Fantastic company and I absolutely recommend. From moment I called for a flatbed the gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and had a driver en route immediately. Driver Jeff arrived in less than 15 minutes. Jeff was very quick and had vehicle on flatbed and headed to auto body within minutes.

They were the only ones that were able to give us a tow at 1 am. I had unsuccessfully called about 12 others. Tow service was quick and got the job done!

Owner poses themself as a pouty baby, the rest of the staff are insanely rude. Comparable to a modern day scammer, is a joke that fits them well from my experience.

I wished I could give these people 0 stars. They are thieves and liars how are they even still in business after all the unprofessionalism? My car was hit (wasn t my fault) they got on the scene didn t ask any questions about where the vehicle should go didn t communicate price or anything. When I called to check price and get a breakdown of the charges a guy named Donnie who claimed to be the owner was very rude didn t want to answer the questions added charges that shouldn t have been added to my car and then hung up on me. They told me not to come on their property and stole charges money and other personal items out of my vehicle. The police should stop calling them. Then my insurance tells me to call and release the vehicle to them, (Donnie) said ok but never put it in (in an attempt to get more money I m sure) so 3 days later and my car isn t released and the new person that answered the phone stated it wasn t released yet because I didn t give permission when I called and was confirmed by the owner . The worst worst worst ever do not recommend

for Josh who actually towed the van. He was professional and helpful.I missed a few personal things from the van and needed to go to their location to retrieve what remained. Before driving the 45 minutes to their lot, I called to confirm that insurance had released it and that someone would be there. Their phone tree took me to someone who gruffly informed me "we already told you your vehicle was released, we're open till 5". Great! Earlier in the day the adjuster had told me it was released. Shortly after checking in, the conversation QUICKLY escalated as I thought everything was in order but they had no record or recollection of the adjustor's call earlier in the day or my phone call 45 minutes earlier. I thought I was behaving in a reasonable manner but then the owner came out with his attitude BLAZING! I was stunned, but still wanted to get my items. I apologized for anything I had said or done. As the sign says, they record video and voice 'to stop any confusion'; I'd gladly review the entire interaction with the owner.I'm sure they deal with some 'special' people, but there is no excuse to treat anyone with disrespect. The two photos are an indication of the tone I received upon entering the office.I was NOT impressed.They have good equipment and Josh was professional. Wish I could give them zero stars, had my car totaled went to retrieve items out of my vehicle that were missing also my doors were lock and battery unhook. Various missing items, charging plug in & cables, changes dollars lighters etc. don t think tow men should have access to inside of vehicleService: Car towingService: Car towing

Donny and the team took great care of us following our unfortunate accident. Very friendly, flexible and assisted with our need to grab all of our belongings from within the totalled car before insurance company towed away. My daughters car was parked and nobody was in it and it was hit and totalled by another driver. This service would not let us have our personal possessions and tried to charge us for street cleaning when we are not responsible or at fault. Would not let us tow our car to another location and threatened me with legal action. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TOWING SERVICE.

The Quickest and Most Economical in Peoria ILI was home for a quick visit riding around with my bestie when her car suddenly started having problems. It was a Saturday night, they're was a Frisbee Golf tournament in town, and we'd called 5 other tore companies with no luck. This tow service was the 6th, and they got driver to me before the others even called back. They were also much less expensive and the guy was professional and nice. I was able to pay electronically on right there and got an electronic receipt. Thanks guys

Exactly one month today my husband was in a truck accident very early in the morning. Only people at the site were police, EMTs and mr towitt. Unfortunately my husbands wallet was never found. Police didn t take it, EMTs didn t take it. So WHO TOOK IT? When I went to the yard. To pull garage door openers out and ask them about the wallet they were so rude. They were on the defense right away when ask about his things . Never use Mr. Towitt again and oh when I did clean out the truck All his tools were gone!Service: Car towing

Could not be happier with the service I received from this company. I hit a patch of ice on a snowy day and needed a tow. And within 20 minutes they were there to help. I totaled my car around midnight on my way back from work earlier this week.I swerved to avoid a raccoon as I rounded a curve (bad move) and lost control of my car.I careened off the road and bounced off the guardrail and smashed into a drainage ditch out of view from the road.Luckily, I was unhurt.I called the police. They called MrTowit's.And within an hour of my call they were there to pull my car out of the ditch.Charlie quickly assessed the situation and called Donnie (the owner) to bring a boom truck so they could lift the car over the rail and not drag it through the neighbor's yard. He was personable and thorough when communicating with me.Since I only had liability coverage, my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of a tow. Donnie was friendly and more than helpful in arranging the best solution.He honored our agreement to the detail when I went to pay him a few days later.I was very impressed with these guys. They really helped alleviate the stress of losing my vehicle.5 stars.

DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE!!On 2/13/22 I had a tire come off after a tire rotation at Tiresplus. I called a deputy for traffic control since we were in a bad spot.From the McClugage on Rt 24 to Tiresplus I was charged $165. I worked at a dealership and I'm prior law enforcement, I can't recall ever seeing a tow this expensive. I asked why it was so much. He stated it was because police were there and that he doesn't make the rules.

Called and asked them to tow a car to the Mazda dealership. Called the Mazda dealership the next day they never received the car. Called the company back and the guy that runs the operation had no idea what I was talking about. Told me not to get huffy puffy with him even though I was completely professional.Avoid this company. They are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and frankly have no idea how to run a towing business.My car sat unlocked for 24 hours in downtown Peoria when it should ve been one hour. That s unacceptable and I will never use them again. I will also tell every person I know how incredibly poor their performance was. I should ve known better based on the other poor reviews.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Donnie and his crew are amazing! My truck threw a rod through the block after coming back with my daughter from Chicago. They were there in less than 15 minutes. Extremely professional in communication, safety, and loading and care for my vehicle. I only exclusively use Mr. Towits for all of my tows and reccomend them to everyone that i talk to. You will not find a better crew or company. Keep up the good work! Go Cubs!

Can't thank Donnie Stanton enough. Future son in law had a flat tire last night in Peoria and lug nuts were stripped. Called Donnie and within 20 minutes he had car towed to Peoria plaza to get all new tires and lug nuts put on today! Thanks Donnie! Very reasonable rates as well!

Seems like nice tow company, would love to be able to use them. They accept com check payments but don't carry com checks. Lost out on $375 tow payment because they couldn't bother to get one from any truckstop.

I've used these guys several times over the years for semi tows n they've always been extremely professional, quick n proper about their work and show up with very nice n clean up to date equipment. Would recommend to anyone for any towing services needed.

My sons Car was broke down between morton and washington. I used google( to help my 17 year old son) to find the closest towing service. It said mr towits was 6.2 miles away from his car and 4.8 miles from the car to home.The whole trip would be 11 miles for the towtruck. So we chose Mr. Towits we called knowing the closer to the car the less expensive it would be for him. After telling them where the car was, they went to the wrong place and a very rude attitude from their dispatch person donnie they got the car to us. Mind you now, we called a morton place, 6.2 miles away(google) and a 95$ towing bill . Totally upset over the price for this. ( in the past it has never been over 75, and this was during normal operating hours) I sent pictures to dispatcher donnie and he says they are located in peoria? (Why is google saying they were closer?) after another rude confrontation i decided to write this review. In the middle of writing this ,the dispatcher donnie called me back, saying he had been thinking about our call and wanted to let me know he called a bunch of towtruck places and they would have charged me more. Well, thank you but...Why would you call someone back to argue more? Simple courtesy and maybe a non rude explanation would have been nice.

I called this towing company as I was instructed by the service manager of Uftring Nissan. The service manager said this is one of the companies he uses to tow to his dealership. I thought that they could be better with an ETA but the customer service representative Cory that responded was very friendly and helpful.

If no stars were an option that would be my rating. Only have had one encounter with them and never again. My brother in law was in a wreck and Mr Towsit towed his car. He was jot allowed access to his car for two weeks even though at fault parties insurance had called them and said to allow access. From a local business owner myself this is not how to do business. TO OWNERS RESPONSE!!! INCORRECT THAT WAS ANOTHER VEHICLE OF THE SAME MAKE ON YOUR LOT AND YOUR EMPLOYEE EVEN ADMITTED THIS! MAYBE A BETTER INVENTORY SYSTEM IS NEEDED! HIS CAR WAS TOTALED BY SOMEONE HITTING HIM. HE DIDNT NEED IT RELEASED JUST ACCESS TO GET HIS PROPERTY OUT!
