Not helpful. Had every excuse not to tow my car.Appreciate the reply but i get that not every tow company is the same. I called another company and they came right over and it took em 10 minutes to hook it up and be on their way. I could tell by all the problems you were saying was gonnaa add onto the price. The company i called doesnt do that. Flat rate.

If you have a college student in or around Peoria and they have a major car problem, this is the company to call. I talked to a few, and it felt like most didn't want to be bothered with our complicated towing situation. Inabit took the time to listen, problem solve, and reassure us that we had someone nearby who would help. Thank you, Inabit.

Awesome company to work with. Great low rates, very professional drivers. Quick safe secure services. They accepted an out of state credit card for payment which allowed me and my daughter to get home safely with our vehicle in tow. Would absolutely use them again! Inabit Towing and Recovery extended to me, what felt like "You're Family" brand of customer service. Both of my interactions with Dispatch and Driver was very pleasant and personable.I found Inabit's prices to be incredibly competitive and fair. Overall; this company embraces and embodies integrity along with customer service that they deliver with exceptional care and precision. I wish the entire crew many more years of safety and success! My car was on the side of a very busy highway and InABit was there before my daughter who was picking me up. Very friendly and kind. Will definitely use them again!!!

These guys were absolutely amazing!My family and I had just started our long haul move from Davenport to Savannah, GA when we had an incident with our van tire. They picked up our van and trailer with their flat bed n took us to Walmart in E. Peoria. I am so very grateful for their assistance. Couldn't have been nicer guys!!Service: Vehicle wrecking

I am from Colorado and was traveling to my daughter's house in Indianapolis when I had an accident on the interstate near Peoria. I cannot emphasize enough how thoroughly grateful I am that this was the tow company that was sent to me. John was incredibly kind, caring, compassionate, helpful -- and even helped me calm my puppy, who was shook up by the accident. He went over and above any expected customer service by helping me find my phone, helping me get to the airport, staying with the puppy while I went in to rent a car, helping me transfer all my belongings from my wrecked car to the rental car. I believe he provided as much of a service by calming me as he did towing my car, even though it meant him going out of his way and taking way more time than would have been needed just to tow the car. I believe he must have been heaven-sent. This is the kind of customer care that is so rare, but so appreciated when you've had an accident. He humbly kept saying, "that's what we do." Well, that may be what John at Inabit does, but it is not what you would expect from a tow service. I am extremely grateful and cannot recommend this service highly enough. I would give 50 stars if I could.

Fantastic service! had a family member's car stranded with a dead starter. He was there within 20 minutes and towed it where we needed. Price was more than fair for exceptional service. Highly Recommend!

These guys are awesome and know their stuff. Pulled me out of a real tight spot one night. John left me satisfied and with a super cool coozie. Can't wait for the next time i see those jeans with the light reflective stripes! That's when you know your safe!

Kind, caring, efficient, and genuine is how we would describe John! He made a stressful situation less stressful and was making us laugh. He's very personable and we will never use anyone but him if we need this service again. Highly recommend this class act guy!less �

I had a flat tire and needed a spare put on. The guy showed up super quick, and upon request, he walked me through how to change a tire so I can do it myself next time! Cheaper and quicker than the service I called beforehand! :)

Professional, friendly, quick, and affordable. Specifically was locked out of car. Communication was very good.Edit - I used them again for a tow. Still excellent in every category.

Stranded at the airport, with a dead battery - John arrived (earlier than he quoted), and took care of the issue quickly and professionally, at a very reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to call Inabit again!

Awesome Job! He came in a timing manner & and he went above and beyond to help anyway he could. Pick up, Drop off, even an ATM run! I absolutely recommend him for all of your towing needs!
