Got a new vehicle, still trying to figure out the electrics. Thought it was time for an oil change. Came in and the staff quickly looked at my vehicle. They were honest and helpful. My vehicle did not need one at that time so they did not do the service but will come back, because of their integrity. They very well could have done the service but decided to talk to me instead, which is appreciated.

This is the best place to go for anything I had problems with my Bluetooth he fixed it in 3 seconds oil changes are fast to great customer service only safe place to go

i went here thinking it was anothet valvoline establishment, it turned out to be big ray s. it turned out they made me into their very new customer. the team was very friendly and he cleaned my oil no problem, even was good enough to discount me for my first oil change when i didn t have enough money, they got a customer from me!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

3/11/23 Took my Hyundai in for a fluidsand air check prior to my son's wedding. I arrived a few minutes before business hours, the employee opened the door for me right away. I explained what I needed. He commented on my hair and I explained that my son was getting married later that day. The two employees which serviced my vehicle were stellar in every aspect. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I left with the knowledge that my vehicle had been serviced by professionals. I tipped them as I left and Thanked them for the outstanding service.

Awesome service & great prices! Was able just to pull right up to the bay, get my oil changed within less than 15-20 minutes very friendly & out going staff! Love that they honor army & healthcare worker discounts!

Went on 7/14/23 to get my oil change and not only they did change my oil but also checked all my air conditioner filters and fluids to make sure everything was up to date.. Only thing wasn t was my fluids but they highly recommend me to clean my fluids which they did and they were super nice that they even gave me a discount on my fluids They don t charge much as the other places does I would highly recommend big rays on Knoxville.

Came here a few months ago. As a girl who doesn t know anything about cars, I trusted what they were telling me when they told me I needed an oil flush and that they would give it to me for a discount. When I got home, I saw that they charged me for the discounted price of the oil flush but charged me double for the oil change. Recently, I checked my oil and it was completely empty. This is months before I was due for an oil change. So they charged me double and didn t even fill my oil up.Service: Oil change

I would have given them a better rating if they hadn't scammed me for a $35 ("discounted") engine flush I didn't ask for. Only came there for an oil change, and that's all I asked for. It's disappointing to see them take advantage of someone who clearly doesn't know much about cars in general.

Was totally delighted with the service! First time there. First time in a "quick " oil change biz. Timewise, they spanked Wal-Mart and every dealership I've been to! Didn't "only" change my oil and filter, but checked fluids and filled them, checked tires and got my air pressure back on Balance. Did a diagnostic when I mentioned an engine light staying on, checked my thermostat , discussed my new vehicle with me...(new used, with bells & whistles I wasn't familiar with) The guy in charge was very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my questions. Very helpful, very professional! They gave such great service that I can highly recommend them.

Went here to get a oil change only for them to tell me, "Welp can't do anything for you. Need a mechanic. Have a good day. Only to go to a mechanic for them to tell me it was a minor leak in my oil pan that required minor fixing. If you want a professional oil change DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience. Customer service was 100%. I went on my lunch break (during work) I didn't even have to get out of my car! However, there is a lobby if you prefer to wait in there. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain any questions you have. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely, will be a regular customer!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Awesome oil change place not like your regular spot these guys are good at what they do and they are quick feels really good energy really treat u like a friend and not just out to get your money show u what they are doing to your car and gives u the option to get it done my transmission fluid was way over due and dark ,where I got my oil changed before they never showed it to me these guys got it cleaned out and running great thanks Knoxville u guys rock!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have been coming to Big Ray's ever since they open on Western but since I live near the Knoxville location I went there today the customer service was very awful the young black gentleman did not greet me the other gentleman came over and greeted me the gentleman that worked on my car was very rude I even told him that I have never experienced this type of customer service on Western and he told me that I can kindly go to Western so after my top off I asked him if he could check my tire pressure he looked me in my eyes and told me no. He said don't you know how to check your own tires I said are you serious they usually do that he says that he's not making any money off of my service and he is here to work and make money he was very rude I told him that I was going to give him one star and he said he did not care I have never experienced this going to Big Ray's on Western never in my life and he was very serious he has a very poor attitude and he sits in his car until someone pulls up I will continue to use a big rays but I really don't want to go to the one on Knoxville but it is closer to my home I didn't appreciate his attitude and he did not care approaching anyone especially a woman the way that he did I just don't understand it I did nothing to this young man but pull in to somewhere that I trust to get my oil but basically since it was a top off and he wasn't making any money he was very rude but I want to thank the other gentleman who walked away from his work to come over and greet me poor customer service. Everyone working except 1 employee had horrible customer service & attitudes. My husband called ahead, they hung up on him the first time & rushed him off the phone the second time while being very rude. The employee who pulled me in to the garage was nice, everyone else acted put off that we were there concerned about burning oil after an oil change. Who knows if the issue (leak) was present when they did the oil change shortly before the smell began & "change oil" light came back on & they just didn't tell us, that's the gamble you take with companies who allow poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend at all, the negative chances you're taking are pretty high.*After reading another review, there's a good chance they caused the leak themselves. Should've read reviews before going there, learn from my mistake.

I brought my car here for a oil change back in November of last year for a oil change. We'll when they put my bolt back in my oil pan they didn't put the gasket that goes with it back on. So this whole time my car has been leaking oil. These need to do a better job putting stuff back how it was. They wanna rush everybody out the door and not do things the right way. Luckily I seen it when I did or my car would of blown up from it not having oil it in. I'll take my business else where. If you get a oil change please make sure they do it the right way. I usually do it my self and the one time I let someone else do it gets messed up.Service: Oil change

LOVED the service. I went for a radiator & transmission flush & received OUTSTANDING service! The crew explained everything they were doing & were very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! They did not have the oil filter on hand that I needed so the tech drove to the parts store to pick it up. Very friendly and helpful. The guys were very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Not only did they take the time to explain things but went above and beyond and never made me feel more comfortable than any other place to have my vehicle inspected and worked on. The gentleman who helped me out on the same engine and model car as myself and explain things in better detail than any other mechanic before I plan on going back to him and having everything done that he recommended from engine flush to new spark plugs and tune up. Never been more impressed with another place in my life. Every single person that works at both the Peoria and East Peoria locations have been amazing! They've definitely earned a customer for life with me throughout multiple experiences with them. And it's really nice to support such a great family owned business.
