They had parts needed for my repair on-site. The service manager communicated with me to authorize the repair and I benefitted from a discount coupon and points reward. They have a pleasant waiting area complete with a hostess offering refreshment. The check of my car's systems was thorough and the wait was not long! I am very satisfied. My oil change was performed after my car's computer alerted me that the oil change was necessary.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The fuse bar on top of the battery was bad and had to be replaced before I left. I asked to see the part that was replaced in looking at it with one of the service people they cover, was broken to where moisture could get inside of the fuse block, I sent an email to Allison with a picture and never got a reply back from her. So I m very disappointed I have never taken my truck to have anything fixed except for your service department. I think it would only be right that the cover be replaced as I asked in the email that I sent to Allison.

One thing that is important to me is service after the sale. The service in which I received during my visits have been customer centered. I appreciate the value the Uftring Weston team places in me as a customer to keep my vehicle operating in peak condition.

Friendly service, clean facility. We had 2 new tires put on our daughter's car, and the tire sensor Repair light was on when we picked her car up. I don't think we should have been told our car was done if error lights are still on!

I really don't want this to be public, but I couldn't find another way to contact the dealership. I took my vehicle in Wednesday morning for diagnostics. It's been around 20 years since I've been to a dealership for diagnostic work. The first thing that rubbed me the wrong way is they automatically asked for $139.99 upfront. They have this machine that checks your alignment as you walk in. No thank you.Around noon on Thursday I called because I hadn't heard anything. It appeared to me that they meant to call me, but never came out and said that. Since I had a performance air filter on my vehicle, they wanted to swap it out for a traditional air filter and test out the vehicle's performance. I dropped off my old filter for them to use. Saturday, I picked up the vehicle and they said the performance filter was in the passenger seat. It was not. They proceeded to tell me that we could resolve this next Tuesday. I really didn't want this to stay open that long. Anyway, I didn't get contacted on Tuesday, so I emailed. Still no response, so I called Wednesday over lunch and talked to a manager. I then got a quick call from my service advisor. They are delivering a filter to my house. I honestly don't know if it's my old one or a brand new one due to lack of communication. My service advisor made it sound like it was my old one, but manager made it sound like it was a new one.This was my first time at Uftring Weston and you can imagine that I don't plan to return. This whole thing took over a week. I spent $170 for diagnostics that I don't agree with. They tried to charge me an additional $140, then they lost my air filter. I am not a fan of dealership service departments, and this experience reinforced my opinions.

Quick service as we had a Dr appointment in Chicago and needed our car fixed asap! Took the car in Friday morning, and it was finished on Saturday! Walter delivered my husband to our house and came and picked him up when the car was done! What a nice service

Like most people, I had never had a good experience when buying a new car. That changed last week! Fantastic experience at Uftring Weston Cadillac! Scott and Adam were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond working with us. No pressure salesmen, they honestly wanted to help us find the right vehicle. Neither my husband nor I had ever driven a Cadillac before and were amazed at the comfort and smooth ride. So amazed that we went looking for one vehicle but ended up buying TWO! An XT6 for my husband and an XT5 for me! We highly recommend Uftring Weston Cadillac!

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Denise Doyle and her team did an awesome job of taking care of my car. She is always able to answer any of my questions and let's me know if her team find anything that needs to be addressed with my car. I wouldn't want take my car anywhere else.

I took my 2022 Buick Enclave in for warranty oil change. Even though I didn't buy my vehicle from the Uftring Weston dealership they treated me with courtesy. I was in, had my oil changed and was out all within 40 minutes. Their waiting room was clean and comfortable equipped with a television, coffee, water and popcorn. I will definitely use their service department again if necessary.

They started. Working on my car when I first got there. They helped me look up my extended warranty to know what I would need to pay for, NOTHING! Washed and cleaned my car. And to top off all that great service, they had a quiet place in the waiting area where I could listen to Bible study material in peace and quiet! What more could I ask for! Thank you to all those great people!

Only seemed interested in doing the recall work. $170 just to plug in the OBD2 scanner. And I can't prove it, but they closed my passenger side mirror, and it no longer opens and closes. Suspicious as hell. Would probably only recommend going there if your auto is under warranty.

