I took my kids car in Thursday night for tires and I was late to the appointment. The tech was so nice and friendly, his name is Cody or Gary, he didn't mind me being late. The tires look great, handle and perform perfectly! Thank you! I'll be back with my car for tires soon.

I purchased tires through the website and set an appointment for installation,the only reason I purchased through them was because I was going to be able to get in on the following day in order to have it done before my girl was taking it out of state to visit family. I arrived on time for my appointment and after quite some time already spent there waiting for them to go through their process of getting checked in and whatever else, I was then told that they would not install them for what I was told was a gas leak when in fact is just a valve that is bad that will cause the car to smell odd gas fumes.I then had to take my uninstalled tires and place them inside of the car and drive them elsewhere.Then when I go to start the car and had to play with ignition just to get the key to turn. Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.

I came to Walmart Pekin automotive this morning. My life has been turned upside down this last week. They squeezed me in to get my oil changed. They have no idea how much I appreciate them.

horrible. app kept telling me to come pick up my tire that it was ready and I would go and they tell me they have no idea about the order but for some reason groceries dept knew about my order. Better off just ordering off amazon

It always takes an hour MINIMUM to get a tire changed here, even on a good day between five employees when it's not busy. They also left my window down and I had gnats in there when they finally called us in 20 minutes after the car was obviously done. There was no reason to roll it down

Took the guy ahead of us and hour for his oil change he says they physically worked on it for 1 hour. Our dude the chubby wanna be crispy was rude and slow. All we needed was a new tire to be put on the rim. They were not busy. It was my birthday and I was sick and the only Dr appt I could get we missed because it took all 5 people working an hour and a half to put a new tire on our rim. Maybe they could get more done if they didn't walk back and forth talking to each other and standing around on their phones.

Called to get a flat repair was told first come first serve. I get there they bring my car in the bay then proceed to tell me it would be 3 hours as all of a sudden there were people ahead of me that weren t there when they pulled my car in. I left do not use this store the lady working had horrible customer service and just was telling me what I wanted to hear. The techs were doing a lot of standing around and didn t really seem to care how fast they got you taken care of.

I got my rear 2 tires changed after buying the front 2 a few weeks ago from the Same Wal-Mart to match. It was a easy experience.

Nail in my tire, called night before they said they open at 7am first come first serve. Get there at 7am people waiting in line and doors all locked. Called inside they said there "opener" didn't show up so they now won't open till 8am and there will be a 3 hour wait to get my tire plugged. Even though I'm already in line....happy ending FIRESTONE tire across the street also opens at 7am and got me right in, they have my business from here on out!!

Arguing between customers about who is gonna do what is not professional. Telling us at 4 o'clock that you will need 15 to 20 minutes per tire to mount and balance 2 tires then proceed to tell us you may not have time because you can't work past 5 after telling us to be there by 430 to get it done was irritating. If you don't want business, cool. I can go elsewhere. 6 people working and all so unorganized that they were all looking at each other wondering who was gonna step up to do the work then complai Ed when they finally had something to do in front of the 4 people on line 2 of which just wanted to pay for completed work.

The lady at the counter was very polite. I needed to buy and have a tire mounted. He clearly doesn't know how to measure a rim. I gave him 15" rim and he said it was a 13" rim, and they don't have that tire. I took it elsewhere got it taken care of.

Stripped oil drain plug and then tried to blame the previous company that did an oil change. They said it was stripped when the vehicle was brought in.If this was the case, why was the car on the rack for 15 minutes before this was discovered? It is a bunch of kids that have no idea what they are doing.Requested to view the camera footage of the work being done. The store manager David said he would review it and then never called me back.If you value your car, don't take it here for service. Better yet, do it yourself.This is what I get for trying to save some of my time. Now I get to grind down a stripped oil drain plug so I can get a wrench on it and replace it.Service: Oil change

Took car in to get a simple oil change.. Was told it would be a 2 and a half hour wait. Only had one guy on duty, and he had 5 people waiting on him. They told me that one guy called in. As a manager, you try and get someone to come in earlier or try and call someone in!!! Seem like they didn t even care. That s not how you run a business!! I will go somewhere else!! Always seems like there short staffed!!!

The sogn said no walk ins to automotive after 2pm due to a shortage ofI needed a tire put on a new rim sealed and balanced there was no one at the garage other than me then another customer came in for automotive care and was taken care of right away . I realize it may have been the type of service the gentleman was getting . I just bought 4 new tires from Walmart , approx 460.00 $ I also purchased the road hazard warranty. When I took it to another Walmart to have them rotated and balanced after replacing calipers . I was informed that proper balancing was not done on the tires 1 was 1 off another was 2 off. The lugnuts on passenger side when mechanic went to do calibers.

