Initially they were great but I haven't even had the car for a year and the car is broken down with major issues. I was recommending them to everyone I know but not anymore.Update: I highly recommend!!!!! I came across some issues recently and was not happy but I spoke with the owner Mike after he reached out and he took care of it for me. He was amazing and really looked out. I will continue to recommend this place and will return when I'm ready to upgrade.

Brandon is an awesome guy!! He helped me get my 2015 Chrysler 200!! I recommend you all to go to Brandon for the best service at Pekin auto loan you could get! He is very amazing and was very understandable. No down payment needed and i was so happy to be able to get me and my family in a very nice reliable car!! Brandon is the #1 dude!! I give all my up most respect to that man and everything he has done for me!!

Brandon went through the ringer to find me the car I wanted! He was patient, kind, but most importantly he was honest! He worked hard to find me a vehicle, the vehicle of my dreams! I would absolutely send any one I know to him. This has easily been the best car buying experience I ve ever heard of. He stuck with me all day to find what I wanted, and he stayed in my price range.

Brandon Hinds is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! He got me into a car that is only a year old without any PROBLEMS!! This was my very 1st time buying anything this new. He is just an awesome person and soooooo much fun to work with!!!! Thank you sooo much Brandon I absolutely LOVE my new pathfinder!!!! I WILL be sending people your way! THANK YOU

John was a very pleasant and helpful salesman. He was right on the ball with answers to all my question and did not miss a beat. I have to give credit, while I was there looking to buy my Dodge Ram, he was also helping to other couples with their process of buying a vehicle... although it looked to be hectic, he kept his cool and and made it look easy. Thanks again John and Pekin Auto Loans. I love my new truck!!!!

I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Dodge Journey from Rob. I did not feel pushed or rushed to purchase. Easy loan approval with only one hard inquiry on my credit report, great inventory selection, and vehicles that I had interest in were cooled down and ready for test drive when I arrived. At time of pickup, I got to meet some other wonderful members of the Pekin Auto Loan team: John, Jason and James made the signing and pick up a breeze and had a great sense of humor at nearly closing time on a Friday. Grateful I reached out when I saw their add on Facebook!

What a great guy John is! I had a very pleasant, accomodating, and comfortable car buying experience with this fella over the past week. I have a hectic schedule, and John was more than understanding of my needs and availability. He was very personable, and made everything easy to understand. He was also very resourceful in setting me up with a new insurance agent for auto (shout out to Mary Kiertanis at Liberty Mutual), and gave me the best car buying experience I've had.Thanks, John!

Brandon great service helped me at the absolutely perfect time hes great speedy and all around just an awesome person highly reccomend. Brandon to assist future customers he helped me every step of the way and made it as quick and painless as possible even made it happen even during the holidays so id say hes a go getter and here to help those in need...........from one Brandon to another i appreciate everything and the enthusiasm 5 oit of 5 stars............Extremely satisfied. With my customer service and all around great attitude ..............they even fed us who in the world does that!!!!!!!

Rob and you have a great story to tell about the daughter who called about a great deal on a Mitsubishi while her dad (unbeknownst to her) was test driving the same car for her! About to give up.. Using my family members car.. Brandon was the angel who made mine and my husbands dream come true of owning our own car! He did everything he could do and even helped us with a reasonable down payment! 10 OUTTA 10!!!

I give Pekin Auto Loan a A++++ I went to them just to see if by some miracle I could trade in my car and get a car on my own not actually expecting anything but a laugh in the face and then telling me I would need a co-signer and a huge down payment, due to unfortunate life events that led me to have bad credit.... I couldn t have been more wrong! John Bode was my Loan Advisor and he told me he and his staff would do everything possible to help me and they did!! Everyone was so friendly and they went above and beyond for me. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Chevy Cruze and I love it!! The best part NO co-signer and no large down payment. Thank you Everyone at pekin Auto Loan for all your hard work. I highly recommend and I will be back when I m ready to by my next vehicle.

