Got a car from there few months ago & things went smooth as far as getting the vehicle and everything ! Demeka Woods is the absolute best sales woman i've ever come across ! We need more people like her in the world . Shes amazing . She needs a raise ... a promotion .. SOMETHING !! Thanks Demeka your the best :)

Works w you on your payments!!!!! Credit was 590 when I showed up now it s 650. It definitely helps with that. Id take your time car shopping with them, make sure you get it inspected THOROUGHLY . ALMOST missed the power train warranty DUE to negligence of professionals telling me my transmission wasn't slipping until it WAS RLLY NOTICEABLE and had to be dealt with. Big City(the shop they have fix the vehicles on that lot & Trac Automotive on Sterling) . Also, I noticed there was a huge strip of something glossy on the side of my car after Big City put my new transmission in, it went from my driver side to the rear on the same side. Whatever it was, it was never there when I purchased the vehicle. Didn't notice it until a few weeks later due to it snowing at the time I got my car back. Car has a natural gloss paint but it's like shop adhesive that isn't supposed to go on a car.I Decided to change my review from a 2 STAR to 4 because of Dameka, the manager. Great place! Dameka and Trey were the best and so helpful. This is my first car ever and I would recommend them to anyone. You get the car checked out so you have the freedom of knowing any issues before making your decision. Thank you both for all you did!!!

I want to say Thank You Thank You to Demika the manager here! She went above & beyond to get me into my wonderful new used car! It came loaded with the great amenities that I was looking for!It was so hard for me to get another car due to some prior credit issues. They allow the buyer to split the down payment in half, which is so good especially. In today's times.Again thank you thank you thank you so very much advantage Auto & to you Demika!

My experience was phenomenal. The whole team had great vibes and made the process comfortable. David Johnson is the best! I told him a little bit what I was looking for an he automatically knew the perfect car for me! I highly recommend you request him... I m truly a satisfied customer!

Shellie is AMAZING! We live 45 minutes away from peoria so I wanted to make sure it would be worth the drive. She had excellent communication before we even got there. We got there late afternoon the first night. We test drove 2 cars before picking out the one we got. By the time both test drives were done and the loan application was done it was like 7pm. Shellie stayed passed closing to help us get started. She said she would have answer by the next day. once we got the approval we headed back to peoria. She once again stayed past closing to finish everything and get us on the road with our new car!She was so good with our 3 year old!! He was all over the place and she interacted with him and played with him so we could get the paperwork done!! BEST customer service we have seen! Thanks again for everything Shellie!

VERY BAD COMPANY!! DO NOT EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM! My transmission locked up and they refuse to get me in a new car, refuse to let me out of my contract, and are trying to garnish my wages until the car is paid off (12 THOUSAND DOLLARS) Trying to force me to pay 140$ A WEEK for a car that it not driveable, that i DO NOT have in my possession!! Currently going through court over it! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Shelley was awesome. Was able to help me even with bad credit. Truck went out on me and didnt have a vehicle came in and was able to get into a car i liked. Great experience. She was honest and told me how it was. No games no hidden info. Just great experience. Will be buying again from her when the time comes.

I am purchasing a car through them.The manager George, and his sales representatives were friendly, honest, and helpful from the beginning.They worked with us on our down payment and got us approved for a nice car.People generally don't trust buy here-pay here dealers, but these guys are definitely a step above. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I would highly suggest them.

Very very bad companyy wife has had two cars from them and both were in the shop more than she had it and when the first car they replaced they gave her an older car with more miles and charged the same amount this place is a joke do not go there under any circumstances trust me not worth it and she was never behind on payments can't wait to go to court against these guys

I have never been treated so badly. I am a very good customer .Jason spoke to me like I was trash. Shellie is the only person at the Peoria location to work with. She is kind and gives her customers respect. Jason and the rest of them need to be fired. Take a lesson from Shellie and learn good customer service skills.

Cars are not fixed they have 2 auto shops and always booked. Scam on buying your car. If they don't like you they won't sale to you. They give you this excuse we will send your application to finance company. Not true they do the financing. They buy there cars on auctions and straight to their lot. Without been checked. BIG SCAM. Don't recommend this place.

I just want my door handle i was told was ordered and on the way, before I signed the contract. It's been months, I make my payment on time every time but I get treated like I haven't been a customer for years. I was late by 1 day with 1 payment and was threatened with a repo. Smh I miss my Bloomington location I was treated well there. The Peoria location needs to focus on customer service and keeping their word!

I can't even believe how discussed I am, that this place is even in business. They have no respect for you, or your life. They sell cars that are complete lemon's. They sell cars that are worth $500. At most, then charge you thousands of dollars . They should not be in business. They prey on helpless people, who are in horrible financial situations. Please do yourself a favor ,and take public transportation instead!! And just say No!! You will thank your lucky stars, that you did.. You Deserve Much better!!!!

If I could give no Stars I would. They will sell you a car that they bandaid to make it look good. Then, your ABS system will go out. They will do nothing to help. Then they will take the car, sell it again, wait 6 years and then sue you for the full amount of any loan they had with you, which ends up being more than the asking price of the vehicle. All of this, years later, after they gave already sold the car to someone else and gotten all their money plus your down payment and however many months or years you paid your payments They are disgusting and money hungry greedy individuals who don't care if their vehicles faulty brake systems almost kill you and your brand new baby.

Shellie in the Peoria office is a crook 3 payments left on my car and all of a sudden my payoff is 50 dollars higher when I asked why she could not provide me with an answer so she threatened to repo my car! while I was at work! I will never I mean never do business with these crooks again!

THE OFFICE IN PEORIA IS VERY UN PROFESSIONAL DISREPECTFUL AND THEY HONSTLY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR SALE IN LEMONS AND CARS WITH OUTSTANDING MILES ON THEM. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE.
