The staff was very helpful & understood what i wanted & needed & helped me in away that only can be described as above & beyond what others would've!! He helped cover the few $ i was short on paying for my plug wires for my 99 civic lx. Thank you very much to that employee just wish i could remember his name & the other gentleman working with him remember me from 30 minutes earlier at another of their stores. A1 service

Service was ok, but in giving anything electronics they need to be checked before they are sold to see if they are working. We bought a alternator that didn t work, which then we broke down on the side of the road which could of cost us $1200 for a RV tow. But a police officer gave us a jump and we where able to make it to the gas station. We changed out the battery put another fully charged battery in which we barley made it home before the RV was going dead. We took it to Tri County and they checked it over and told us it was the Alternator we just put in. Now this ruined or weekend trip, we never made it to the camping event lost money on our reservation.But really got me is they have the machine to check these before they sell them and they didn t

Pretty good. I wasn't sure what sized part I needed and after purchasing the wrong size they let me switch them out. It was great and my muffler has been reattached successfully!

Everytime I need something for my car I gi here. Heck the last time I was in there a gentlemen opened the door for me. So totally welcoming staff. The time before my break light was out the nice lady even came out to my car to replace the old bulb for me. Very clean and neat store. If they dint have what your needing they will order it for you. Great place.

I went there to use the UPS pick up. No one could login. The manager was to busy to assist. Out of the three people that there, I got no satisfaction. Go to CVS if you need UPS. 30-40 minutes at Advance. 5-10 minutes at CVS. Lesson learnt.

One of my favorite brick and mortar Auto Parts stores. But if you order online there is almost always a 15-22% discount code available at Advance's website. They are good about keeping parts in stock and if not they can be ordered online for free store pickup or free shipping to your residence if over a reasonable amount is spent. Don't forget they have free loaner tools for various repairs that REALLY make the repair job easier. Check the parts before leaving the store, because like most stores people return parts that they have sometimes installed or used or not all the parts are there. I have always found their counter employees to be helpful and fairly knowledgeable.

This is my local Advance Auto Parts. I have been going here for almost 13 years now. There's always a new face or two, but for the most part the same helpful people have been floating around (Bob, Andrew, Jessica) and always get me what I need. Always glad to have local places with people you can count on!

I went online they offered me 20% off I never got that at the store. I wanted ATF plus 4 and he said they only carry Carquest. Which is not true I wanted Castro. I felt like a total moron there and he made me feel like one. I passed up the other auto parts store just a few blocks away to go to advanced Auto and I will never go back to Advanced again at that location. It was the worst shopping I ever had. It makes me sad to have to give 1 star as I always give 5 stars to everywhere else, but it was terrible. The other Advance Auto Parts I will go to. Went online it said $5 per quart at the store they never gave me that price either. And that price said it was good at the store. And the rubber fluid liquid extractor leaked terribly. 100% useless items.

On my 1st visit to this store, once in the store, no one was in sight nor came out at the cdoor opening bell". I started to look for what I needed but decided I needed assistance to get in & out in a timely fashion. I called out HELLO 3x spaced 20-30 seconds apart & after the 3 time when I practically was yelling, I finally heard 2 people with very surprised voices responding "coming, can I help you" before I ever saw him. The other fella never came far enough toward the counter from the rows of shelving that I could tell if older or young like the clerk finally waiting on me.On my 2nd visit 2 women were working 1 at the counter & 1 came forward from the side as I entered. Instant service & definitely improved my opinion of the stores service & employees. They had me in n out in no time at all.In the 1st instance, all I could think of was IF I'd been the boss, someone may not have had a job, or how easily it would have been for an unscrupulous person to take what they wanted & leave before anyone ever came out or knew they were there.(hopefully there are interior security cameras for this situation)I'll certainly go back again as the store is clean & well stocked & conveniently located.

Sometimes good, sometimes not so much. My items came up 8.95 for 4.95 fuses and 18.00 for a 13.00 set. Be a little wary.
