Fantastic Service! Dennis was professional, courteous and also kind. Needing car repairs and maintenance can be difficult for some to understand and he makes the process easier. Y'all are lucky to have him and the crew. I've been there for tires and oil changes and I'll definitely be back.

Sam and Dennis and their team at Midas On Glen Ave in Peoria have taken really good care of me recently with the two exhaust leak repairs I needed done on my car. They made sure to get me in and out as quick as possible. They re friendly and customer focused. Appreciate them a ton. I d recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs.

Helped with tire issues and replaced struts. Moderately professional and quick service time. Only was out of a car for 3 days. Don't let any mechanic/ car shop sell you on things you don't need , however. Do your own research before going into get work done.

Have had 3 vehicles serviced here for various reasons. Dennis and his team are great everytime. This location truly lives up to their slogan, "Trust the Midas Touch"! I trust them and the work they do. Not easy to find a good repair shop you trust. Highly recommended!

Sam was fantastic! Needed front brakes and tires, work was done in 3 hours. Fast, quality service, good prices and great customer service. Car rides like new. HIGHLY recommend!

Great customer service! Quick and fast auto repair. They will most likely talk you through the process and additional issues if so. Also break down the cost of everything separately. Midas labor might look pricey but it s reasonable. They repaired my car as if nothing happened. I would highly recommend anyone to Midas. Excellent service!

I had a flat tire today. Called to try to schedule an appointment and Dennis was able to get me in right away and work with me on the time. Once I got there Sam explained to me what had happened to my tire and even showed me. I ve been going to Midas for 6 years and the customer service is always great and they are always very helpful and professional. I always recommend Midas to everyone.

Went in a couple weeks ago needing a tire replaced asap. Nobody else had the tire and wanted me to wait. Sam went and got a tire for me and got my car in the same day! They also had better prices! Definitely recommend

I've always had a good experience with Midas. They've always gone out of their way for me and my family. I've always had issues with Rising costs like anyone else but I found Midas was very fair on parts and labor. I have found that the extra effort that the management and staff have given me is a big plus and I am thankful for it. Thank you Midas.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

This was my first contact with Midas. I had a tire sensor warning light on my dash. They gave me an estimate for the work. I had to have contact with the local dealership on another matter. They also provided an estimate. Midas ended up doing the work. Their initial estimate was over $100 less than the dealership. It turned out the sensor was not bad but had not been programmed (after a prior replacement). Midas reprogrammed it and they did not honor their estimate. THEY LOWERED IT! They rightly charged me for the labor only. The dealership has included the diagnosis of which sensor was bad??? Call me cynical but I doubt the dealership would have acted as did Midas. I will be back to Midas for my service needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH! PS The staff at Midas could not have been more professional and friendly!

I want to send happy holidays out to the entire team at Midas. They helped me out when. I really needed it. I came in and my car has a fuel gauge issue so it had run out of fuel and they were kind enough to go and get fuel from a nearby gas station come back and get my car up and running for me. I have other issues wrong with my vehicle and I m going to bring it back and have Dennis and the team look at it and get me going 100%.Great customer service. What a professional team when you need them they are there for you.

These guys are great! They re honest, and do what they can to help with any savings offers available. As a woman, I have complete trust that when I walk into the Glen location, I won t be taken advantage of with unnecessary repairs or up charges. The manager Dennis is very helpful and professional.

I have been taking my car to this Midas store for over 5 years. I ve have always had a great experience with service from them. I highly recommend this place. If there are any bad reviews it s the customer not the business.

Midas ripped me off. Told me that something was wrong with my car that actually was., but didn t fix it. They said it was the rear when it was really the front. This way they could say they fixed the rear and didn t know about the front so they could charge me twice for one job. I had my car checked and was told that there wasn t even any work done on the rear. I have the proof but BBB didn t believe me so as it has always been said you can t fight city hall and you can t. I sure hope Karma is real and not just another myth.

Would go here again. Honest and knowledgeable. Did a good inspection and explained what they recommended (minor issue) and didn't try to make it seem urgent. I then checked behind them just because some mechanics will lie.. or embellish and it was as they said. Also very quick. Price a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for. Very satisfied.

Good experience here. The workers treated me Nice. And didn t act like I was an idiot because I m younger. I was going to pay for a service I thought the car needed. But they told me it didn t need it yet. I liked the honesty! Also they inspected the car for any issues. I enjoyed coming here. The service for what I needed( new belts and filters and oil change) took around 2 hours. I will definitely be back. Best part is they don t push you to buy things you may not need.

I want to say what an all aroundOUTSTANDING appointment experience I had today with having my car checkedand problem resolved in such a superband timely manner. I am so thoroughlyimpressed with the the initial encounterat the service desk and the wonderful repair team, and their work on my car. Last week, I went to this location to get an oil change to my car. A day later, my car was smoking, and it stopped running. Later that day, I talked to a woman named Abby, and she told me that my car had taken 4 qrts of oil, but when I looked on the paper, it said 4.5 qrts was put in my car. I did dip the stick in the oil, and it was well over the safe line. I talked to a guy named Dennis , and he said oil and coolant got mixed together. I think something on their behalf went wrong, and they're not telling me. I will never go to this location again. I will get some advice as well.

Recently took my car here because my car was making a noise. They inspect it and tell me it s because I need new brake shoes with drums and give me a quote of over $625. I agree and let them go ahead with the work. I get my car back, and the car is still making the noise. I call them to tell them about it, and they make an appointment for me to bring it back in three days later. I bring it back, wait for about an hour, and before they give me my car back, they tell me they ve cleaned and lubricated it and that the noise is supposedly gone again. They also say that if it were to make the noise again that there are no safety issues. As I get onto the interstate to head back home (a 45 minute drive), it seems like my car is driving funny but I thought maybe I was imagining things. Then, as I attempt to slow down to get on the exit ramp and apply the brake pedal, I suddenly had practically no braking capability and the pedal was practically going to the floor! It was incredibly scary and could have caused a serious accident. Somehow I was able to make it home with what little braking power that I had left.I immediately called a different Midas shop that was closer to me and told them what happened at this Peoria location. They thankfully told me I could immediately come by and they would take a look. After inspecting it, they tell me that this location had put my rear brake drums on incorrectly and that they had apparently gotten so hot that they were blue ! So in just that 45 minute drive home, whatever was done incorrectly completely destroyed the drums. Thankfully, they were able to get the parts they needed for my car and were able to put the drums on correctly, all in the same afternoon. As of now, the braking capability on my vehicle seems back to normal, however, the noise that I originally went to the Peoria location on Glen Ave for is still there.So not only did I spend over $625 on unnecessary repairs that didn t solve the problem I originally came in for and had my safety compromised due to them doing work incorrectly, but they have not refunded me my money yet. I also wasted gas and several hours of my time dealing with this nonsense. I will never be returning to this place again.