Unless you have at least 2 hours to spend getting an oil change that shouldn't take more the 20 minutes do not go here. When I asked management why it took so long he tried to fill me full of carp about being busy when I was the 4th person there that morning. When I arrived there was 1 car getting tired and 2 gentle men getting old changes and 1 had been there since they opened at 8am and I didn't get there until 10am. Also when mine finally got done they also just finished the persons car that came in after me. I will never go here again. Spend a few more dollars and go somewhere else.

paid $75 for:-4 quarts of oil (*My Impala needs 5 quarts*)-They broke the clips that hold the air filter cover on-They told me they would put a new oil filter in. But they didnt.-The new windshield wiper I paid for.. is bent and doesnt even touch my windshield.I went out on a limb and chose the more expensive oil change.. and it turned out to be the worst oil change I have ever experienced..

Amazing service. High quality and very professional. I went there this am stressed and on a time constraint and asked if they could get me in and how long. Needed a new tire as mine was flat no appt. They not only got me right in but guaranteed they would be done within half hour they were and am so beyond grateful for it. Have a nice new quality tire and my life barely interrupted they were friendly and wonderful 5 stars-Mary Tometich(The crazy lady with the 5 year old who was eating cookies and lugging in the portable dvd player ;)

I suggest you think twice about taking your car here. Its a waste of time. They don't have a clue on what they are doing. They work so hard on not wanting to work. Their excuse for not changing my oil was the numbers of my engine didn't match the vin number. And didn't know how to look up on how many quarts it took to fill oil. And couldn't put the dip stick back in to check level. The worst service ever at any auto shop

Hey - it's Walmart, what can U say. But over the years, they have always provided professional class service, at the best prices in town (YES - I shop around).NO, they are not a full service mechanical shop, but where they have staked their claim (Tires, oil changes, air filters) - they are VERY GOOD, always low price, a great selection. The different places I have used, are consistently professional. BEST OF ALL - they always have my service and purchase history. I heartily RECOMMEND Walmart.

As always after I get my oil changed when I get home I check it to make sure it's properly filled. When I got home I discovered that the tube that the dipstick slides into had been pulled completely out of the engine by them. That really makes me angry that they never said anything about it cuz they know they knew they did it. This is probably the last time I go there for an oil change.

4 QUARTS OF OIL ALL OVER THE ENGINE BAY! My mother went here to get an oil change. She waited for 2 hours. And then when she had returned they came out and said they couldnt do the oil change for her because it had a special bolt (was a hex bolt that almost every simple toolbox has) on it and they couldnt get it off. So she went ahead and went home and we checked her car. The oil cap was left off, almost 4 quarts of oil was spewed all over the engine bay and there were scratch marks all over the bolt on her oil pan. We went to go back to talk to them to get a refund on the oil that was spilled all over and was going to make them clean the mess. First the manager came out and started raising his voice at my father and raising his hand up at him and wasnt going to give any sort of refund. After about an hour of childish yelling from their manager we finally got a refund on the oil. Never take your car here for any form of oil change or tire rotation!

There customer service is awful and the employees do not go by the standards of Wal-Mart on exchanges. They act like it's coming out of there pocket if a product has to be returned on default. I would rather have safe customers than a freakin great bonus cause we didnt have any problems....

Walmart auto Care center is a great place to work. It does get busy alot and people have extended waiting times. But the auto techs in the shop are top notch. They put their heart and soul in to what they do.

I've been calling this place off and on since yesterday to try and schedule a tire change, and every time, they either hang up after two rings, or let it ring for two minutes and don't pick up at all. Absolutely unprofessional service. I called the Morton store and got an answer the first time.

Earlier when we were getting a tire replaced, it wasn't too busy and the lady who took care of us was pleasant, humorous, and helpful. We were in and out in about 45mins.

The management is great .I think the store has improved since two years ago.If you do not know where something is in store they will leave where they work at and go show you what you are looking for this is good customer service.

Horrible customer service!!! Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation!!!! Lots of workers talking and goofing off!!! When I asked how much longer it would be the guy helping me only made rude remarks and never even bothered to go ask them how long til they would be done!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!

Never go here. So unreasonably slow. 3 hour wait time almost everytime just for a lil change or tire change. It's a joke. Walmart needs to just get rid of their "autocare" center
