We want to acknowledge a sales tech named Willie H.that went above and beyond to assist us in battery issues.Russ spent all day Sat trying to start,totally wasted.Searched who had our type,late evening called Auto Zone .That's when Willie worked his magic.He found one at Allen Rd store,had it picked up and delivered to us that night.Next day picked up paper work and thanked him in person.

I went to one AutoZone they said they didn't have the parts but the AutoZone did I went to the other AutoZone and they only had one side of my brakes he couldn't find the other side it was a big waste of time don't bother

Updated post. Vincent was very helpful and very knowledgeable in providing price options in parts for my 2012 Smart that needed spark plugs and my brother's car that needed a thermostat. Vincent was very professional and personable with us on our visit to this auto parts store.You employees continue to provide great customer service as to why I will continue to shop here first for my auto part needs.Old spot:Solve the winter problem with may car starting up funny in the cold.

Eh. Not my first choice, not my last choice either. Do not work for AutoZone unless it is your best option. The pay sucks. The management is not the greatest. Some thing are worth shopping for there but not enough reason to make it a habit.

I swear how does one argue with a person make and model of the car?I called to inquire about some prices on parts. The guy on the other end not only could not find the part on the computer, But insisted that he had no Gmc (Sierra) in his computer. I told him that I was well versed on mechanics and what my truck was....He hung up on me! I called back and was connected to a person that was knowledgeable in thr job!!!I will be filing a complaint in person tonight at the store!!

The staff was very helpful and service was amazing! Needed a new battery, was in from out of town and pinched for time. The young lady who helped me was informed and prompt, she then collaborated with her associate who installed my battery within 15 minutes. Couldn t be more pleased and impressed with the customer service.

I needed to refill the coolant in my car and I wasn't very experienced. Luckily, I got help from Sydney, they made my life much easier, very helpful. I will use them again in the future.

People were outside working on their vehicles like they were at a shop or in a garage. Also, several people were loitering, which made me feel very uncomfortable. With all of this, it did not look like a very good business to walk into

I spent $700 and got two out of the five orders out order was wrong parts and they didn't care and when I came back to this store that they didn't help me talking about I got to go all way across town to get the exact part.. once they get your money they don't care

This a great store and I normally always get good help. However today one of the workers was not wearing a mask and was coughing. Like right in front of me not even covering his mouth facing my directions. Please get this addressed.

I went to this store today, rainy day, had a brake light out. 2 AutoZone employees came out replaced it, it still didn't work, then we changed fuse, still didn't work, they tried another bulb, that one fixed my problem.They were persistent and stayed with it and fixed my problem. I really appreciated it, told themselves I we're going out of town tomorrow, didn't want a chance to get stopped agetting to

Not very organized and friendly store. Visited today, hard to get hold of employees even when they aren t working. Stayed in line, waiting for someone to check me out, there is a guy just wondering around cashier making himself looks busy, didn t help. A customer walks in, he goes help him finds what he needs and checks him out while I am still waiting in line!

The new employees may need more or better training. They're to busy flirting with the customers to the correct parts. I was given the wrong one twice. HUGE INCONVENIENCE!
