600 all said and done, had to ship from another warehouse , timely shipping , notified me exactly when it came it . trans is now in car and honestly shifting better than I had hoped a++. thanks dan!

Staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. They always are ready to help and get you the parts you need. The u pick is my favorite it helps you see how it comes out and more importantly how to put it back.

Don't pay attention to their business hours!!! Says they are open til 5...I had to drive an hour to get here to go in the yard to pull my own part which I had planned that any ways..due to my job that I couldn't leave early from, I got there at 10 til 4, and guess what!, they said they close at 4!!!!They need to state that on Google!!!!

I have gotten parts from here a few times and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff. I called to inquire about a part that I needed. The gentleman kindly checked to see if they had the part. Very convenient. I paid for my part over the phone. Picked it up the following day, even though they called me to let me know it was pulled and ready the same day!! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I love this place. Great service and good used parts!!!!

No extraordinary story to tell. They did their job. I've been to them many times with both my older van and my newer Buick. They did their job everytime. They were very helpful and friendly have been here for every rough moment I needed them in. I recommend them everytime I'm given the opportunity.

Overpriced and it's out of control pull and save had a part for 100 but they had one pulled for 65 at the counter idk what happened but good thing for ebay I waited all day for them to excavate this relic that I definitely did not buy. Don't deal with Dave is my advice:)

It is evident that Neal Auto Parts knows they are the only game in town. While they have a good selection, customer service is far and away not their strength. I got the impression Dave was doing me a favor by finding a part for me, and when it was not delivered per agreement (incomplete, two weeks late, etc) it was a battle to get Neal Auto Parts to stand behind their word. When the replacement part arrived, wrong and slightly damaged they would only take it back if I paid the $100 restocking fee - gall. When I first placed the order and left a deposit he would not give me a order number or a receipt, only a snippy remark that it was under my name and that was enough - just more interested in getting on to the next sale. Their buyers do not fully understand - or want to - their customers needs and appear just interested in getting your money.

They employees was quite rude in the back. I also think if I pay over $4500.00 for engine used everything should work on it.I called they said they are not responsible for the external parts on the engine. I had to replace waterpump, coils and a few other things. Called to talk to a manager and was given a voice mail and never called back. Also people at front desk was pretty rude in the way they talk to people. I was a new customer never been there before and I won't be back..

Had a part listed online for sale. We drove 2 hours to pick it up and guy behind the counter said...its going to be 2 weeks before we get it Removed from the car. Online it was for sale...nothing was said about it wasn't off the car and was going to have to wait. He was going to work with me on getting it removed anytime soon. I will never go back.....period

The staff was very nice friendly & helpful with ordering, payment, & pickup of the part. Give the price over phone for complete total otd including tax. Had to pay up front before they ordered the part but i understand that. The part came in quicker than we figured so very very happy & satisfied with them. Thank you Neals Auto parts staff.

Great place couldn't find the parts cheaper anywhere else. And the one time I did have an issue that had no problem. Fixing it or reimbursing my money.
