Brought my car in to Jiffy Lube on Sterling and they took amazing care of me!! The way this place works as a team to ensure great service is totally more than I could have asked for! The politeness was beyond words! Keep it up team you all are amazing!!

I went to Car-X on University in Peoria, IL to get an oil change. Long story short, I noticed my car was driving funny, so I checked my oil and it was very clumpy looking. I took my car to Jiffy Lube and they flushed the oil completely out and put fresh oil in for me. Came into the waiting room and explained everything they were going to do and everything that needed to be done. They also went above and beyond and vacuumed my car out, checked my tires, checked my air filters, all fluids, windshield wipers, you name it. Very polite gentlemen, great work ethic, and very honest. I will never go anywhere else. From now on I will be going here for my services and I highly recommend. My car is running great and I can definitely tell a HUGE difference. I appreciate all you guys. Continue to be great and providing the greatest care for others and their vehicles. It means a lot. :)

I appreciate the welcomed smile, by all team members. They were friendly and spoke with me while I was waiting. You can tell they all enjoy what they do and respect one another. I will definitely be back and also recommend to others.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. It was my first time going to them and I have to say they were better than take five. I highly recommend jiffy lube in sterling. They explain things so you understand. They are quick and efficient. They work with you. Very friendly and respectful. They definitely got my vote. They are worth going to. I m recommending them to everyone. Oh and chilvery is not dead. They were complete gentlemen even opened my door for me. It was wonderful.

They caught things we weren t aware of. We have a long trip home to Utah from Havana, Illinois and they were the best in helping us get ready, and showed us things that will keep us safe. Thank you ever so much

Came close to closing they greeted us with smiles and was very helpful and friendly. Let us know what is going on with everything with our car even though we only came in for a oil change they let us know about brakes, tire pressures, and if we had a leak. Very informative!!! We will definitely be back.

Greeted with kindness and professionalism, they let me know everything going on with my car despite only coming in for an oil change. Didn t feel pressured to buy any more services (which tends to be an issue with some places). Will definitely be returning!!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Employees were extremely welcoming and helpful in explaining the whole process while considering the customers thoughts. They were quick and thorough as well so you re not stuck sitting for hours waiting on your vehicle.

My air compressor at home was broken and I d been to 3 nearby gas stations all of which had air compressors that were out of order. I pulled in and asked how much to air up my tires which were really low due to the cold and they said to pull in and they would take care of it for free. Less than 5 minutes later I was out the door. Thanks Juan !! I ll definitely be back when it s time to change my oil.

I was in need of getting service for my car. I got to the Jiffy Lube on Sterling just as they were closing. The gentleman with whom I spoke said he would stay open to help me and he did. Fabulous service!!Thank you again.

Took my caprice classic in for an oil change today! From the moment I was greeted to the time I left was probably about 20 minutes tops and there were cars ahead of me. The staff is professional and friendly. They explained what they did and gave me information on what services I would likely need in the near future. Great job! We will be back with our other vehicles for sure. Prices are reasonable as well!!!Service: Oil change

The level of quality and customer service here is second to none. By far the best and most thorough oil change and service quick option that I ve ever been to. Absolute professionalism from greeting to exit. 10/10 recommend every time and I never even had to get out of my car! I stop in to get a oil change because the place was nice and easy to get in and out but what I didn't expect there was what looked like 15 year old kid came out along with a young man I'm assuming he was training the young boy which is a good thing but I felt a little bit on the edge while this young boy work on my truck they asked me did I want to stay in my truck or go in but I stay in the truck while they were trying to change my oil I was praying he didn't mess up nothing but they did well I didn't have no problems afterwards but over all its a very nice place to go I will go back I just gotta get used to kids training to work on cars I guess ..

Best oil change experience I ve had. Brandon, Juan, and Koran explained everything to me. I enjoyed their company while I waited. Highly recommend this place. Even cleaned my windows and windshield.

A little overpriced, paid 70 bucks with a coupon for 20 bucks off . They left my headlights on and didn't close my hood all the way.But it was done in 20 minutes and they have fine coffee.

jiffy lube removed my review. we spent over two hours at this place between my boyfriend and i and we were the only two cars in the garage and all we got was an oil change. they refused to accept the gift cards they sent out the same week we went because they were expired (01/30/23) but they sent them out expired.the lady working inside was very nice, but we are overall very disappointed in the service and mind blown that Jiffy Lube is deleting their negative reviews rather than trying to make things right.

I was there 3/23/24 service was ok not impressed With the smell of weed in the shop, call me crazy not really looking forward to somebody working on my car that is high.

These guys killed it. It was just an oil change, but I don't think I've ever been in and out so fast. They cleaned my floor mats complementary, too. Very friendly and professional staff.
