I ve rarely had issues with Uftring but getting an oil change as someone who works full time during the week is very difficult. They don t take appointments and if you can t arrange a ride, then you re subject to waiting hours. They do offer shuttle services but not until 0700, which if you have to work at that time (which I do) doesn t help. I tried to go on a Saturday morning when they first opened and it was going to be 3 hours to wait. It would be really beneficial if appointments were offered.

I had a great experience at Uftring Service Department using my extended warranty from another city. Brandon was my advisor and he did a good job listening to my needs and fulfilling them. I had some engine work done on my 2018 RAM and when they were under there they noticed some suspension issues and let me know so that I could address it.I deducted a star because I was told it would be done in 1 day and it took 2 because instead of getting the authorization between the appointment booking and the actual appointment, they waited until I brought it in so they lost 1/2 a day waiting for that. I think it should've been in place before I arrived.I will still go back and maybe even consider a vehicle purchase there in the future. I highly recommend their service department.

I took my 2016 Ram 2500 in for front back service and an engine diagnostic for knocking sounds at start around end of October 2023.After a day or so my service advisor contacted me stating that my engine was knocking and needed to be further diagnosed.After further diagnosing it was revealed that I needed a new engine(this will make it engine number 3; under warranty from previous replacement). Took over 2 months to complete the repair.Picked up my truck and was told by my service advisor that my battery ran down from sitting and it needed to run for a while to recharge. Also, their lead mechanic mentioned that I would hear a tapping noise at first start to last about a minute because the lifters are being lubricated(standard for push rod v8s). --potential red flag--Got in the truck and noticed that the oil life indicator has not been updated and there was not a new oil change reminder sticker. Alerted my service advisor and he jumped into action getting a sticker. --definite red flag--Shut the truck off to reset oil life and couldn't start it again because the battery was drained. -- second red flag--Got jumped off, left dealership, stopped at grocery with engine running and arrived at home. Next morning I started the vehicle and let it run(warm up) until low idle cycled. Once the truck was at low idle the distinguished knocking noise was present. --third red flag--Notified service advisor about the issue along with an audio recording of the knocking. The advisor reply was it's normal based on what the mechanic stated.Started the truck later that night, still knocking and now the check engine indicator is illuminated. --fourth red flag--Had truck towed, advisor said light is low battery voltage and should go away while still knocking at first start. Took truck back home stuck a battery charger on it just to confirm the battery cannot be charged to 100% because the service dept let my truck sit with out charging it to preserve battery life. --fifth red flag--Contacted advisor and told him to make it right and he stated he'd call back with a time slot to bring it in. Still waiting on that call. After a total of four days of back and forth after the work order was perceived to be completed, I only had my brakes repaired in over two months.What happened to quality and customer satisfaction? The low rating speaks for it.If this is the standard of service then I cannot recommend this Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Pekin service department.Thanks.

Recent major repair on our Cherokee. Excellent work by Lynn in service department. Quick parts ordering, they arrived when she said they would. She aided with a loaner vehicle for the day and was very communicative and pleasant throughout the whole experience.

Have always had a good experience, however not this time was told the repair would take approximately 2 hours, .4.5 hours later . With some complaints from me, at the end of visit the service ( Brandon)man, was not at all apologicI had 2 new tires put on after being towed in, I will be considering to go elsewhere for the other 2 next month

Overall a descent visit except when vehicle was finished. We went to pick it up and the advisor was just starting to close r.o. And when we asked questions he had no idea about anything and no tech notes to refer to. And we noticed a backlite on back order and no one even informed us we needed one let alone that it was on backorder. Granted it is covered under the warranty that was extended by the manufacturer, but it would have been nice to be told about it.

Went in for an oil change, service was very quick and efficient including a tire rotation and after finding a nail in a tire, a quick fix! Washed.our vehicle and we were on our way. Excellent service.

Absolutely amazing , actually switching where my car is serviced. I feel last dealership was playing me as I am a woman and I don't know engines, I know when I have a problem, previous dealership didn't care, and I bought car from them. Last dealership just kind of threw hands in the air you now have my business. Thank you for caring for car owners you are the best

The transmission started to go out. Thankfully it was covered by insurance. I took it in Nov 7th Got it the pick up back Feb 1st. They do not do "Truck" loaners, but the sure do sell a lot of trucks. So, no truck for 3 months in middle of winter and hunting season. This will be my last Ram Pick up. They were 360 transmissions back ordered which was part of the problem. Faulty equipment!

Brandon was awesome to work with .however, there is always one middle aged female advisor with curly hair that is always nasty in tone and delivery to customers. This is about the 4th time it has happen to my wife or I from this same employee. I am certain others have experienced this also but she continues to be a staple of their service department. Some coaching could go a long way to improve customer interactions if this is need to obtain employee.

I brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an excellent deal on new tires. I was very impressed with how quickly they could schedule it. I got a call that it was due for an oil change so they took care of that for me as well. They even got my Ram in for an unscheduled oil change the same day AND they washed it for me! The service team was amazing to work with. I had a poor experience recently with one of their area competitors. I will definitely be coming back to Uftrings for service from now on. Great experience!!

I had a lot of routine maintenance work done this time and some warranty work done. And it shocked me how fast it all was completed. I have been taking all my vehicles to Uftring for as long as they have been in North Pekin. They have a great service team and I couldn t be any happier with their service on my vehicles.

Rob in the parts department was great. He took a lot of time to walk me through options for a lift, wheels, and tires for my wrangler. Brandon Garcia was also great, getting my service appointment on the books and keeping up to date throughout the process. Waited a month to get in and another month on parts only to have to settle for a used part because they couldn t source parts. When vehicle was picked up problem still existed and had to be towed back. Still waiting to hear what the issue is.

Had a situation.Was hoping Uftring would help. Ask to see the manager. Met Ian. Instantly I got the feeling he wanted to help. Felt he wanted me to have good feelings about Uftring. Brought my jeep in for servicing on the auto start stop system. They also went ahead and addressed a recall. Both were under warranty, and Brandon in the service department was very helpful and made the process smooth. Uftring even offered to shuttle me home and pick me up at no cost! I declined, but it was very awesome of them to offer. I'll definitely be making them my go to for service on my jeep!

Charged me 175 to tell me they just want to change all the fluids in my jeep; trasmission fluid, oil, coolant, and brake fluid. Want to change the condenser and oil pan housing along with the rear brakes. They wanted $4400 to do that work. I know i needed rear brakes, which is something i can do myself. I asked them to diagnose what was wrong with it and why it wouldnt shift into gear. Never told me why it wouldnt go into gear. I took it there becuase i thought it was the ecu and jeep is place that can work on the ecu and they said it wasnt that. So now i have to take it somewhere else to try and still figure out whats wrong with it. Never going to another dealership for anything unless i know the ecu is shot. Horrible. Try to milk you for everything and then some.

My jeeps throttle body alarm came on called to make an appointment and they were two weeks out. Told me I could have vehicle towed and they would work it in which they did. Two days later called me and said it was ready. Excellent service and very helpful folks.
