We have been so pleased with each interaction we have had at Hiller for oils changes and more. We took one of the cars in for an oil change and new tires as well as a general overview and we really appreciated how they give a detailed report of what they recommend. We opted to hold on one of the recommendations and there was no pressure from them about proceeding. We feel like our cars are in good hands with them.

I was in for an oil change and couldn t be more happy with the service provided. I was able to sign up online for my appointment and was very easy.My appointment took about an hour but included windshield wiper change and rear brake light. Both were caught during inspection which was nice because I forgot to mention it to them.I was also given suggestions with pricing on a few things like spark plugs based on miles which I appreciate so I could prepare for it financially on the next visit.I will definitely be back for future work on my truck.Thank you

Great honest people to work with. Took my vehicle in for a few issues that it was having. All were diagnosed in a day with cost break downs for each repair. Didn t charge anything for the diagnosis and didn t try to force any repairs on me when I came to pick the vehicle up. Gave their honest opinion on each item whether or not to repair it now or just keep an eye on it and do it at some point in the future. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here for repairs when needed. Always treated like a valued customer every time!

The team was amazing with helping me. I picked up something and my tire went flat very quickly. I got the spare put on and went directly into Hiller and they got me right in. Whatever I picked up was gone but they patched the hole and put my spare away and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Will definitely go back for a tire quote. Exceptional customer service!!!!

We've been bringing 5 cars here over several years. Got a great deal on oil change with tire rotation in November. Half the price in the area. Today had the ball joint replacement and alignment. The guys are always very informative and friendly. Explains everything. Promptly service appointments and call immediately the work is done.

Once again, the team gave me a great experience. They got me in right away and were super fast-which was not expected but very much appreciated. They are always pleasant to deal. Chrissy at the front is very knowledgeable and super helpful.

We have used this business for quite a long time and for many repairs to our vehicles with no complaints. Not only that, now and then, I will do an online search for repair cost estimates and I can't think of one time where Hiller's repairs have not been lower than the average costs recommended in online searches for what a particular repair may cost. The employees are always pleasant and willing to answer any questions one might have. Their returns on our repaired vehicles have always been very quick, too.

Hiller is always great to work with. We had a flat and they worked us in right away. Ended up with 2 new tires and brakes on priority. We also asked about some body work and they were able to give us some referrals who were also receptive, accommodating and kind. There is a reason we are repeat customers!

Excellent customer service! Jimmy is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. The front desk representativewas very knowledgeable. She was friendly, not many business these days have great customer service these days, they set the standards here.

Hiller Automotive gives attention to detail using an 80 point detailed checklist after doing my oil change indicating what looks good, what the tread wear is at on each tire, notes on any lights not working properly, etc. This is given to the customer. I highly recommend them!

I brought my vehicle in for the first time today to get my tire pressure sensors replaced, and after a while they came back and explained what they did to examine the issue with the light going off and why they did not think the sensors needed to be changed at this time but that they reset the tire pressure sensor light for me. Free of charge. I respect and appreciate someone who says "I don't want to try to sell you something I really do not think you need." I will be returning as needed to this shop. Thank you for being a stand-up business.

Knew right away this would be the place to go for timing chain replacement. Brian is very knowledgeable and up front about everything. I went on line for the best place to go for that job and Hiller came up. I also called two Buick dealers and Hiller beat their price by a large margin. I thought my car ran fine before I took it in but now it really runs fine. Great job guys. Thank you

The employees were all very courteous and respectful. My tech was a gem as well! So thankful I came here straight from a different shop, otherwise I d be paying for a new transmission pan I didn t need!! It was tricky but they squeezed me since I was a walk in, seriously so thankful I know about these guys now! They ll be my go to shop for sure.

Very friendly staff. They were able to fit my car in for alignment at the last minute and finish it up in a couple of hours. I will definitely give them my service again.

I went in with what I presumed was a vacuum leak issue. They tested everything, and came up with the possibility of burnt valves. But due to the age of the engine, we decided to just run it till it dies. They did fantastic work. Quick and efficient.

Fast service, but great customer service. Honesty and integrity are lost in so many businesses. This shop has both. I came in with a flat tire, they checked for tires and ended up putting on my spare, knowing I would go back to Costco for my warranty. It did not stop them from being very professional and helpful. I will come here in the future for my automotive needs

My car was having problems with the brakes and something in the rear end. Hiller was able to get me right in and get it taken care of even though it was right before Christmas. I never feel like they are nickel and dimeing me, they are very through and work to get the job done correctly. Thank you for always taking good care of things when it comes to my car.

Honestly, writing this review is very difficult for me. I have been going to Hiller Automotive for many years now, and I have taken both personal cars, and company vehicles in for service. I have suggested to my friends and family this is the best place in town for vehicle service.Saying that - I have had declining experiences over my last three or four services.Declining services range from scheduled services taking multiple hours for simple services (oil changes and tire rotations), requested brake pad checks during tire rotations are not completed, and multi point inspection sheets are no longer given when service is paid for.I will likely continue going to Hiller, as I trust their mechanics, and I trust their shop to do a good job. However, recommending Hiller is not something I can really do anymore. It sucks because Hiller was a really great shop.

Awesome service, fast, very professional and informative. I replaced the lower control arms on my wife s car, after the toe adjustment was out, they got us in shortly after we called to schedule, they did the alignment and also rotated the tires because the front tires had started to feather due to a the toe being out. Great place would recommend to anyone!Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Despite the horrible ice storm this morning, they still showed up to the shop and did the service on my truck at 8 o clock. It was a front and rear differential fluid change as well as a transfer case fluid change great job will definitely return to the shop.

They got the job done super fast it did cost more than what I thought it would but when you have to have your vehicle asap you do what ya have to do it was actually cheaper than what he quoted me would highly recommend hiller

Hiller Automotive was awesome!! Very nice, and very fast. They squeezed me right in before a snowstorm so my car was safe to drive beforehand. Very pleased

Questionably ethics and business practices. My Aunt went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. She received the oil change but not the tire rotation, presumably because her appointment ran out of time since they also replaced her battery and performed a degrease and dye service. The battery replacement was done without attempting to charge it first and no consideration was taken into account the car has not been driven regularly, after all we are in the middle of winter in central Illinois, and she is 85. Fortunately, she declined an additional ~$500 of preventative maintenance services on her 10-year-old vehicle with 60,000 miles. One star was required to post this review otherwise there would be zero stars.

Had my alternator replaced and they did a wonderful job. Also had my routine services done and the experiences had always been great. Staff is very courteous and place very clean. The best auto service center in town!

They are busy and you have to schedule anything here. However, the drop off, repair and pick up time for my vehicle was quick. Fair price for a tire repair and the people were friendly. I d go back
