I wouldn't recommend coming here. I had made an appointment to get my tire replaced at 10am. When I arrived they told me to take a seat and that someone would be with me shortly. Over 25 minutes had passed and no one had talked to me to at least take my keys, see my vehicle, or confirm my appointment. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but waiting 25 minutes past your scheduled appointment time to AT LEAST be seen, is a bit excessive. I left without being seen.

I booked appointment for 4:30 and was asked to move to 4:00, since they cannot honor 4:30 appointment as it would late. Then why would they show 4:30 appointment on website. It took them 2 hours to analyze and find out that it needs filter change and asked me to come next day for filter changes. Next day came and waited to almost 2 hours for just filter change. ridiculous .. I wasted 4 hours for filter change job. Not coming back here.

Classic bait and switch. Picked tires online and made appointment for next morning. Go in to drop off vehicle and they "don't have the tires in stock" (could order them and install them next day as I already took off of work today for my appointment lol). I asked why did it let me make an appointment for those tires or why didn't it say not in stock at location selected???? I was only told "I don't know". So I asked how much more expensive would it be to get tires in stock and was quoted right there between $400 to $500 more than online quote was. This is 2023....not 1990. There is software out there that will remedy this easily.......I guess they aren't used to hearing forget it then and someone walking out saying their customer service sux. They tried to call me a half hour later but my decision was done. Do better Goodyear!!

Avoid at all costTook my car to get it looked at and they said that I needed new shocks/struts done which they wasn t lying about However when I decided to go to a different mechanic they confirmed that the shocks/struts needed to be replaced but also BOTH OF MY CONTROL ARMS needed to be replace as well and a tire alignment as well which only cost me $1,176.00 at a different mechanic If I had to said yes I would had been scammed out of $2,000 Never Again I will come back They do not pay close attention to what really needs to be done to your vehicle.

I was in this place with my 2 vehicles, the first one, a 2020 Toyota Highlander, took me to change the 4 wheels and they lost the safety lock, I spoke to them to solve it and the only solution was for us to do it ourselves and buy a new one , they did not want to take care of these, we went to Toyota and they solved it; Accidentally, my wife went to take my car, a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport, to change the 4 wheels, one Saturday afternoon after she damaged one of the old wheels, and I was able to change the 4 tires at once and the corresponding alignment, exactly on September 23, the wheels look good but the alignment is bad, and apart from that they broke something on one of the rear wheels, that same day the manager of the mechanics says that they would take care of that damage and that the following Monday they would contact her, a week passed and they did not call her, she went again and told her whether we are going to order the piece, making some stupid excuses, the next day they called her and told her, look, the piece was rusty and that's why it burst, which is why you have to pay for it, to which I responded, you damaged it and 2 weeks later you are going to tell me that it is my problem, I contact goodyear direct customer service to which they respond that Arian is in charge of the situation, the workshop gets in touch and they say that they are going to order the part, to which 2 more weeks pass and we return to the workshop to ask what is going on, the I use it for work, I had already driven almost 4,000 miles on it with the bent tires, I feel like they are being damaged because they are not aligned, they say either on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest we will repair it, it arrived on Friday and nothing was known from them, to which we called again and they just said the manager is not coming to work today you can call tomorrow. This is a lack of respect on the part of this place, I really do not recommend this one bit, before going think carefully if you want to leave your vehicle in repair because perhaps they do it wrong and they will never respond to you. In short, I had to look for another shop to repair it and wait to see how much the bill would be. THIS WORKSHOP IS GARBAGE.

I am a regular customer. They have some waiting time. Last time I was told to make an appointment on phone because the website doesn t reflect the real time schedule. So this time I made the appointment on phone. But I had to wait 1 hr and they were not able to pull my vehicle up for servicing. I saw a guy who came after me and his car was pulled up inside. I had plans for the rest of the day. So I had to leave without taking their service. I m really disappointed this time. Hopefully they will change things. One star for Missy (the lady with the glasses, she is really very nice)

The buisness has been understaffed since Covid. I have no complaints about the work for the price or the staff, I've never had a bad experience on that end.Do not go here if you are looking for quick service, bring a book or a phone charger if you plan on waiting inside. Same day appointments are impossible.

