All I have to say is (well maybe not the only thing) BUT this was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. They made the process so easy. I typically get anxious when making purchases but not here. They made the experience so exciting. They took the time to actually go through everything thoroughly on my new rig. I could go on an on but I think y all get the idea. Do not go anywhere but Cupi s. They will forever an always have our service! Thank you all again!

Horrible customer service. They were so rude to us and we bought a brand new machine from them. They didn't want to work on it after it had a frame swap. I would run from this place! Go somewhere else I would have given them a zero star if I could have!

Great customer service, but I was largely disappointed that I could not make a purchase and work with this dealer. Due to the fact that they do not take trades, I had to take my 2021 bike and purchase elsewhere. With so few dealers in the Central Illinois area to work with that are reputable, I really wanted to do business with this place. First motorcycle dealership I have met that only wants to work with new units.

The staff and the customer service is hoenstly second to none!!! I've always been treated like family here, the atmosphere is always welcoming and they are people of their word. Great prices and knowledgeable mechanics. I've taken multiple bikes here for the last few years I've lived in this area and I'll always continue to use them for their services. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Best showroom in the area, knowledgeable sells person and great experience buying my motorcycle from them until I had to speak with the finance lady, she is super rude, guess she was mad she had to stay a little late for a customer and she did not like explaining the financing options. Will definitely buy another motorcycle from them but next time will be cash just to avoid talking to that rude finance lady

Took in my Bike for routine maintenance. I'm a new rider so I'd never been to a bike shop before. They took care of everything that needed to be done, it was quick and efficient. The price was fair and the people I delt with were professional and answered all my questions. Will definitely be going back if I need anything else done! Shout-out to Nick in the service department for the good work, he's the man!

Wow is what I have to say!! Absolutely fabulous service!! From Howard and everyone in showroom to service department. We had purchased a demo model of a Fugelman and had only rode it around for about 4 hours and it started missing. We called and Alex worked on it but still couldn't stop it from running rough. In the shop they worked more on it and got it running right for us. It took about 2 days and we were able to have it for weekend. Everyone was super courteous and helpful. If I could have given Cupi's a rating of 10 I would have. I will definately recommend them to anyone in future. Thank you all!!!!

They set the valve lash like I had asked, and put oil in my Honda trx 400 ex. Waited almost 2 weeks without a call updating me on what they were doing to it. I called them and they had asked if I had a jam nut for the valve adjusters, after telling me they had already ordered one and had ran my bike. I told them that they were all there when I had last checked the valves. So somehow it s still inside the engine at which they continued to fire up and run. I had then asked if they took the clutch cover off to see if they could try to get it out, and they said yes. Then when I went to pick up my quad all the plastics were off of it, and then the guy servicing it told me he had never taken the clutch cover off. Told me it could cost anywhere up to a grand to fish out. Very disappointed. Don t tell me you did something that you didn t do and waste my time and money.

I bought a 2020 polaris general xp1000 4 seater. They were very professional and kind. The salesman Howard was super cool felt like I knew him my whole life. I will be doing continued business at Cupis.I lost alot of respect for cupis all I ask was for 1 email to be sent for insurance could take care of my extended warranty 9 days all I needed was copies of my service order. I had to drive 2 hours to go get it the owner said we are short staffed and been busy I understand that but I don't think your to busy to get money from customers my friends and family have bought 8 sxs from cupis and they will not be going back. Customer service keeps customers

I couldn't ask for better service from a dealership. After calling over 50 dealers looking for a specific machine, getting rude salesman, no call backs, hung up on, I called Cupi's. The nicest people I've dealt with at a dealer by far. The salesman even gave me his personal number and was texting me updates and pictures of my machine, great customer service. I'm very happy with the entire purchasing experience with them, thank you!!

As usual, the entire staff treated us with professionalism and kindness We have purchased multiple machines from Robin and his team each and every time they continue to amaze us...their customer service and attention to detail are always impressive....Alex and his crew in the service department are absolutely amazing and work us in and get all of our service done in a very timely manner Howard in the sales department has been A real blessing by always finding the machines that we need...Thank you to Sara for always doing our paperwork properly and for the whole crew at Cupis We're honored to be part of your family

Just bought a new RZR Pro XP from them. Great price on the machine and very easy to deal with. Took care of everything on the phone, signed the paperwork in person and I was out of there in less than 30 min.

I live in peoria and been using the big local motorcycle shop in town here for years. But due to poor customer service and several let downs for many many years I couldn't yake it any more. I choose cupis motor mall for the first time a few weeks back for my 02 Honda goldwing. I dropped it off they were very welcoming being a new customer they showed me around and asked what my concerns were and what they would due to try to help my problems. They communicated several times during my service whenever i asked questions and kept me up to date. Fixed my bike promptly and I could not be any happier I will be using them for many years to come thanks again for all you do for us

Bought my first motorcycle in the fall of 2021 and knew something wasn t right. I couldn t cruise at a speed without the bike cutting out every second or so. Previous owner cut the mufflers off without changing the jets. Didn t learn until a buddy looked at it but the bike was running extremely lean.Took my bike in a week ago and picked it up yesterday. Couldn t believe the difference they made.It s hard to find someone who can work on carbs well around here. They gave my bike back and genuinely impressed me. I would recommend to anyone with a carburetor.Very friendly staff and I didn t see a customer there without a smile on their face.Paid about $550 for two carbs to be rebuilt, rejetted, tested, and also fix a coolant leak.If you want something done right, come here.

I was exceptionally pleased. Not only did they have the parts needed in stock, they fixed my Slingshot in about a half hour at no charge. I didn't buy the slingshot here but they just provided service at a level that will make me a repeat customer.

Great people to do business with..very friendly...my buddy bought a brand new CF Moto 800cc and we figured it would be a couple days to uncrate it and put it together....Nope...did it same day of purchase and only 2 hrs and was on trailer to go home....Now thats service at its finest....will def be back for sure...i give them a 5 stars for how easy they made it for us..thanks Cupi's!!

The gold standard in customer service! Howard and his wife had me in and out within 25 min of purchasing a SxS. 15years of off road experience and I ve never had the costumer service these guys provided.

Robin, Rusty and Nick were great to work with. They took care of a RZR issue under warranty and were very informative, got my issues resolved very fast and explained in detail everything they did. They know the machines very well. Great experience! Keep it up guys- there isn't a place in the area like this so go there with confidence.

I really appreciate Cupi's. Tim and the counter/parts crew are great to work with. Rusty and the service crew are also top notch. I feel good about leaving my machine with them and trust them to do things correctly. They will go our of their way to help you solve problems. Best in the area in my experience.

Bought my very 1st motorcycle thru here recently along with my husband buying his. Had to order mine & although they couldn't get the color I originally ordered I am still happy with what I ended up with! All of the staff are polite & did a great job!!

Response to the owner.This would be week four of your company having my part, two attempts at ordering parts and zero phone calls from any of your staff these past several weeks. If that's fair,professional or good business please say so. If you would like to change my opinion or review, offer me a better experience. Respond to this post, leave me your name & I will gladly come talk to you this week. Also, why is it your company cant order the tires I requested? You are a large dealer in our area & one of the few still around. We can order anything from a cell phone but a dealer couldn't order the tires. I had to turn to ebay & then have you mount them.

A little mixed here you can get really good prices on offroad machines but the service department is more expensive than others aroundReply : mainly basic services i had an oil change and basic service and ended up costing me more than my local shop charges by 50 bucks but needed it done and they were booked out. Service was great people there are always amazing and when it comes to buying a new machine i always come to you first. You all beat the nearest competitors by $700 out the door on my last atv.