The Service Department was extremely helpful. My Advisor Chuck worked with GM to get some of the service covered under the warranty. For the initial appointment, the shuttle was not available at the time I needed. Another Advisor graciously offered to take me to work and also picked me up later that day. A loaner was available for my second appointment. This Service Department definitely went above and beyond!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They informed me of a recall on my truck and got it in right after my service. I had a free voucher for my service and a free car wash. When I went to get my truck it hadn t been washed. I went back in and asked about why it wasn t washed? They said that they couldn t run it through their carwash because it could damaged the mirrors. I asked if they had a detail shop and they said yes but won t do it there. If they aren t going to honor what they give you when you purchase a vehicle they shouldn t do it. I believe that they still owe me a car wash.

Overall, our standard oil change and tire rotation was fine. However, they claim to perform a multi-point inspection as a part of the service, and the inspection includes checking the windshield for damage. Our windshield has a massive crack and it was not noted on the report. It sure makes us wonder if ANY of the other inspection actually happened When this oversight was brought up to the service advisor, it was shrugged off.This inspection is free , but anyone with a sense for business knows that they build this into the cost of the oil change service. It would be better if they either offered this as an option or maybe just did a thorough inspection in the first place. I don t like paying for a service that isn t performed properly.

I was completely satisfied with the service I received at Uftring Weston Cadillac/Chevrolet in Peoria Illinois. My vehicle was repaired quickly. The work done was thorough and explained completely by all involved. All the employees were professional and courteous!!

This was my first experience with Uftring Chevy. I was assigned to a service person named Chuck. During our first initial conversation, I could tell this was not going to be a good experience. Chuck was not very friendly, his attitude was cold, and he did t seem very concerned with my issue. I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership and I communicated with Chuck every step until my vehicle arrived at the dealership. I had to call Chuck to make sure he received the vehicle, then he never updated me on the progress of my vehicle repairs. I had to call myself and ask questions. Chuck told me my vehicle would be done on Tuesday, but it wasn t completed until Friday. Not once did Chuck call to keep my updated on the progress. I had my transmission replaced which I asked for a new transmission quote, which is what I thought I was getting. Once I received the final invoice, it said the transmission was a reman, which is remanufactured or rebuilt. Not once did Chuck tell me this. I spoke to the service manager and he explained to me the miscommunication which I didn t like but dealt with. Three days later I hear tapping noises coming from underneath the vehicle. Now I m really mad because I just spent $7,639.00 for reman transmission and it s making tapping noises. I call Chuck again and again he seems unenthused about hearing my issue. Then he says we can get you in Tuesday. No concern at all about what s going on with the vehicle nor did he ask me not one question about the noise I was hearing. I trying to stay optimistic that my vehicle will get repaired correctly but if Chuck is any indication of the quality of work that happens at this dealership, I m in big trouble. All I m ask g is to have my vehicle repaired properly for the money I paid. I wish I could request a different service advisor. Be careful when getting your vehicle worked on, some service advisors just don t care.

My end result was better than the process. They helped me get a rental through my warranty company when they couldn't offer me a loaner vehicle, fixed everything on my car and worked with my warranty company to their best ability, and even took money off of the battery installation because my car was already undergoing a lot of work. Overall it was a stressful process, but i was satisfied in the end. Thanks Uftring.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I am receiving in the purchase of my new used car. After a week of having it, oil leaks all over my driveway, and a burning smell in my car. Immediately took it back and they kept it for a week, claimed they fixed it. Got it home and had oil in my driveway AGAIN, and same smell in my car. This car should have NEVER been sold to anyone! It was never inspected before sold. Now I have to make my first car payment right before Christmas, on a car I haven t even had a week! I was sold a LEMON. most stressful situation I ve had to deal with, an experience that should have been fun, has been a nightmare.

Dropped can off for a leak, they called and tell me a price. I asked if warranty covered it and I got treated like I should have that memorized. Never used a warranty before didn't know how it worked. Then they told me it is covered I, said it could be fixed Wednesday I asked if my warranty covers a rental and I was told "I didn't check for that even if it does I don't have one to give you" . Picked my vehicle up and said call when parts get in and they said I can't get you in until next week if you take it. Said that's fine I need my vehicle for work. Get it all fixed following week then tell me I need new tires ( have less than 1000 miles on them) feel like I was being taken advantage of because I'm young.Service: Steering & suspension repair
