Steven is very professional & friendly. Very easy towing process & affordable. He went above & beyond helping me with a non-movable vehicle. I ve used him twice now & he s been very respondent & communicative.

My car died while I was at the grocers. It was 11 below and windy! After being on hold for 10min with another service (who shall remain nameless - and can't really blame them) I tried Holts. They answered the phone on the first ring and literally within 10 minutes 2 extremely polite and helpful young men came and got my car started. They could not have been nicer and more professional. I will call them anytime I need help with my car - I'm so appreciative of their help!

The best service that I have ever received in my 27 years of life quick response came to my place in under ten min to help me unlock my car right before the holidays the owner is a god sent may he keep this company alive and make it flourish. The owner is very sweet and walks you through the process as well if u can give him more stars I would. God blessed you.

Yea this company is the real deal. My tire popped and man came in quick. Fixed my tire. Then my car wouldn t start and I had been having problems with it no starting a lot. He came back and pulled the hood. All that was wrong was some corrosion on my battery. He just wiped it up and got me back on the road. He deadass saved me like 400 dollars. Now my car turns on every time no problem. Big fan of this place.

Fast friendly service. Had a problem, and after a few questions, I had all my answers. They came out and fixed my car quickly and had clear communication about everything they had to do.

Steven was really helpful and cared that my friend and I just got scammed by another company! He drove from peoria to help us and was very friendly, and caring. I appreciate thing you did for my friend and I we had a stressful night.

We were stuck at the airport with a flat tire that we couldn t budge at 8:30 pm. Steve was there in half an hour and gave us excellent service. We were on our way home in 30 minutes. He is professional and courteous. We would use him again.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

We had been locked out and the battery was dead in our car. I gave his company a call and Steven handled the lockout like a pro and was very friendly and helpful. Amazing service. We were in the middle of no where, on the side of the road and all of the company's near us wanted a ridiculous amount to pull us out of the ditch, but He came and helped us out for a great price. He arrived way faster than the estimated time, was very friendly and explained everything that he was doing before he did it. He gave excellent instructions for us while he was doing his part so we knew what we needed to do instead of us just sitting there wondering. we will 100% be calling again if we are ever in a similar situation and recommend this company for anyone on the side of the road needing help.10/10Service: Car towing

He came on time and very polite. He came to give my car a jump. He helped giving my car a jump. He also made sure I was ok. He made sure I was warm while my car was charging. I recommend this towing company.
