I've had experiences in both self pay and insurance claim work done here. In both circumstances the highest quality and care went into the work. They are very communication forward and willing to show and explain anything going on. Start to finish is top notch and I would trust them with anything, big or small. Joseph and the team are all great.

They did a wonderful job on my car they text me daily about the progress they wash the car inside and out before I got it back I highly recommend them

Thank you! You turned a beast back into a beauty after a totally freaky accident. You cannot even tell my 2016 Ford Taurus had a been hit. Seriously went from the picture to new in a short amount of time.

Had them install a leveling kit on my 07 tundra and mount some oversized all terrain tires. They did an amazing job and worked later just to get the truck back home on the same day and gave me a little break on labor after the truck gave them some issues. Thanks guys! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Took our Durango there after it had been it. They were friendly and professional. Got the car fixed beyond satisfaction and in a timely manner. They were excellent to work with and would recommend them to anyone!

We have had 2 vans into them the past couple weeks. One was insurance claim. They took care of everything. Work was completed on time. 2nd van was to fix a hinge on a door. They worked with me and offered different was to get parts to save money. The parts that came in were not fitting. They took the time to make adjustments and completed work on time. This work was completed well above my expectations. Would highly recommend them for any of your work..

Great people and service. My truck was plowed by someone and Pekin Alignment and Autobody made my truck like new again. I don't plan to need any more accidental body work (who does?) but if I do, no doubt I will go back there. (they also put a 3" suspension lift on for me while it was in the shop and completely realigned the vehicle..... another specialty they do)

Very good and thorough job on my Chevrolet Cruze. It looks brand spanking new, and I appreciate their professionalism handling the insurance.It really was a no-brainer and not difficult for me at all to make this claim through Pekin alignment.Something that I thought was better than all of the rest: The rubber shoe on my clutch pedal has laid on the floor of my car for about as long as I have owned it. I have specifically asked the place where bought it, to please put it back on the clutch pedal a couple times, but it was never done.I was afraid of tearing it, and just maybe they had a tool that would help with this.Pekin Alignment fixed the problem with the pad on my clutch pedal without me even asking, and did not charge me for that.

Never disappointed, I've ordered multiple sets of tires and it's the only place I will take my vehicles for alignments and Auto body work, been doing business with them for years and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