These guys are awesome! Got me in right away somehow even though they were slammed and helped me avoid losing a huge job! (Drive for living)They were kind, FAST, and even though initially I was shocked at price they understood, explained and then applied coupons!Highly recommend!

Not happy with service. Called asked if they can take my car early they said bringing it in at 9:00. 3 and 1/2 hours later they changed four tires said all 20 of my lug nuts were swollen which is not even right lied to make more money. Definitely won't go back there

Made an appointment online, received a call to confirm my appointment. Front desk staff was awesome(and attentive thanks ladies) and technician got me in and completed my battery installation quickly. Coffee and water for customers. Definitely recommend

I dropped my car off the night before my 9 am appointment the next day. By 3 pm not only was the service not complete, but I had no confidence they would even get to it by end of business.I ended up getting my vehicle with no service performed.I won't return.They can apologize quite nicely. Still they did not perform the simple service promised.

Went to store to make appointment for an alignment. They scheduled me for several days later in a time slot that had open availability. Drove a 1/2 hour on my day off of work to find out they put several other people ahead of me and despite having an appointment in advance was told I couldn t get in for 1 1/2 hours. Maybe they should have a better scheduling program. Very disappointed the ladies made no apology or offered another time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We've had them do work on our vehicle, to only have to go back and have them fix it MULTIPLE times! More specifically, we took my tire that needed a sensor replaced on a Tuesday and they said it wouldn't get done till Friday. Friday came and went, no phone call. My husband called Saturday when they opened and they STILL hadn't fixed it yet! She said they'd have it done in 10 minutes. We got the tire home and on our vehicle, and immediately left for a trip that day. The very next morning, the God damned tire was flat again. Wth??? Back we go today. Sooooo frustrating!!!

The service was good except they didn't put one of my caps on the rims tight or secure enough and I lost one would you replace it that would be nice. Champs been on the car for 12 years so I know he didn't put it on tight enough.

The service at this location is ALWAYS GREAT! If you want it done right and done right the first time, they have a mechanic named Donnie and he is your man! He has been working on both of my cars for 10 years and never found a problem he couldn't fix. And, the price is always right; dealer quality at half the price! The management team is also on the ball.

Had a 1pm oil change appointment 1-19-2022. Showed up at 12:50 checked in, they took my keys and said I ll get your car right in . At 1:15 my car was in the same parking spot 1:30 still in the same parking spot. Finally at 1:52 I asked for my keys back and left. Never got an explanation or an apology. I will never go back.

Despite having an appointment for several days ahead of time, was told when we brought the car in at 9 am, that they would be too busy to get to it. Just an oil change and tire rotation. Looking at the other reviews here, this is clearly a pattern. Don't waste your time!

I experienced terrible service and I wish I could give this review zero stars. I had them order a tire on Wednesday and told them I needed the car for the weekend due to a trip I was taking. They then called me Friday afternoon hours before I was leaving and said they ordered the wrong tire and that they wouldn't have it until Monday! The amount of ignorance and lack of due diligence was unbelievable. Then to top it off, I arrived there to come pick up my car to take it somewhere else and no one apologized or made any effort to call out the fact that they messed up. Overall, this Good Year was truly a horrible experience and I highly recommend if you are considering getting your car serviced here to immediately look elsewhere!

Called to set an appointment for two new tires. Arrived at appointment time and was told the truck had not arrived with the tires. I informed them that the driver rear tire needed to be replaced.When I asked about a discount, i was told that by the time the tires were removed from my car, the truck would "...be here."1.5 hours after my appointment time...my car was in the bay and the truck wasn't here yet. And still no discount. I'm looking through the glass at my tire on the lift with no one working it.Update: Before I left the store, I asked the manager if there was a possibility of a discount, seeing as how it was a very, very long time to get the new tires. He verbally sparred with me for a few minutes, before finally telling me he could knock, "...three bucks off, because you bought the cheapest tires we have."I also requested that they return the good rear, passenger tire, which they did not do.I told him that wasn't necessary, and I would not be returning to the store again. He then replied, "Well, you're entitled to your opinion. Try to have a better day."

Nikki and Tim are masqueraded as Angels in disguise. While at a baseball tournament they went above and beyond the call of duty to fix our car that needed repair after a 3 hour drive.Efficient and filled with integrity as Nikki called around for my part and Tim actually fixed prior issues that I wasn t even aware of.Now we can make it to the game on time and get home safely.These two are God Sent.Please make sure the right people see this review.Thank you!!

