Beachlers has been servicing our family's vehicles for many years. Top-notch technicians for minor repairs and service to more complicated work. They are very thorough and do just the work that needs to be done. They don't perform unnecessary services when your car is in the shop. My car is done right the first time, every time.Beachlers also offers quick oil changes, new tires and pit stops for quick checks on air, fluids etc for returning customers.Family owned for three generations.

First time going to Beachlers after a rough experience with a dealership. The guys were friendly, helpful, honest, and communicative. Their inspection caught the issues my vehicle has had based on its history, and they willingly guided me through some realistic options I had. Overall a great experience - they have my trust.

We had a great experience with some repairs at Beachler recently. Working with Adam was a breeze. He was very thorough with explaining issues to us and what the issues meant to the life of the vehicle. Estimates were detailed and thorough, prices seemed fair, and the work was done quickly and well. Everyone with whom we interacted was pleasant and kind. I will be using this shop exclusively for my vehicles in the future!

Deceiving auto shop. Good customer service up front, but will milk you for your money through their repair service. Tried to support a local business only to spend 7x as much through 3 visits when I should ve gone right to a dealership. Lesson learned, quite disappointing.

I had an issue with a truck that recently had the top end of the engine rebuilt (not bebuilt at Beachlers). Thinking it was a misfire due to the timing being off, I took it to Beachlers. The timing was only off by a few degrees, and they fixed it, although that didn't fix the original problem. Since that didn't resolve the issue, they kept looking and found it was due to a bad part from the rebuild.Any other place would have washed their hands of it once they fixed the timing and forced another appointment to resolve the rest. Not only did they resolve the issue I took it in for, they found what the actual problem was. The extra initiative to solve the real problem was something few places would be willing to do. Beachlers is the first place I will go for anything significant with any of my vehicles in the future.

Very professional and thorough with everything! Had my car in as it was having coolant leakages, and Brett was very communicative and upfront about everything that they were doing and why they were doing it. My wife was visiting our son in Peoria and our truck broke down while she was there. We contacted Beachlers and they were super helpful. They arranged towing our vehicle to their shop, checked everything thoroughly and diagnosed the problem. They were very proactive about letting me know what was going on and they were so friendly and accommodating. One day later our truck is fixed and back on the road. I highly recommend them for any automotive repair or diagnosis. They were a breath of fresh air in a world of degrading customer service. Beachlers was amazing and it s nice to know a mechanic that our son can use if his car has any issues in the future!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I am a relatively new customer, but my experience there has been nothing but great. Before Beachlers, I was getting horrible customer service and my car wasn t being repaired on time or at all. Beachlers makes it easy to set appointments, contact representatives, and they even check up after repairs to make sure you are satisfied. Craig was my representative and he provided me with great customer service, answered all the questions I had, and is overall very kind and very informative. They are prompt with repairs and provide fair pricing. I will definitely continue to go to Beachlers and will highly recommend to others. My daughter brought her Jeep in last Friday Nov 3rd because she saw their free diagnosis advertisement. Her Jeep was shaking when braking, They told her she had a warped rotor and wanted $400 to fix it. Shes smart enough to know that price didnt sound right so she said no thanks and they charged her$80 for looking at it. Does that sound that right to you??? Shes a single mom trying to make it her own and then Beachlers takes advantage of her like that. If this was your daughter would you be uspet?? I would hope so. Now read what Beachlers did to my parents and then tried to explain that it was mistake , but yet werent going to tell my parents until i got involved. They are very dishonest people and as you can see, they are taking everyones hard earned money in this terrible economy and dont care. They didnt have to charge my daughter $80 just to tell her she needs a rotor replaced. Seriously??? Do your homework and go somewhere eise if you care at all about your own money.My 82 year old mother brought her 2008 Nissan Altima in to have her rear brake pads done on 2-13-19. She has given Beachlers a lot of business in the past and I have questioned their honesty and integrity everytime they did work on her car because their prices have been unsually high and some of the things they have told her were very questionable. For example, she needed a new headlight bulb and they told her they would have to take the whole front bumber off to install it and it would be well over $130. My brother and I installed one by simply turning the front wheel in. You dont think they didnt know that??? Well today, they charged her over $60 just to have the brakes looked at. I have NEVER had a place charge me a $60 fee on top of parts and labor for brakes. So I called and asked them to lower the "diagnostic fee" because I said thats ridiculous. You make enough off parts and labor plus shes done prior business with you.So the man on the phone put me on hold for a few minutes and said, "Oh Im sorry, the service guy working on your moms brakes put in the wrong diagnostic price. It should only be $36." So I called him out and said, "thats the problem, If I wouldnt have called on behalf of my mother, you would have never discounted the diagnostic fee." He did not know what to say so he put me on hold and put someone else on the phone and I had to explain it to him what just happened. My point, this is a huge moral and integrity issue in my mind. It doesnt matter if its $60, $30 or even $1. A business is suppose to do the right thing even when no one is looking or listening. This is the customers money. For all of you people who trust Beachlers, I would encourage you to do your homework and get several estimates and advice before handing your hard earned money over to them. They have earned this review, because I NEVER take time to write reviews, but I did this on behalf of my 82 year old mother who they took advantage of and got called out on it.Im a Firefighter, and Integrity and Morals are very important to me and my brothers and sisters, especially when dealing with the public on a daily basis....This should also be important to them.

