After someone backed into my wife s car, we took it to D s. We are thoroughly impressed with their work! They worked quickly and were great at communicating with us during the entire process! They are super friendly and we cannot even tell there was any damage. Thank you D s Paint and Body!

D's performed an outstanding job repairing my wife's Jeep (Royal). My wife wanted some tweaks done on her Jeep after we picked it up. D's did not hesitate to schedule the Jeep's return to the shop and repair what she desired to have fixed on the Jeep. We are quite delighted with their job.

Dropped off my truck Sunday afternoon to have a dent fixed in the front fender. While washing it before I took it in I noticed another dent over the gas door. I called Monday to tell them I would like to get the dent above the gas door fixed too. They called their PDR guy right away and got an estimate the same day. They kept me informed of every step my truck was at their shop. They finished all the repairs by Wednesday a day earlier than promised. The work was fantastic and they are a pleasure to work with!!! I will definitely use them again if I need more work done. 5/5 rating. Thank you for doing a great job!!Kent

you did an amazing job on my "Ruby" jeep. The "quality" of your work was amazing. Also, the constant texts on the progress of the jeep. You had it done faster than I had expected. Good job D's!!!!

I'm new to Peoria IL and decided to stop by regarding my front bumper. What stood out for me is the excellent professionalism and warm atmosphere despite the cold weather. D's Paint & Body Shop has been in business a while and truly rivals any other place. From there experienced staff to their many options. I highly recommend anyone needed body work done to have a visit. Thanks again.

Riley and Judy are great, both very helpful & honest. Perfect job on the rear bumper replacement on my 2013 Scion FRS. I won't go to anyone else, highly recommended.

D's Pant & Body Shop (North Pekin) did an amazing job fixing our truck! They are a State Farm authorized shop and everything was handled through them with NO problems or hassle. Heather kept me up to date with supply chain issues (which is NOT their fault). They worked with our insurance and returned it truck as good as new. Their technicians know how to repair vehicles and take the time to ensure that everything is back to normal. Thank you SO much! Repaired my car after i hit a deer. They got my car done super quickly even though they were busy. Kept me updated regularly with the status of my car. Car was done before they said it would be. I had a WONDERFUL experience with D s staff, and the customer service was excellent. They provided excellent communication and did a great job with my car. I wish I could give 5 *s, but there we just a few issues that occurred that I just cannot justify a glowing review. Before I go into those, however, I will say that they worked well with me and (somewhat) my insurance company to get my car fixed. I was run into by a deer during rutting season and I lost my sideview mirror and both driver side doors were dented pretty badly. The things they did well:-- negotiated with insurance so I didn't have to. (I might have gotten more out of them had I done this myself, but I've no patience for such things.)-- Got my side view mirror on quickly so I had that for driving purposes.-- Good job of detailing the car.Ok, so here are the issues I had:-- Time. I was hit on the 5th of Nov, and D's finally got me in on Nov. 30. No big deal since the car was drivable, BUT a week later they called me and said they were going to order parts. That was a week of rental car (yes, paying for it myself) and they hadn't even started working on my car. It took 2 more weeks after that to get the car back. (That's a LOT of car rental cost).-- I had to pester them a bit to get the job done. Again, not sure but 3 weeks seems to me like plenty of time to replace a couple doors and a mirror. They advertise that they would rather explain the price than apologize for the quality. Well, they ended up apologizing. Seems like they would have liked to have kept the car longer, but I'm not sure why.In summary, while they seemed very customer oriented in the beginning, they took a long time to get the job done and didn't communicate with me very well once they had the car. Not sure I would "recommend" them but then I wouldn't say "don't go there" either. More a "hope it goes better for you" kind of comment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recently involved in a car accident and we had our van towed to D's. They were amazing!! They kept us informed on all of the repairs. They were great dealing with the other drivers insurance company. The staff was super friendly as well. Highly recommend them for any autobody or paint work.

D's did thousands of dollars of hail damage repair on 2 of my vehicles and they did a tremendous job. They were done with both within a few days of me dropping them off, and they notified me throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Worked with Insurance to get my car fixed after a minor incident. My car was done a day early. I was kept up to date on what was being done. Very professional and thoughtful. It was a smooth process and I highly recommend them.

The guys at D's were honest, honorable & fair. They take the time to treat every customer like a person not a pricetag. They know their stuff & don't take advantage of people who don't. They went above & beyond to work with me in my situation & with my schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone with autobody needs.

Brought my father's 2006 Mustang GT to get a rocker panel fixed. Agreed to the detail service. The car spent two and a half days, the second day they called and said they would put the car in the garage "so nothing happens to it." The next day we went to pick it up and it had new chips in the paint on the driver side and in the windshield as if someone had pulled out of the space next to it and thrown the gravel against it. We have photographic evidence it was not there prior to visit. They told us it was there already, including the chip in the windshield, and when he buffed it, everything showed up because there "is no clear coat on the car." I asked how that explained the windshield and got no answer. When asked to fix it they refused and said they would have to paint the whole car because "it is too hard to match black and clear coat." Sandrock owner refused to speak to us and sent a lackey who would only say, "It was already there," and "it isn't our fault." I will never return to their "business," and I make sure to tell everyone I can about what happened. It isn't right to take advantage of a senior.

I was just here to get an estimate. They took me right when my appointment was and and were very efficient delivering the estimate to me in about 15 mins. The estimate was right in l UK ne with my independent research. And I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me to get the work done. So for it's been a great exoerience.

Riley helped get out a pretty decent size dent in the rear passenger side of my vehicle free of charge!!! Such a friendly establishment that truly cares about their relationship with their customers! I will be back again if I ever need it!
