Really great repair shop. Jeff and Mark in Service Department really knowledgeable, and professional. There technician Wes is very knowledgeable and great. Been dealing with there Peoria location since Jan.2023 and there Burlington location since March 2023

Great Organization! Thanks to Greg,D.J.,Cody & Justin for always getting me fixed up with my parts for our massive fleet. The 1st time everytime. I highly recommend this dealer for all your heavy truck needs.

Warning service department at Centra States Idealease in Peoria story is not good. After they turned a simple injector change into partial overhaul I questioned the cause of the failure. During my questioning and inspection of the failure I found out they caused the failure and were trying to cover it up and make me pay for it. They yelled at me and tried to intimidate me into paying. They finally admitted they caused the issue and then took it for a test drive when it was missing and caused further damage to the engine. Due to my experience and background in engines I was able to stand my ground and they paid for the damage and did the repair, I paid for original injector change.I use the truck for a part time night job and don t put many miles on it, exactly 24 days from picking up the truck it developed an engine miss. I had it towed back into their shop, they found their repair had failed they showed me that the valve spring on the head that they replaced had failed and dropped the intake valve causing further damage to the cylinder. They said they wouldn t warranty it because they had paid for the repair the first time.Side note about the shop itself, I have worked in truck repair shops for 7 years and then more recently worked in engine manufacturing for 14 years. This shop is dirty, cramped and in all cases when I was there they were overhauling engines with the doors open with not much regard to cleanliness.I wish I would have done some research and asking around before I originally took my truck there, now everyone that I talk to says they are a horrible shop and don t treat their customers with any ethics. I hope by writing this review and telling my experience with them that I will detour others from using their service department. There are other International/Navstar dealer options fairly close.

Great customer Service and professional Service. They took our truck into the bay fast and started working on it as soon as we got here. Truck was in the shop for 2 days and everytime I called to check on the truck they had an answer and if they promise a call back they actually do call you. Does not get any better than that any other place. Do recommend coming here for your truck repair needs.

They recently purchased Beyers International in Jacksonville, IL, we recently needs emergency service during the cold snap. I had truck towed to their location at 1:30pm, needed fuel filters changed and was told had 3 trucks ahead of us and if they could not get that night we would be first thing next morning. Now we run our routes on a schedule so we are a day late. Well we got the truck back at 3:30pm costing me another day. They service my trucks on a regular basis, looks like I will have to start looking for someone else.

the absolute worst service i have ever received, dropped my truck off to these guys and they called me to pick it up told me they couldnt fix it, that was fine. but, when i got to the back to get it my battery post where disconnected so i couldnt drive it off asked them if they could put the post back on and the guy told me i could do it still not the worst of it, i went to a shop up the street and the guy told me that a couple guys that work for center state came down and told him we showed up with 20 guys to make trouble for them( all of this is a complete lie) why center state why? thats just not good business ..
