DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE!I went in last week for a vehicle, I specifically told the salesman I didn t want a Chrysler and named off a few others. What does he bring me? a Chrysler 300. As much as I didn t want the vehicle I needed one. However, I was told that there were some repairs that needed to be done. Power steering, strut, control arm and a few others. They agreed to fix 2 of the issues only because the state required. The other issues I would have to repair which would go on the end of my loan. Which made no sense to me. I m purchasing a vehicle I have to fix? I sat on it for a couple days and decided I no longer wanted the car. I told them, I wanted to cancel the loan. I went in Friday and spoke to JD he told me I could get my down payment back but it would only be $2467 I put 4k down. I questioned where the other portion was. He stated The state has already processed your paper work and those are the fees. That definitely didn t sound right. I called the state, the agent stated that nothing had been sent over for processing and the vehicle hadn t been put in my name yet. She told JD to give me ALL of my money back and call dealer services and the BBB. Which in turn solidified that I made the right decision. They were gonna pocket $1533. I went today, and received my FULL down payment. Sue who handles the financial aspect was great. The owner is rude to his employees his motto is Just sell the car! They don t care what they put you in they just want your money. I WOULDN T RECOMMEND going here. Here s a pic of the vehicle.

Great buying experience and Lucas and JD were exceptional throughout the entire process! Lucas was knowledgeable, personable, and was focused on ensuring that I had insight into the sales process from start to finish. No surprises! JD continued to check in during the process to also make sure I was taken care of. My questions were answered promptly and thoroughly as well. Great,prompt service. I definitely recommend anyone to go to Ford Gallery to purchase your new or used vehicle. Lucas went above and beyond my wife and I expectations. DJ Chavez went over the top to get the financing we needed to purchase 2023 Ford Bronco and 2024 Ford Edge. Thank you very much helping us pick out the new vehicles that we are so happy to get. The service department once again was awesome. I had no heat in my car and they got me fixed up right the first time. I will definitely keep coming back. The guys behind the desk are very professional and the techs are very knowledgeable.

I had my vehicle serviced here. The service staff was very nice but the salesmen inside need some training.While waiting for my service to be completed I heard a salesman yelling and cussing at the other salesmen. All the whole their supervisor hid in his office and did not address the situation. Once someone told the yelling salesman that I was sitting around the corner he came and apologized a couple of times. The apology was obviously just trying to save face and I suggested he directly the apology to them and not me. He had multiple excuses and not convincing at all.On the other hand the service staff was very friendly. They kept me updated on what was going on and offered to give me a ride wherever I needed if I needed or wanted to go somewhere. They offered good background information and things to look and listen for in the future. They are the only reason I have the rating I did.

Wonderful service!I was traveling to my daughter's house (2 hours from home) and needed assistance. I called the service department right at closing time. Luckily, the service manager answered, talked me through my worries, and even came out to check on me so I wouldn't be stranded the night before a holiday. He also offered that if I brought the car in when they re-opened, they would squeeze in an appointment for me. It was wonderful to have reassurance, some peace of mind (not have to worry the entire holiday), and know my car would be checked as soon as possible.When I came in to the service department, the staff was aware of my situation. Everyone was extremely helpful and they got my car safe to resume my trip. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness.

The service guy was about 15 minutes late but did call ahead of time and gave me the heads up. He was polite and quick at fixing the two airbag recalls.

I purchased a vehicle 3 months ago here. Paid $19k...$13k was financed, $6k was cash down. I've put 3k miles on it since purchasing it. I am currently trying to trade this vehicle and am being told the vehicle is worth $7300 and that I need to get myself an attorney. Will be hiring an attorney & contacting the BBB to have this handled appropriately.Buyer beware!!!!

financed a 2020 Nissan rogue sport s not even 4 months ago and already need brakes and only drove 1500 miles! How do y all not check brake pads and rotors before you give a car to someone? Definitely won t be bringing it to you guys for service if you couldn t even check that and I waited almost a week to even get the car! And was suppose to get a warranty for $2000+ and everytime I called the number for it no one answered the phone!

Gallery Ford is the best! All the staff are AMAZING. They were professional, courteous, and went out of their way to help me after my credit had taken a hit after having a car accident. If you need a car, look no further! They'll take good care of you! Happy Holidays!

We had honestly went to just look at a vehicle in lot not to buy. We were looking for a used Ford Edge but in the end we went with a new 2024 Ford Edge and the experience was pleasant and not nerve-wracking at all. From our salesman to management everyone was wonderful personable and knowledgeable. I recommend Gallery Ford for all your car buying needs!

Scott & his guys have worked on my van several times, & I have never had a problem with their service. Scott went to bat for me with the service manager of another dealership where they errantly "failed" the van during a system check. It's always good to find out who you can trust!!

Great services as always. The reason for four stars (would be 4.5, if possible) is because they actually did more than asked. Rotated my tires when asked not to (not factory rims to be clear). Such a minor issue, but still the best service I ve had or found. Always a good experience and their employees are always professional and courteous.

These gentlemen I feel, went way beyond what I would have expected them to in order to get me in the truck I really needed. Thank you Tim, Jordan, Diego and please forgive me for not remembering the other gentleman's name in that quartet. They were very very helpful and made certain that I understood everything in the process of getting me into this vehicle.

I have never purchased a car through a dealership before, and any time I tried I was completely driven away by sales people who would not take me or my wants seriously. Gallery Ford has been the first exception. I went to test drive a vehicle, intending to spend a good week car shopping before making a decision. Tim, Steve, and Diago spent close to 6 hours with me and worked harder to find a car that met all my needs than I have ever had anyone do. I left with a car that I am SO please with! If you want a hardworking team who actually listens to you, go to Gallery Ford!

I cannot give this place enough praise. I went in thinking I would never be able to afford any of their really nice cars. I expected to be laughed at when I told them my budget because it felt so unrealistic. They were all so friendly and took the time to meet my budget with a car that was practically brand new. I cannot thank Cameron Sylvest enough for being such a wonderful sales representative. Also, Tim for being so patient and helpful throughout the process.

Was a little early for my appointment as I needed to drop the car off and leave. Was told it wasn't a problem and that I would be notified when it was ready for pickup. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the vehicle was ready.

Tim did it for me and my family. I finally got my 2019 Nissan Rogue. He is an awesome sales manager that actually talks to people that come in. Go to Gallery Ford in Pekin!!! Don t go to uftring or Sam Lemon!!!!

Overall not an A+ dealership. Main complaints, online pricing was a gimmic, tried to say trade in value "includes tax credit" (creative accounting), and tried to add nearly $3k of "extras" that I didn't ask for and that didn't exist. Positive was the staff. Cameron was there to sell, but treated me like a human being and handled my pickyness well. I would return for the right deal but be cautious of this dealership.

I recently bought a Ford Maverick from Gallery Ford. Having purchased 5 vehicles combined in our family from Velde Ford. The locally family owned business served Pekin for many years and Gallery had "big shoes' to fill.Im happy to say that my experience was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The sales manager worked with my less than perfect credit and made a deal that I was happy with. Our young salesman Noah made his first sale with us and we enjoyed being part of that. These guys called me twice an hour for days promise me all kinds of stuff ran my credit I get down there they run it again run it into the floor I still don't have a car they didn't help me at all if anything they're just liars and Crooks I was doing everything I could to build my credit and I built it from 5:20 to 6:50 it's at 5:30 right now because of them and I can't even get anything from anywhere because of them I have 18 hard inquiries on my credit because of them 18 what would you say

Amazing people good service and excellent sales associates. Wonderful management. They worked really hard to get us into a car that fit our needs and our budget.
