The guys working here are great. I went in yesterday for an oil change. They also informed me about a leak I have, cleaned the fuel system (?), changed transmission fluids, aired up my tires, and put wipers on. They were so nice. They also gave me info on what to do to maintenance my car. I will be going back and will recommend them to anyone. It was also nice that you can stay in your car while you wait. Great job Big Ray's

I was hesitant at first to come here but so happy I did! The guy Cody was extremely helpful, professional, and reasonable. He changed my oil and my transmission fluid which was basically black. He showed me what the transmission and power steering fluid are supposed to look like. Which found out Tuckers in East Peoria not only over filled my power steering fluid but put fluid in that had to be old because my fluids were pure black. I didn't have enough to change it but at least I'm aware of it now. Also he changed my carbon air filter for me..which was DISGUSTING! No wonder I was having allergy problems and smelled a mold/musty smell. I % recommend Big Ray's in East Peoria for your oil changes and minor fixes. Cody even let me keep my ten dollar coupon because he gave me a better deal than that.

Cody and David took care of me. Cody immediately checked my tires and usually I have to ask for that at other places before they actually do it. He also recommended because of my mileage trans fluid change as well as oil change. The only place I ve gotten my oil changed since I started coming here a year ago. Definitely recommend.

Stellar experience!! Had an appointment at Walmart for oil change at 7, at 7:45 they told me it would be another 3 hours!! Took a chance at Big Rays in East Peoria- MOST IMPRESSIVE!! Got me in right away! They took the time to show me everything, explain it all and advised me prices BEFORE they did the work. Employees were personable and provided comic relief at the same time. Thanks again Cody and Christian- you have a customer for life!!

Id rate no stars if possible. Told my naive 16 year old to get an oil change there and they told him he needed his engine flushed $200 later who rips a child off? This place does.i tried calling and of course no answer for the last 3 hours or the 1-800 number. No estimate was given either before invoice was issued. Def rip off. Used synthetic oil when the car takes regular oil and being a business that specializes in oil, you should be able to tell the difference.

The guys are really friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend these guys. In between oil changes you can stop by and they will check your fluids levels and top them off if needed be

Cody at the East peoria Big Rays just had to break an oil filter off my new car and we appreciate it soo much. They were all great to us even though we pulled in 20 mins till close an still worked hard to get our oil changed on Valentines Day. I always have a good experience here, but wanted to shout out today for the extra mile they went!!

They have always treated me well. When I had a tire losing air, I could pull in and they would air it up for me. They are kind and respectful. They are my "go to guys" for oil changes among other services. Thanks Big Ray's!

Don't always give 5 stars, but they well deserved all five. Dealership couldn't get me in time to have the oil change on our 23 chevy silverado duramax. My first question to them was "can ya all change oil on our diesel truck? I wanted to make sure they had the right oil. The guy was all up to date on the requirements on our engine. They were knowledgeable, friendly and thorough about everything. I would highly recommend this place for an oil change!! And it was much cheaper than the dealership.

Highly recommend. Service was fast. The manager was very nice and professional as well as nice to look at. He offered to check my cabin filter and he actually said it did not need replaced at this time, he didn't try to get me to buy a new one. It's refreshing to find a place where the manager has integrity and doesn't just try to trick you into paying for services you don't need.Service: Oil change

These Guys are awesome! I make the drive to EP because I love the Staff/Crew over there. They made great recommendations for my transmission & fuel injection service on my 1994 Crown Vic. She's running like a champ now! I go here exclusively for oil changes & related services.

I had left the dealership after them working on my car and noticed something hanging down under my vehicle and stopped in to big rays and asked them if they would look at it and they said sure no problem and then they noticed my skid guard hanging down and they fixed it for me and haven't had a problem with it since I really recommend big rays in east Peoria they are friendly and get the job done right great job guys

I went to Big Ray's today for the first time to get an oil change. The experience was perfect! Exactly what I would expect from a quality service business. My vehicle was checked out during the oil change and none of the employees tried to pressure me to buy anything else. They gave me some good information about my vehicle and the conversations in between were great. I will be coming back to Big Ray's in the future and I would highly recommend this business to others. Came in to Big Ray's for the first time with my hybrid. Rocky, Gavin, and Anthony made sure to fully explain what was needed, and treated us like old friends. As a female, it was great being told something without feeling like they were talking to me like a child.Pricing was the best in town and the service was so fast, it literally took minutes. Stopped in today on the recommendation of a friend. Glad I did. It s recommended to use full synthetic in my vehicle, which I understand is more expensive. The place I used to take it charged me $35-40 more for the same thing, always tried to sell me stuff I knew I didn t need, took forever and listed out all the things they supposedly did to my car even though I was sitting right there & knew they didn t. The employees here were friendly & honest. I was in & out in about 10 minutes. I ll be going to Big Ray s from now on.

I had a wonderful experience at Big Ray's, all employees were very knowledgeable and helpful when selecting the right kind of oil for my vehicle. Oil change was quick and extremely nice. I will be back to take advantage of an oil top off at 1000 miles. Thank you!

Trevor was incredibly nice and educated us on this specific type of vehicle and gave us a heads up on what issues it's known to have and how to prevent them! Craig and Trevor gave us the fastest, most thorough, friendly service I've seen, with the best price. Told me it would be $22 for an air filter. Checked me out, receipt said $26.95. Asked the guy who told me it was $22, he gave me $3 cash back. Told me the guy was training. Not sure what he was talking about because he was the one who told me it was $23. Fast oil change though!