Had an appointment to replace my tires at 10:30am. At 2:45pm I called inquiring about the service. I was told that the tire change wouldn t be completed until the end of the day. No apology.

Did warranty work on my Civic. First class. Did more than I expected. Very friendly. On time. Had an appointment, and they didn't make me wait. Free Wifi.

I had been going to a different service center for a few years, but suddenly was being told I needed things that raised alarms. Needing new tires and being told I needed nearly 1k in work was the last straw. I went to Goodyear the same day as I called and planned to leave for a trip immediately after. They said I only need two new back tires and got me in and out within an hour. I didn't feel like I paid the "woman tax" there and will happily return in the future.

I d give 0 stars. Booked an appointment at 12pm several days before and front desk staff acts like it doesn t matter and mechanics are already scheduled for the day. I planned the whole day around this and all my plans were disrupted because of this. Never coming to this place even if they offer me a free service.

Went there for an A/C recharge. Was there an hour before they told us there was a problem with my compressor....which I told them their might be. When I brought the car in. They then advised us that it would be 850.00 dollars to replace with a new one.... I told them I couldnt afford to do it that day. The asst. Manager there a fellow by the name of Brian advised that I could apply for financing for the new part and the work. I filled out the application, but was not immediately approved. At this point we had been there for an hour and a half. They advised us that they were still going to finish charge the system, but we not sure how long the A/C would last. 30 min later they said it was finally done and we could check out. I paid my bill for the recharge $150.00, and walked out to my car wherr my Fiance and 8 Month were waiting for me. Before we left the parking lot I turned on the air too see what my 150.00 dollars and 2 hours of my life had gotten me. Hot air came out of vents with the system on max A/C. I let it run for like 5 min or so before I went back into the shop to speak to the Manager....no cool air whatsoever. I walked and was like ummm yea what were you guys doin to my car for like 2 hours because I have no cool air. Long story short sort of.... They refunded my money back to card. When I got on the road I had my fiance google the compresser part needed our car 2008 kia optima. It retails from 150.00 to 200 depending on who purchase it from online.....So why they Hell would they want charge me 850.00 dollars to change it out. Well because there ass Monkeys.... That's why.

If I could give a negative star I would. I have been a repeat customer with Good year for years. Never NEVER has there ever been an issue until last Wednesday April 4th. I went for an oil change as always. I now have a Nissian Sentra, which like before; scheduled the appointment online via chat. Last time I had my oil change, I was scheduled for High Mileage which I schedule the same this time. Long story short, this "person" (I so want to call him so many other things); out the gate his tone was a bit much. Tells me my care needs synthetic oil instead of the high mileage. I said, "that's what I got the last time I was here." He said, "no actually, they put the synthetic and just charged for the high mileage. Actually did you a favor." I said, "excuse me"?? "No not when I paid for a service." He goes on to say, "well I can't let that happen again." I said, "Why wasn't I told that when I was here the last time? Because you're talking to me like I knew this information, which was never communicated to me." He goes on to say, "that's why I'm telling you know." I initially said, "go ahead." Then I thought about it, "what price am I being charged today?" So I go to the front to ask Brandy, the customer friendly rep, to ask her about the fee. She said, "you'll pay for the synthetic pricing." I told her, "I think that's a little unfair that I was never advised about the transaction from last time and I'm expected to pay for something different than the $50 and change that I anticipated paying today." That "person" (loosely used term) interjects our conversation and begins to get a more indigent tone with me. Never did I raise my voice, get nasty, mean, etc. Which by this time told me he believed he could speak to me any kind of way. By this time, I'm really pissed. But do my best to keep it together. I told Brandy, "I just want my keys, I'm done. Of all the years I've come here never have I had issues with a manager or employee." He continues to attempt to argue with me and continue to try to get loud with me. Then he wants me to sign something saying I refused service. I try really hard not to hate people but in some cases; I get it. I will NEVER spend another dollar at Goodyear. It took me a week to write a response because I was so upset and didn't want to post a review on emotions but on fact. If he is the new manager of that center, I can see Goodyear losing a lot of faithful customers. I hope karma makes a special appearance to him very soon. You can't think you can treat people bad and it's acceptable.
