Carpet was replaced in my RAV 4. The a/c had leaked inside the vehicle and had developed an awful smell. The gentlemen at Harold s went up and beyond making sure I was happy They did a great job and were so pleasant to work with. THANK YOU

Missed completion date three times! Each time I had to call only to be told that it s still not finished.When calling the last time I was asked if I wanted to come and get it and finish it myself. In talking I said I just wanted a firm date when it would be finished. He said Saturday and hung up on me.I m not one to complain usually this was absolutely not the way to talk to a customer.I do not recommend doing business with Harold s Auto Upholstery.

Happy they can do our Mustang interior exactly as we hoped, and can fix the issues with the top too. Got an estimate and got it scheduled.

If you want your car back in one piece don't do business here. Took one of my cars there and it was picked up with the seat belt broken off the car. And of course they didn't do it.
