Gross incompetence from a business! They wrote our business policy incorrectly and then after a long email thread stating thatbit had been corrected, STILL managed to have it in the wrong name. I called 4 times to get it corrected and never received a response. When we decided to cancel our policy and go elsewhere, they said that we couldn't cancel over the phone or by email (although that is the way we set it up in the first place) and would have to go to their office in person to sign a document cancelling it. Avoid this "business" at all costs.

Very unprofessional! The woman who spoke to me asked what it would cost to replace the house?!?! Ma'am that's your job to figure that out. Unreal!!!Nope, what she asked is what the replacement cost would be. Don't lie.

Hit a raccoon and broke my ,grill,trim and cracked my window on my 2022 Lexus,forced me to pay 2 deductibles from 1 incident,said he would cover one deductible then a few days before it was headed to the shop pulled the offer out from underneath me.they are basically accusing me of lieing when I'm in fact NOT,this is a 50k dollar car they just don't want to cover the bill,bad business alround.

The Ledbetter Auto insurance company in Peoria, IL. is great to deal with. Everything was handled by phone and online. Linda Hickman is the the greatest agent and did all the research for best premiums and set everything up for me. All I had to do was say "Okay let's go for it" when she presented me with the policy. I recommend this agency highly.

Ledbetter insurance is a great place to get auto, renters and business insurance. The people are helpful, knowledgeable and take the time to give you the proper advise that you need when your purchasing insurance.I recommend them.

Ledbetter insurance is a great insurance out fit they really do everything they can to meet ur needs in insurance an the rates are great I haven't been able to find any, anywhere cheaper, an the employees are awesome too!!!! They have always been super sweet an helpful ,I love ledbetter insurance

Something is fishy. Asked for a quote for homeowners insurance and was told they're not doing those at the moment. When I asked why, my question was met with a question. And was never told why. Hmmm.
