The cars looked nice but most of them smelled like cigarettes. The saleswoman who came out blew her cigarette smoke in my face while talking and also towards my son and refused to put it out. She then told me the cars weren't overpriced, but that KellyBlueBook wasn't accurate because it's "for consumers".

Was interested in a truck they posted on line for sale. The caption read: Just hit the lot! This was posted in July. In the background you can see snow on the ground. Even though I have never been there, they have lost me as a future customer.

Bought a Tahoe for $7000 at 24 percent interest now 4 months later transmission went out and I will be forced to declare bankruptcy after they rep it which they may not want back and can't sell meanwhile city wants gone or get fine but can't be driven. It's junk but can't sell it either they claimed mechanic check over and was sound

I have purchased a 2005 Chevy Silverado 4x4 1500 two months after having this vehicle my frame snapped in half Parkside Auto would not do anything about it they kept on refusing to make everything right after I complained about this before it had happened they do not care about their people that comes in there they only care about making the sale I would not recommend anything from Parkside Auto yes my last name changed but I am in your system because my ex and I purchased a 2011 Chevy equinox at the same time 2 years ago the equinox stopped running after two months of having it as well we filed bankruptcy on it you people do not know how to treat people fairly well tried everything on our end to get in contact with you but the people at the front desk was rude to us every time we came there to resolve the problems we were having with both vehicles

Had a wonderful experience with them!! They put me in a beautiful truck!! With no hassle and my credit is not so good!! Everybody else want a lot for a down payment!! They worked with me!! Will definitely be going back to them when I upgrade my vehicle in the future!! I recommend them to everyone!!! Go see them!!!!

Chris down at Parkside Auto really went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. STILL LOVE IT, almost a year later! I will always check with Parkside Auto for every car I buy from here on out. Great service and great staff!!

I had bought a Traverse from here and I couldn t be any happier with my purchase. Chris was a very nice guy and seemed more concerned with my experience than just making a quick buck. My traverse is still going strong with no issues.

I bought a Ford Fusion from there that the transmission wet out twice in. It's been 5 years and I'm still paying off the repair costs from it. I will never go back

Terrible and untrustworthy! He swore up and down the mechanics look and fix all cars before sold and It's a complete like not even 3 mo having the car everything went wrong and they refused to fix It. Same thing happened to my friend she had her car for a berry short period and the engine completely blew. You pay way way way too much for the car you they are over priced and they are not too friendly. When asked If we could trust them he said " I don't trust anyone". Total waste of moneyI do not recommend

I give them a zero! They sold me a ford Taurus for thousands over bluebook. It ran great on the test drive but as soon as i got home the power steering went out! After that it would break once or twice a week. The transmission went out and i lost all my money. They are a bunch of conartists! Stay away from them!

I bought a 2005 Chevy Colorado about a year ago and it has been fantastic! About a month after I purchased it, the thermostats was going bad and Parkside was so nice to help out with the repair even though I bought the car as is and with no warranty.

Test drove a vehicle, went back to talk about what would need fixed for me to buy it. The salesman kept telling me "oh, that's just a minor thing" then their mechanic walked through and they pulled him into the conversation. He starts arguing with me stating it doesn't need what I said would need done for me to buy it. At that point I had to walk out. And it's stinks cause I liked the vehicle, just couldn't deal with the staff.

Do not ever buy a car here! Bought a Chevy equinox and within a short time the whole car messed up! Transmission went out, speedometer, radio everything, also had a gas leak, called to ask about warranty they hung up on me! Repeatedly called back and left messages! Nothing! Worst place ever,!!

Haha so funny reviews on here had a great laugh.Just remember it's a used car lot. Used cars are mostly traded in do to headaches and issues.Bought from here twice. 1st time was great knew what I was getting had 2 issues and fixed and all is good 2nd was a vette for a project car. Was over priced but they delt and we came to agreement on it. Still over priced but I wanted it and was worth to pay more than to look around for what I wanted and have other shipped here so it came down to same price.Recommend yes I would for someone wanting a used car off a used car lot I would.

BEWARE!!! TAKE VEHICLE TO A KNOWN MECHANIC TO LOOK OVER GOOD BEFORE YOU BUY! they Sell vehicles with bandaids to cover up major problems,!!! Takes advantage of people in a tough situation only making it worse on them when within less than 2 months my son has had the car less time on the road than able to drive. Mr Swingle refuses to listen to the problems, interrupts. Had parts in vehicle that needed installed but never was put on. Do not buy from this dealership! There are a lot of other options for getting a car then this junk dealer.

This company sold me a vehicle whose odometer had been tampered with to reflect 50,000 miles less than what it actually had! The owner refused to buy the vehicle back from me at the price I paid for it.

Do not go thru parkside auto i called for a 2nd vechile they would not run me for a 2nd vechile they told me i had to wait to pay this one off but my daughter got one car from them it went out and got another one thru them all they do is sell lemons i had put a lot of money in the suv i got now from them

Parkside auto are crooks they take advantage of people in need of a vehicle i just 2 months ago got a 2003 chevy trailblazer and like others said got it home 2 days ltr brakes down they were willing to fix the things wrong while the deal hadnt beem closed yet yhrough the finance company i had it in their shop every week the first month out of two months i have only drove 1 month the heat weny out they lolly gaggede around didnt want to deal with it went to get a oil change and found out the whole underneath of my car is a accident waiting to happen was told its unsafe to drive and so i had to spend 872 dollars just to get my car safe to drive but theres 750 more dollars that needs done and that dont include the heat being fixed chris the owner is a rip off he has side mechanics that really arent real mechanics they are really a body shop not mechanics so im payi g probably 6000 for a car thats work probably 2000 dollars but sad when ur own mexhanics say u sell bad cars to people and they have to deal with the issue should of learnedy lesson why they ripped my kid off on her car thats ok cause small claims court here i come u aint gonna sell me a unsafe care and get away with it all them damages have been there a real mechanic said its nothing i did it 2 months so i got a suprise for parkside

I've had problems with the car since the day I got it first it would constantly cut off then I needed a new fuel injector and coils and not even a month later my transmission goes out

I will never buy a Vehicle here a again they sold me a junk truck I put new brakes and rotors all around the truck and a brake Line and a tie rod And new tires and now I have to get a Alignment this truck has cost me a lot of money.Dont Not buy from here

So apparently they sold me a SALVAGED CAR WITH A SALVAGED TITLE! NEVER INFORMED ME OF IT WHEN I ASKED ABOUT CARS HISTORY! ILL BE GETTING A LAWYER FOR SURE! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND WILL BE DELT WITH.
