Meineke was able to work on my truck the same day I called, replacing an old rusty muffler and tail pipes. They were quick and did a great job. Good customer service too. Prices were fair. I ll definitely be a recurring customer. Thanks Meineke!

Very disappointed. Expected safer more conscientious service than I received. Replaced a flat tire with spare I had. They placed wood blocks underneath my car and did not remove them. As I was driving, the wood block came loose Banging the underneath portion of my car, and shooting out from under it as I drove. I did not know what it was when I looked I realized it was a block that they had put under my car. One was remaining. Could ve created an accident for myself and anyone around my vehicle as I drove. Was charged $40 to switch my Flat tire with my spare. I deserved My property to be respected more as well as my safety not being o compromised with wood block Under my car. I trusted Meineke. I will return tomorrow and ask them. Why?1) Follow up: spoke in person with Mie ke.Left with no resolution. Was given apology for leaving wood blocks under my car. Most ridiculous response to leaving tire in back was courtesy to text repair shop!&

I called about car issues. They fit me in the next day. They explained needed vs recommended repairs. They answered all my questions. The repairs were quick. Both the ladies at the desk were very nice. I will definitely be back. Plus you get a lifetime warranty on your brake pads.

Positive and great experience! I was able to make an appointment quickly. On that day, I was greeted with a smile and received a diagnosis quickly. Great communication start to finish. A part had to be brought from another location and it didn't take as long as expected. I asked to see the problem and he brought the whole pipe and showed me the rotted holes along the line and connecting point. Honest and great work! And...I don't hear my exhaust at all. Thank you!

We know we can always trust Meineke. We have known the family for years. They used to come to our home and play basketball. There s somebody that we could trust and we started going to them soon as they open their business you ll enjoy them too. They do good work, trusting work and they got me in right away, thanks again Meineke

I cannot recommend this meineke enough. I had a bunch of work that needed done on my cars front end and called and spoke to Wes. Ran all the parts I ordered by him and he gave me a fair price especially considering I was bringing outside parts. They got all the work done within the day and my cars driving so much better. Cannot recommend meineke enough I'm so appreciative of the service

Professional and excellent service at Meineke on Prospect. I've been taking my vehicles there for over a decade, and never had a complaint. Wes and Jamie are always a pleasure to work with. Fast and honest service, good communication, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop.

They are honest and do great work. You do not have to worry about them taking advantage of you. They only suggest to fix what is needed to be fixed. You can have peace of mind when going to Meineke. I keep coming back.

I took my vehicle in for an estimate to compare w 2 others I had gotten. The place was impeccably clean & the owner was there & hands on! He also took the time to talk with me even though it meant him coming in from the work he was doing in the shop. I would highly recommend Wes & his business. Work was done in a timely manner after the parts were delivered.

I especially appreciate how well Meineke explains things to me. I needed a few things fixed - Meineke helped me prioritize which repairs I should get now and which could wait.I never feel pressured for unnecessary fixes - they will show you exactly what needs done and explain why. They re reasonable with their timeframe for fixes.I can tell their team cares about your safety and the longevity of your vehicle.

This is the second time that I have had some custom exhaust work done here by Wes. Both times I have had excellent results. I recommend this Meineke location to anyone wanting any exhaust work but especially if you are looking for custom work.

I have used this Meineke Car Care Center a few times now over the years and they have always been helpful, gotten my car in quickly and do good work at an affordable price. Wes is a skilled mechanic that I am comfortable with leaving my car with the expectation that the work will get done efficiently and accurately. Best of all, he is great with communication. If he finds something that needs attention on your vehicle he doesn't hesitate to give you a call. Most places you don't get to talk to the individual working on your vehicle like you do at this location. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The staff and managers are super. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. EXCEPT I came in for an oil change and the manager said the car needed new struts and shocks - about $2000 worth of work. I took that information to my Lexus dealer. Both shocks and struts are in excellent shape! NO work needed. You can imagine my relief. I don't have $2000 for anything these days. Otherwise Mienke would have received 5 stars.Service: Oil change

I've been going to this location for years, primarily for brake and suspension maintenance. Wes and crew have always treated me fairly and have bailed me out on more than one occasion. We are a one vehicle family and most recently they gave me a same day appointment, providing diagnosis and repair that very day. I was in a pinch as I needed to travel out-of-state the following day. Been a customer for years and not happy with price hike! No one offered any coupon at check out. Next day I received an email with a $20 coupon which had to be used in the next 30 days. I won't need another oil change in the next 30 days! Worthless!

Super nice! Straight to the point and honest about whatever is wrong with my car. Always think of this place first when I start hearing an uneasy noise coming from my car. And not being much of a car person I feel reassured that my car is in good hands for fixing.

It cost $42 to have them tell me they couldn t work on my car unless I bought new tires from them which would cost $1000, just for the tires and labor not included. Took my car to Wal-Mart and they fixed the problem and I got a new set of tires for a total of $480. It sucks when Wal-Mart has become the best place to take your car, but here we are!

They don't just do mufflers. They are very good at auto service and repair.The only place in Peoria to buy QUALITY tires. Much, much better than places that only sell tires and tire places that have tall statues.
