We were in and out under 2 hours and found a amazing car thanks to James & Mike & Jess and Brittany was so sweet to talk to. If you want to be treated like family and not like a costumer come here! Best. Car. Buying. Experience. Ever. I went there with this "I'll never EVER buy a jeep" guess what I bought? And no there was no pressure like you get at dealerships, this was a genuine want after I drove it and they made it happen!10/10 recommended this dealership and their staff. My experience here was nothing but the BEST! I was very nervous going in because this was my first time buying a car but the customer service was phenomenal!Luke and John helped me and my husband make the best possible decision. I told them what I wanted and they definitely made it happen. Absolutely the best buying experience and great people to work with Mike Leveiux will fight for you and get you into what you want to drive! Just bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am so happy with it! Limited model that has all the features. They will work with you on whatever you have and with financing! Amazing buying experience!

Had a engine install done here . Went very well. Todd communicates well with progress updates. The weather got warmer this last week, my a/c worked before the engine swap, discovered my high and low side caps are missing. Also one of my a/c lines holder was missing a mounting bolt. I'm afraid to go back since it may cost more to fix . After paying $6300 , I'll sweat this summer.

We came here with a problem We had purchased a vehicle from another well-known used car dealership in Pekin, and needed to get as far away from that group as possible while still managing to get into a fantastic vehicle that fit our large families needs.Even when it seemed as though it wasn t possible, they kept fighting for us, and in the end figured out a perfect solution that got us away from said company and got us into an amazing new family vehicle that is perfect for my wife, myself and our six kids. Not to mention, this vehicle came with a 10 year 200,000 mile warranty You just can t beat it.We worked with Britt, and couldn t have asked for better service if we tried. The entire process was quick and painless. And they were honest with us the entire way across. We will be coming back for sure! Thank you guys for all you do. We are happy customers.

By far the best and easiest experience we have ever had buying a vehicle! Luke Crouse #CruiseWithCrouse is the man! He knew what we were looking for before we did. Lol . We bought a 2019 jeep. It was exactly what we wanted! We didn't have to spend hours at the dealership negotiating a price either. We picked it up the next day. Signed a few papers and was out the door and on the road home. I would recommend Luke and his team at Mid-Illini Auto Center to anyone that is looking for a car or even thinking about it. Give Luke a call, he will take good care of you! Just like he did us.

Just WOW. So kind, the waiting room is Very comfortable! There are snacks, coffee, soda, and water, even a baby changing table outside the restroom!! On top of all of that, they actually were cheaper than other places. Saved us nearly $100 on an oil change and serpentine belt. They also stuck pretty close to the time they quoted me it would take to work on my car! I definitely recommend Mid-Illini Auto Center

Becareful of the "friendly" customer service these guys advertise. Friends don't do friends this way. I took my 2018 kia soul to Todd the service manager complaining of knocking/noises coming from my pulley system. I was charged $130 and sent packing. No problems. Now a few short weeks later my belt went damaging my alternator and ac unit. The mechanic is telling me the whole tension system was off. Howd they miss that? We are going to test this warranty. This was all avoidable. I keep receits. Now I have to have my car towed from Decatur to Pekin. What a scam. This is not how you treat friends.

Awesome place to get a car! I found a vehicle I wanted listed on Thursday and I drove it home on Saturday. Luke made the process quick and painless for me. The whole team was welcoming and helpful while I was there and I will definitely be referring others to them going forward.

Michael is BY FAR the most upfront honest and awesome sales rep i have EVER done business with! Mid Illini Auto made this whole process quick simple and smooth! Jessica helped me get my 2019 Chavy Equinox this last December and it was AN AMAZING experience. Her and the staff were so patient with me. Today Britt helped Bo (my boyfriend) with trading in and getting a 2019 Hyundai Sonata and it was a QUICK again easy process. We come here for all the repairs, buying, and trade ins and couldn't be more happier. HIGHLY recommend.

Giving two stars because I got the car. They sold me a car with a dead battery and faulty ABS. When I explained post test drive there were braking issues I was informed that it was okay as the car stops eventually and they can t fix it as they need to profit. When coming to a stop ABS always kicks in and the car rolls forwards. The battery isn t even recognized by any battery tender and in total will cost me around $1500 to fix/replace. That s around 30 percent of the price they had listed the car for. I understand they need to make money but maybe they shouldn t have bought the car if they were willing to do so at the customers expense. Overall probably won t come back.

Early October bought a car from Jessica who was extremely nice it was a very easy going and laid back process and got the car I wanted the same day. Recently had some issues that needed repaired and James in the service department was amazing he kept me updated about my car and got me in a loaner until repairs were finished. Went and picked up my car today and it rides so smooth very pleased with the service all around

Wonderful experience with everyone involved purchasing a car there yesterday. I called ahead and they pin pointed my inquiries right away. Receptionist got me with Jess and couldn't of asked for better. She had the car I called about sitting right by front door despite me being a half hour early to scheduled time. I was test driving within 5 mins of walking in the door. She answered all questions and her authenticity was top notch. I saw a sales champion belt and with no surprise I saw Jess as monthly champion quite often on the belt. First class experience and will go back for sure. (And ask for Jess)

The honesty and the integrity I ve experienced at this dealership is a cut above the rest of the industry. I d like to recommend Dennis and Michael to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I had a major issue with a recently purchased vehicle (with no warranty) and the dealership did their absolute best to make it right and fair for all involved parties when they could have attempted to stick me with the bill for a new engine. This is a stand up establishment with stand up employees and if I ever need to purchase another used vehicle, I will buy from here. They deserve the repeat business.

If I could I would give this place 10 star rating. I went into this auto center with little to no faith at all knowing the situation I was in because I kept getting turned away from everyone else. However that was not the case with Mid Illini & their wonderful team, Connor Hall to be exact! He seen my struggle & went above & beyond for me to get me into a new car. He dealt with me for a few hours as I was asking many questions & test driving a few different cars but he made it possible he made it to where I left in the car I had my eye on & with the payments I wanted. lets just say I was bit overwhelmed with so much excitement because nothing has been this easy in my life I thought I was getting pranked lol But I want to thank Connor Hall for all his hard work, great customer service & truly sticking to his word when he says he treats you like you are his family he really does & for taking time out of his day to make this happen! #BETTERCALLHALL

I worked with Conner on the purchase of a 2012 Audi TT Quattro. As I was in Arizona and car was in Illinois, I couldn t see it in person so I had to have full faith in the representations made about the condition of the vehicle. Conner went overboard to take extra videos, walk me around the car, provide their inspection report and pointed out any areas of concern. Really felt good buying the car long distance. He and James helped my stress level stay low! A great experience all around!!

We have now bought 2 vehicles from mid illini. Jess,Brittany,James and Mike are amazing. We recommend if you want quality and a car dealer that cares go to mid illini. They will definitely take care of you!. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
