I ended up having to have the windshield replaced on my X7 and wanted to make sure I went with reputable company. After a recommendation from a friend, I called Glass America. I had them use OEM glass and their technician did an absolutely fantastic job with the replacement. They came to my house, repaired everything in my driveway and were complete in about an hour. Highly recommend!!

They gave me the runaround since Saturday. Rescheduled me for Tuesday, guy shows up with completely wrong window to a different vehicle. Says he can't tape up the broken window because he's out of the stuff to do so. Seemed like he didn't even want to be there. He tells me he will come back the next day. I call him and let him know what time I'll be home and he says he can't help me. So I call the office and I'm being told they can't get me in until Thursday. Took my business elsewhere and got in right away AND they price matches.Service: Auto side window replacement

The guys were absolutely great today! I made my claim yesterday afternoon and they were able to come to my home the very next morning. They were very prompt and professional, gave me the spiel, answered any questions and started right away. They even finished faster than what they told me. Everything looks great, and I was reassured with a lifetime warranty if something didn't turn out right. I was obviously referred by my insurance company, but I will recommend Glass America to anyone in need. Thanks for a smooth and convenient morning!

My insurance guy recommended this company, and I 100% recommend using them too! They were easy and understanding to talk to on the phone and had a guy out the next day to repair my chip. Mine was a pretty good chip so the chip won't go away 100% but this prevents further cracking.Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

I would rate this company five stars because the staff treated me very well. They call and set up an appointment. That day came and it was raining so they ask if I could bring my truck to their shop. Great customer service. My new truck windshield has only been installed for a few days, I will see how their workmanship holds up...

The snow/ice had delayed getting my windshield replaced for a couple days. If I had a garage available or wanted to drive to them it could've gotten replaced sooner. The technician that came out was polite, did a great job and didn't complain about the cold weather. The price for the replacement was lower than others in the area. Also a great thing about Glass America is they didn't charge an extra fee for mobile services. A top competitor in the area was going to charge $40 just to come to my home.

Don't know how good the work is because the impatient "lady" on 10/3/22 in the morning hung up on me twice and there is no telling how much business these guys are missing out on..... Get rid of the lady that was making the appointments and taking calls that day

I took my 2010 Chevy Impala in to have the back glass replaced because someone told me my rear window defogger wasn't working because of the strips in the glass. After looking it over the young man said He would like to take my money but the problem wasn't the glass. He said it wasn't get power to it. Final took it to Goodyear and they found a short in the harness. Thank you Glass America for your honesty. It was very refreshing.
