Replaced my windshield after Safelite installed a junk one and refused to replace it. Stephen's did great and I've had no issues with my window!

I had a cracked windshield the same week I was set to trade my car in for a new vehicle. Joe was amazing. He not only helped me sort out the best way to get the glass replaced after my car was traded in, he also made a special trip to the dealership (out of town) to do the replacement. His communication was awesome. Despite what I am sure was a major inconvenience for him, he was professional and friendly through the whole situation. This place is awesome they were very fast at what they did quality work cheaper than Safelite I recommend it for everybody to come there I really do and I'm not just saying that either very friendly I was there on time I appointment I figured I'd be there a couple hours 45 minutes they had me done with the door and I thank him very much wonderful people

Their really really awesome people! I was in Texas my husband her in Illinois. I paid for it with my credit card and they was great with and to my husband. Even though he didn't have a new truck Betsy is an old girl but she is his and paid off! Thank You!!!

This is the 4th time we have used their services. They have always been professional. The work is done in a timely manner. I hope I never break other window but if I do they will help me fix it right.

They told me they'd be at my house in Delavan they did not call to confirm. So I called at 8 am. The secretary said she had me down to come toshop I told her I wouldn't have done that there's not even tags or insurance on the car yet. She replied with" well you're gonna have to wait till next Tuesday. I told her someone else with more professionalism will be getting my business. If I have to wait a damn month. Very very unprofessional. Secretary needs to do her job ask more questions.

Great people. Took my vehicle there to have windshield re-sealed was very honest about the work. They replaced my windshield with an OEM windshield and parts. Was professional and great work. Affordable prices too.

Office staff very unprofessional. Leaves you on hold for over 5 minutes with no explanation. When the appointment offered is unsuitable, the first thing you get is a huge sigh. Nope done with them completely.

My new window is beautiful and it did not take long at all to get done, the only thing I would say is the waiting area needs some improvements. For somebody with high anxiety, especially social, needing to sit literally hip to hip with somebody as their are only 2 chairs right by each other in the corner was pretty overwhelming.

Great place to have windshields repaired. The staff is very accommodating and without Deb, it just wouldn't be Stephen's Auto Glass. Quick, fast and efficient service.

They were over $60 cheaper than Safelite 10 times more courteous this is the third vehicle I took there their prices have not changed their quality is great nothing but good stuff to say and I just talking on the side of my mouth or paid for this fast-friendly efficient check with them first God bless

They did what they said they'd do! That and everything else that you'd expect. I've forgotten how many times that they've replaced windows for me. Never a problem.
