Honestly the best experience I have had at any auto shop around! I spoke to Josh many times about my car and he was very kind. I needed a certain repair done that they typically don t do on the weekends, but they were able to get me in anyways. I appreciate it very much. My car feels so much better to drive! I ll definitely be coming back for any other future issues and recommending others :)

My family came in today to test drive a vehicle we were interested in, and wound up buying because of the service of Sam on sales and Aaron in finance. They went above and beyond after closing time to make sure we were able to drive our Yukon home tonight.Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Service Department Experience-My car recently had new brakes and rotors replaced and currently have only 3,000 miles on them. The front left wheel began making a noise. I was told my brake pads were bad and it would be $1,000 to replace them. I am wise enough to know that is not okay. I feel bad for the senior population who get taken advantage of by these type of inappropriate and ridiculous fees. I was able to fix my car myself over the weekend for $30.00. Do your homework folks!!!!!!

We came in after work towards the end of the night and was able to walk out with a new car in as little as 2 hours. Chris Kamp was super helpful and helped get the process going as quick as possible. Aaron in finance was a joy to work with and had some good jokes while working with us. Couldn t ask for an easier and smooth buying process. Would definitely come back once it s time for a new car in the far future

Overall, I had a great experience with Aaron in finance.I am very disappointed with how my used vehicle was detailed. It was detailed once before I test drove it, and then I pointed out some obvious spots and it was then detailed "very thoroughly" again, only to find out after the second time the spots were still there. This does not include the filth in the many places that I found after I drove the vehicle home.

I was a first time buyer from Ray Dennison Cadillac. The staff was very friendly and personable and not pushy. Everything thing was done quickly. It was the best experience buying a new car in my life. I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a used 2019 Chevy Highcountry from the guys here. Best buying experience ever. Joked with eachother through the whole process. Would absolutely send my friends and family to purchase from them. Sam my sales person and Aaron the sales manager kept me laughing while be professional and informative. No question i had went unanswered and all my requests, prior to taking possession of the truck, were met.

We purchased our 2022 Cadillac from Ray Dennison in Pekin. Our salesman Scott Woger walked us through the process with such professionalism and ease that we had every question answered to help us decide to move forward with the purchase. From walking in the door to walking out everyone at this dealership was pleasant, knowledgeable, and made our purchase well worth the drive to Pekin. A big thank you to the whole crew.

A year ago I said I'd never go back after 3 times of taking my Cadillac in for repairs, then picking it up and said repairs weren't done.Had an oil change last week and they rolled the O ring putting the filter in, causing me to flatbed my car back to Pekin. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE.

Always friendly and helpful. Nice waiting area and really good coffee. Honestly my oil change, cabin filter change and tire rotation was just a little more than an oil change at a lube joint. I know they value me as a customer more than a dedicated oil change place. Go to your local dealer. You will be pleasantly surprised.

DJ, Brian & Dale were excellent in the purchase of our car. They provided a very competitive price and even negotiated a better loan rate thru our own credit union than we had been quoted on a pre-approval. We highly recommend them.

If you could give a zero star rating i would. Cracked the dash while doing an airbag recall. Then proceeded to lie about it ten different ways. They claimed it was damaged beforehand. Claimed they had pictures and then video of the vehicle going in which they then claimed didn't turn out. Then claimed it is not even possible to crack the dash doing this type of recall but a quick Google search shows that it's so prevalent that there is a class action lawsuit and that GM fought hard to escape liability for it beforehand. They kinda stuck it to the dealers that are supposed to explain it to the customer before the recall is done. If they had done that, it would have at least been our choice. A much better vibe than all the lies and then finally being told it was my wife and I's word against theirs. Needless to say, that's the last vehicle we'll purchase there.
