March 2024. Eddie is supposed to be Manger or shift lead. But he has been rude to several people. Eddie yells at customers and employees. He wears his black leather jacket. He needs to stop thinking that he better then the next person.Thanks to Chris for helping every time I come in. He is the best worker there. Give him a bonus. Always a pleasure to have him take care of my needs.

This AutoZone is the best in Illinois, they are friendly, helpful, and informational. The GM Russell really make your time there feel special. They have a cashier named Jen and she has the best customer service ever.

Second time I've been at this location before 9 and they were already closed! They are supposed to stay open until 9 during the week! This is not good for ur loyal customers! I would recommend getting some workers that will keep your store open until the actual closing time. The last time I was there at 8:35 and guy was sitting by the window but said they were closed

I was in distress bout my car and didn't know why my car wouldn't start I went to autozone and this employee by name the of Jennifer (Jen) was so helpful she check out my battery and I needed a new battery. The battery that I had in my car was boated down with a lots of screws she took the time out of her busy schedule and took it all out she put the new battery in and put all screw back in to secure it ...THANK YOU SO MUCH JENNIFER GOD BLESS YOU SWEETIE lot of screws she took every last one out 5o get it out and our my new in and screw every last one in which took azaleas azaleas all them back I I I thank you Jennifer for plpai

These employees really should have some general knowledge of the parts and items they are selling. I called to ask for a simple caliper bracket bolt and the individual on the phone says huh a bracket bolt never heard of that, you need a guiding pin what!?!?!?? 2 completely different items and obviously you habe no clue of what you are talking about.

Our car was over heating and wouldn't run. A guy named Rick took the time to look at the car, tell us everything we needed, and got us back on the road without a tow truck. We will never go anywhere else after the level of customer service we had tonight.bless you rick

It's ok the people working there are almost always nice except a few of the guys on forest hill and university the other stores are great staff wise unless you want a part ordered from one store to the other than sometimes they never get ordered and you have to trek across town when you're car's in pieces cause even though I buy parts there every day when I'm busy they can't just fix a mistake for me

Went and bought a battery they end up selling me a Walmart battery that was no good now they don't want to fix the problem I asked for the cameras to be rolled back to when I bought the battery and they refuse to the boss was very disrespectful and no help at all I will never shop there again check your batteries before you leave there

Have broken ribs went into autozone and was denied service forced to leave and the cops called because I didn't wear a mask. It would make sense if they were wearing them while I was in there but they weren't they were wearing bandanas and t-shirts you can smell that the store hasn't been cleaned and I do not recommend the shady store that sales parts out there boxes from the back door.

Took item back that was not what I was looking to use on my vehicle. No problem returning item I had purchased over internet. Friendly staff willing to help find correct part needed. Clean store.

I go in to get a lightbulb for my brake light and I almost got the light to work, it just wouldn t fit. Two people came out to help because the first one couldn t fit it in and gave me the wrong bulb at first, then I MYSTERIOUSLY find out that The wire is ripped from the connector. The man said he couldn t help me and just walked back inside. Now I go to Oreilleys and they suggest I get a connector which is what the man at Autozone should have told me. I should ve know better, ppl always tell me not to go to them.

I had a nail in my tire, it s a Saturday so not many repair shops are open, I went to Autozone on western and Craig pulled out the nail and plugged my tire for me.

Free warning light printout!Had an engine light on, went into autozone, they hooked up to my car and printed out a sheet translating the codes to tell me exactly what sensors were at fault

Great shopping experience. Needed replacement windshield wiper blade. Staff even installed replacement blades at no charge. Will shop there again.

Took my alternator there to get it tested and the guy told me that it passed. After further testing on my own, I replaced the alternator and discovered that it was the problem. Thanks for wasting my time.
