I happened to get in with no one ahead of me, so there was no wait time. They did a thorough but quick job & asked before replacing other items such as air filters. An easy way to get an oil change on the fly.

Everyone here was very helpful and attentive. They even seemed like they were having fun while serving customers. I dread having to get my oil changed and scheduling an appointment but the flexible drive through service is painless. Even with two other cars in the bay I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Long wait, took a long time for them to change my oil, then they kept trying to talk me into extras that cost over $100 each rather than the typical air filter spiel they normally provide. $122.98 for an oil change and they didn t even air up my tires.

So I pull up and first thing, the gentleman, Gives me a bottled water. Pretty much saying, We want you comfortable and hydrated while we work on your vehicle. Communication with these two gentleman was impeccable. Service is service but these guys went beyond. It was a feeling of community all working together. Dove into details of what they found and what needed to be looked at in the not too distant future by specialists. They brought up about donations within the community. They were Extremely professional. I received discount/military discount without asking. As They are the business you want for everyone because of their sincerity. God bless this shop. Needed to get a fast oil change before leaving town tomorrow and ended up spending an hour an almost 30 minutes total. Had us turn the car off so we got to sit in the car pouring sweat while they are doing one car at a time and multiple techs doing each oil change together. Would not recommend if you re wanting a quick oil change and don t want to pour sweat for an hourService: Oil change

I really have nothing to say I have been going to take5 for 10 years and I liked our last manager and this one is OK to they get the job done so nothing bad to say about them they take care of me. Just impersonal.

It was a hot day and they started off the service by offering me a cold bottle of water, it was a quick visit in and out. The communication between the mechanics was efficient and professional and the service went smoothly in no time flat. Today October 11 2023 went and had oil changed and I go there a lot have a fleet account for work and honestly was extremely impressed these people were new and they were extremely fast and professional last few times was there waited over an hour with one car In front of me and slow workers and didn t seem motivated but this time,, well gotta say good job to everyone of those workersService: Oil change

The service people that work there were informative and fine but I do not like sitting in my car waiting for my oil to be changed and during the oil change it was hot out and I was hot the whole time I can't imagine sitting in it this weekend when it's going to be in the '90s. It was synthetic oil it was priced better than Firestone. Also they do not offer lube job just oil and filter and do check some other filters and top off windshield fluid.Service: Oil change

Great service! I switched from Jiffy lube and for good reason, on my first oil change they pointed out a few things that looked like they had been missed for a while. I just returned for my FREE top off and tire pressure adjustment. Trenton is great! Highly recommend these guys, they will take care of your car!

Super friendly. But understaffed/slow. Took over an hour for an oil change. Been to other Take 5 locations and they were super quick, even with cars ahead of me. There were 3 or 4 people working when I pulled up but they must have went to lunch or something because then there was only one guy left. He was very friendly and polite, but slow. Wouldn t go back to this location. Definitely not home of the 10 minute oil change .Service: Oil change

Service was very good and very nice staff. I would give it 5 stars if the prices weren t so outrageous. I just moved here and i was going to use Walmart but saw this place so decided to try them. Nice staff and did a great job. $48 for an air filter and $90 for synthetic. Even with the coupon I had it was $125 total. Even on the high side it shouldn t have been over $85. I sent my daughter here for an oil change due to me being out of town for a month. I have done all of my maintenance and most of the mechanical work on all my vehicles for over 30 years. I told her they would come at her with all kinds of nonsense about other fluids and filters to be changed to try and upsale her and that she should refuse the extra services and stir k to just a basic oil change. Some how they still found away to bill her $119 for an oil change. I could have rented a car until I got home to change it my self almost as cheap. Will never send anyone here again.Service: Oil change

Good service and nice people, however, if there are 3 or more vehicles ahead of you, it will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. I thought once I pulled in the bay like the lady in the commercial does, it would only be 5 to 10 minutes. It took 35 minutes to get to my vehicle and 10 minutes to complete. If you have a check engine light on, they will tell you to go to the dealership. If it's your oil change light they will help you reset it.