My friend made damage to my alignment after tire rods were replaced. I drove it home unsafely. Tried to get it fixed elsewhere. Did not last. Car had a hard time turning left and making sounds. I remembered a previous person I used to work with who likes Beachlers. This company treated me good even though I am a female. I am blessed with a new mechanic!!! My car's stearing is aligned and not scary to drive anymore. Thank you!!!!!!!Service: Wheel alignment

I had a laundry list of problems with my Camry and Beachlers went through and fixed every issue. I needed full brake service, a tire balance, corrosive tire repair, and an oil change. They had my car for the weekend and fixed all my problems. All under $1000. Brett was professional and helpful through the whole process. He called and let me know what they needed to fix to make my car safe again (with a price estimate) before doing any work.I drove my car home today and it honestly felt like a new car.If you need work done but you re afraid of getting the run around, Beachlers is the place for you. This place always satisfies me! Never lets me down and always on top of everything. Very honest people here!!! I will never go anywhere else again. & to think I have been driving past this place for years looking lost and hopeless. Never again! Brett is a very good guy and helps to the best of his abilities! Jose always takes care of me too! He made the impossible, possible for me today! I literally cried i was told i probably wouldn't get my car done for atleast a few weeks and then 3 hours later i find out my van is fixed very very good people. Thank you guys so much for all that you do! My SUV was making a screeching noise as I was decelerating emanating from the back. Beachler's confirmed it was my rear differential and it needed replaced. Beachler's was able to find the one rear differential left in the country for my vehicle and replaced it in no time as well as giving my SUV an all around inspection. They had this done just in time for my Valentine's Day date as well. It's so quiet and smooth on the road now just like brand new. Beachler's was very enthusiastic and it was such a positive experience after no other mechanics in Peoria wanted to touch it. Happy to have my vehicle back on the road. Thank you Beachler's! You made a life long customer out of me.

Beachlers changed the way I feel about taking my car to get worked on!! I always used to dread it & put it off. Now I actually look forward to going in and checking it off my list! They are flexible, SO friendly, and efficient. I have two small children and not only did every single staff member kindly welcome the three of us into their space, but they even have a toy room!! On top of that, the work is affordable!! I am a single mom that doesn't know a ton about cars, so having the peace of mind that I'm not being taken advantage of is invaluable. Because of this I'll be using Beachlers for all of my car needs going forward. Thank you!!

Top notch, professional service with kind, understanding people. My car had broken down 8 hours away from home on a SATURDAY, was towed to Beachler s, and they were able to get my car looked at, fixed, and back on the road before closing up. Any shop could have easily said tough luck, we can look at it on Monday, but these folks understood, and I was able to get back home. Highly recommended - it s rare to find a shop like this.Service: Engine repair

I was sincerely impressed by the customer service and professionalism shown by Brett and the rest of the Beachlers family. I say 'family' because the atmosphere truly felt as such. This is an incredible dealer service alternative that is keen on educating their customers about auto care. They provide detailed digital reports (with pictures!!) explaining what service is recommended and, most importantly, why. They also ensure to follow up with their customers via phone/in-person to discuss the report in detail and address any questions if necessary. All-in-all, I highly recommend Beachlers to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable auto service shop with great customer service. I look forward to working with them on the future.
