Devin Johnson is the best around! He listened to my family s needs and helped us find our perfect vehicle. Not only did he go above and beyond in helping us find our SUV, he also made sure we were taken care of on the service side of things.If you are in the market for a new car, definitely go see Devin!!

I am extremely happy with this dealership. Bob Hughes was so helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He made sure I knew everything about it and even checked on me a few days later. Could not say enough good things about Devin Johnson! I let him know what I was looking for and he did all of the searching for me. Had it pulled up out front ready for me, even though I only had a few free moments. He took care of everything and with such a great attitude, all of my questions were answered right away and I felt I was in very good hands! They were all very kind and took good care my feelings! I was struggling with letting go of my Jeep for personal reasons and a slight financial reason but they made it a little easier to jump in with both feet! Matt and Ivan were great to me! Thank you for a good but emotional experience!

We have bought several vehicles here. 5 stars out to Chris Stewart who always makes it easy and a fun experience. Ian the General Manager gets 5 stars as well. I believe it's Nick in finance as well. It's like walking into family atmosphere when going in there. Being in the business it's hard to find honest people. The buying experience has always been quick and the last 3 have been over the phone on deals with no delays when going in. So if your looking for a new car Chris Stewart is my recommendation. Thank you

Very efficient and friendly dealership. Worked out a deal on the phone with the general manager within 15 minutes and got the deal I am comfortable with. When picking up car it was very easy and fast. No high pressure for any add on. Would definitely buy here again.

We have purchased both our vehicles through Ufturing Pekin. Ian and his staff are wonderful to deal with take the stress away from car buying. They re not going to put you in a vehicle unless it s the best price they can do! All staff is very helpful and friendly. Our salesman Nate did a great job we told him what we were looking for and with his hard work we finally found one that was perfect for us!

This review is long overdue. I ordered a new Jeep Gladiator Mojave from Uftring and also had it upgraded with some aftermarket parts. Every department and employee that I worked with treated me with the greatest amount of professionalism and subject matter expertise. From order to pick up the process took about 5 months. Uftring was my local dealer, but I had moved down to Georgia by the time this deal was taking place.Bob Hughes was my salesmen. From beginning to end, he took care of me. Negotiations regarding my trade in went seamlessly. I received a fair offer immediately-much better than the offers I was receiving from other dealers.During the months while I was waiting for the Mojave to be built, Bob continuously kept me up to date. He would constantly track where things were with my build and when I could expect to pick it up. Transparency and initiative are key, and he demonstrated both.When the Mojave arrived, Rob, from their parts department, had everything ready to go. He did a great job organizing the installation and made sure there were no roadblocks that would slow down the process. Tony installed the parts and did a superb job.Due to my work in the military, I couldn t pick up the Mojave as soon as it was completed. Uftring made sure it was stored inside and protected until I could arrive. A couple weeks later I arrived to pick up the Mojave and hand over my trade in. The trade in had acquired a few thousand miles more than what it was estimated to have. Bob and Ivan (Uftring s sales manager) didn t have any problems at all and still gave me the agreed upon amount.There haven t been any issues with my Mojave. Tony did a great job installing the additional aftermarket parts.Good customer service is a rarity these days. Uftring not only treats you like a valued customer, they treat you like family. I had the pleasure of working with Bob (Salesman), Ivan (Sales Manager) Rob (Parts Specialist), and Tony (Service Technician). Great work!

I was in search of a truck and I was trading in a car. I knew exactly what features I wanted, and I wanted the salesperson to help me do as much accurate estimating and negotiating as possible BEFORE I came on-site. I was talking to a lot of dealers and wanted to save as much time as possible, not to mention limit public interactions in light of COVID. All of the other dealers were resistant to talking about numbers until I came on site. When I called Uftring, I was put in touch with Nate Wonboy and he made very short work of my very specific requirements and found the perfect truck for me at a very fair price and he did so very quickly and with great customer service! I did not feel manipulated or exploited. Gave me what I wanted on the trade also. I got the deal we discussed over the phone before they even had a chance to look at my trade. I was working with a few other dealers for about 2 weeks and none of them offered me what I felt to be a fair price for the truck or a fair trade amount on my car. Even though this is a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership, they put me into a beautiful 2016 Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew Sport in excellent condition and low milege! The entire process took about an hour and I was out the door with my new truck. Give these guys a call and ask for Nate Wonboy if you are in search of a new vehicle!

Chris was my polite & knowledgeable salesman, proving to be realistic and most helpful. Well done! But I waited over an hour for the last step - paperwork from the office elves. If they were swamped, I can understand - it does happen, and it happens to me as well, every day. But everyone was smiling and courteous. So I thank you for a great experience, and I am a big Ufftring fan - for the second time in 60 days!

Buying a vehicle was never easier and fast. I told Chris what I was looking for, he asked a few questions and took me out to look at exactly what I wanted. The price was exceptional and I got 3000 more out of my car than what it said online value was. From walking in to financing was about an hour to hour and a half! It usually takes 4 to 6 hours in the past. I highly recommend Uftring staff.

Absolutely horrible experience I've been trying to get the exhaust manifold bolts changed on my 19 dodge ram that's still under warranty for almost a year I've been there with my truck twice and they say they ordered the parts that are available at every part store in the country and still can't manage to get the parts. They offered to top off my gas tank for my troubles of costing me 2 days without my truck for no reason but I already had a full tank what a joke I will never do business with the place again!