Huge Thanks to John, Rob, and Jason. I would totally recommend Pekin Auto Loan to anyone who ask. I purchased a vehicle last week. Originally, I was denied by everyone they tried. Disappointed wasn't the word. I received a call Thursday morning stating they found a bank and I could pick my vehicle up that day!! I was beyond thankful. My payments were lower and so was my down payment!! Thanks again guys for all your hard work!!

Worked with John and Rob in buying my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. To say this experience was stressful for me, would be an understatement. Spending a considerable amount of money, with confidence, when shopping for a vehicle is a challenge. John made it simple and fun! They are transparent about the used vehicle you re buying. Everything went very smooth and quick. John did a great job of telling us what to expect and how long everything should take. All the questions we had were answered and if he didn t know the answer, he made sure to find it out! We got a great deal on a 2017 Pacifica! We would work with them again! Thank you John!

My husband & I we re getting buried by 2 vehicles that we owed more on than they were worth, yet paying a ton for. We had all but lost hope of ever getting a car loan. One day, I read a review from a lady that bought a car from here who was on her last hope too, so I wondered if they could help us too. We picked out a couple vehicles, spoke to Rob about our credit and our situation. He was SO ridiculously nice and easy going and understanding, he was HONEST and gave us advice on what he thought some good options were. Not gonna lie, we both left alittle disappointed that we didn t get approved, but still hopeful on these new tips Rob gave us. After lunch & running errands, my husband saw he had a voicemail, it was from Rob... we had been approved for a car loan!!! A few days later we were signing on the dotted line and driving off with a really great car, 1 of the 2 we had picked out!! Now, we are out from underneath those awful suffocating car loans, and on our way to a better financial future! ALL thanks to Rob!! We will most DEFINITELY be back and will be sending all our friends/family there!!! Thank you again Rob! We love our Volkswagen!!- Mindy & Ron Pfahl

Excellent service, great selection, honest and transparent dealers. My wife and I loved that we were able to test drive 4-5 cars we requested without a sales pitch. They were great at answering questions we had or finding out more if they didn't know right away. Were clear about financing options, taxes, fees, etc.. Stuck within our price range rather than trying to constantly upsell us.

Wonderful crew! Fabulous dealership. I worked with them to start off for a car I was interested in. Ended up going to Mid-Illini (same company) for a different vehicle and everyone was fantastic. John at Pekin Auto was excellent! James and Jason at Mid-Illini were as well. Very friendly and no hassle. Thank you for my GMC Terrain!!!

I got in an accident and needed a new vehicle. Jesse found the perfect vehicle for me the same day I went to the dealarship, and I drove it home that day. Top notch service and a great guy. I highly recommend these people and this place.

The best dealer I've ever been too. Honest guys who care about their customers on and off the lot. Better than going to a chain dealer who could care less about what your individual situation or what you can afford. They also have a program for rebuilding credit if your credit is less than perfect. Thanks for everything!

When I thought I wouldn't be able to get a newer car for my son, Jesse and the lender's did all they could to get him in a 2015. I am impressed with the financing, how buisness was conducted and the hard work of Jesse. I was upfront and told him my situation and he made it work. He should get employee of the month as far as I am concerned.

Friendly service. They had the autos priced about 20% above the highest prices for excellent condition on kelly blue book even though the autos were NOT in excellent condition. When trying to negotiate price they just rearranged the paperwork so we had a higher down payment. Would not ever deal with them.

I was the definitionOf hopeless I thought there would be no one out there that could help me finance a vehicle to due To a prior issue with a car that I had let s face it my credit wasn t perfect..John was an absolute pleasure and took care of me like no other car salesman has before and I purchase about four vehicles in my lifetime. Don t waste your time with anyone else go to Pekin auto loan see John he ll take care of you!!!10 stars!!!!
