I'm a transporter I've been waiting made an appointment it was pretty empty now they are loading 4 car haulers wen I'm only here to pickup a trailer. Worst copart EVER

Poor service when it comes to pickup cars. Truckers that are on the electronic logs be ready to burn 2 to 3 hours for pickup and if there is a few trucks picking up lots of cars forget you will be here all day even if you just came for one car. Bad bad experience

Terrible service. Even if you make an appointment, you still have to wait about an hour or more to receive your vehicle. On top of that, the the employees lack professionalism and basic decency. The manager Chris ha no knowledge of management and does not provide any value to Copart. We are all trying to do our jobs, Copart at this location forgot how to do it. There is no value or vision. No need to do business with companies that employ people that do not care about the business itself. "Leader in online Salvage and Insurance Auto Auctions", that is a joke. Try to find someone else to rewrite your mission, vision and values because you don't have any, and what you have on the walls means nothing to your own staff.

This place is extremely understaffed & workers are super slow, wait time to pick up a car is insanely long. Hire more employees for crying out loud..

Based on my experience, Copart will never take responsibility for their actions. The vehicle I purchased showed no damage to front bumper from the pictures taken by copart personal. Upon pick up the bumper was broken in multiple places. Damage must had happened at their lot but yet the manager said because it left the lot they will be responsible. So basically their policy is to avoid any responsibility at all cost. Thank you for your honesty and great service.

Sent my girl's car here to be totaled. It's been a little over 3 months ago, when at the time we asked for the items in her car to be sent to us, as she didn't take everything out, being distraught at the time of wreckage. Supposedly they sent them the same week of request.Finally get a box today, said it was sent June 21st and today is now June 28th - over 3 months from the initial request.Sent us back a hand towel, the tire jack and the windshield scrapper. Kept almost $200 worth of items from a very nice car jack to high quality Bluetooth equipment. I know quite well that I'll never see these items again.I mean this with as much professionalism as I can muster at this moment, you're a trash business. And looking at other recent reviews, I can safely say that.Wish 0 stars was an option, but 1 star will have to do. Hope you stub your toes, lose your keys, and suffer numerous inconveniences.

Guys if you visit this Copart be ready to waste your time for 2-3 hours if you pickup 1 vehicle. Also get ready to breeze with dusty air! Careless and slow working forklift operator also will f..ck up your day!!!

Great place to get salvage vehicles project vehicles they do not sell parts they sell the whole vehicle

I don t understand why people who work here like to keep you wanting for no reason... Got here ... empty lot... loader was told to get me loaded... after 30 min I went back inside... only then a guys with attitude got out../

Didnt answer my phone call. Rang forever. Called corporate office they have terrible customer service couldnt answer my simple questions. Trying to get my vehicle picked up is such a headache. They do not tell you there is a $50 gate fee to get in and pick up a vehicle, thats what a local towing company told me. Nickle and dime you everyday it isnt picked up. You can go to the copart transportation app to schedule an appointment to pick up, do not just show up there. Copart didnt tell me this I found out elsewhere. Man horrible communication.

Stole a bunch of stuff from my car when my insurance towed my car there. Like a $1,000 plus. Including stuff of my dead grandpa. Now 4 months later they are hassling me over extra keys. EAD

You ll come at your appointment time and still wait an hour or 2 to get loaded. They have 1 fork lift driver and fall behind. One of the worst Coparts to get loaded at.

what's the point to request for an app installation and create an appointment- if there is still one entitled loader busy with a 9-car semi and the rest of forklifts are just parked near the office? you could easily fire half of the stuff- same service speed, anyway... guy with the attitude finally finished the semi and went for lunch. bro if you don't like.your job - just quit.new loader was much more humble.in total - absolute disrespect to the car haulers' time and work.

4 hour wait to pick up 1 vehicle. Even with appointment. They prioritize rollbacks and semis over pickup trucks so if one pulls in while you re in line you just wait longer as they move you over to the side. This place is a joke and will be the last one I transport from their lot. That s if I don t leave before they bring me the thing. 4 hours and counting .

This is the worst copart place I have ever seen, 20 car hauler waiting and only 1 loader is working. Terrible service, it s 4 hours and I couldn t get my cars yet. Be ready to lose your whole day.

Originally the tow truck driver was extremely rude telling me he would Not wait for my vehicle to because he s busy and has other cars to get. I then speak with Copart Ms. Sam carries on to tell Me rudely that I m going to have to reschedule for another day. I ask to speakTo a manager she directs me to Brittany whom is not a manager and tells me I won t be able to speak to a manger because one won t be available I then say I ll call back when one is available Brittany calls me back anyway I hang up and I call back and speak to Sam.! Sam say here s a manager now.! Chris (The Manager) then gets on the phone and says she has been standing next to both of them the whole time so she knows what s been said. I then asked well why did Brittany say there wasn t a manager available. My entire experience with them has been extremely rude. There needs to be more options in the area I believe that why they operate the way they do.

Poor service, office staff seems to purposely make their and your job harder by unnecessary means. Avoid or charge more to pickup if you can. Be prepared to spend 2 hrs here.

I am giving this star because I don t have the option for 0 stars! Experience here is very bad, as businesses matter. They have no specific sign where is staging area for trucks and trailers, where is loading zone or Any signs to guide you right as a driver! Also, after the jockey move driver all around, saying that spot is not good to park and not good to get loaded, they force you to go out from the yard, do the U turn in the Main Street and get in the yard again, all the way to a back yard fence and stop there to get loaded! If another driver, who checked in after you, like the one that I ll posted to you, was here before and got it in the right spot ahead of you, is getting loaded ahead of you! Next time, if I ll get here again, and will be the same negligence in signs, attitude and communication, I ll call BBB and CNN and spend a week here, if necessary, just to get the things straight. Today, just a WARNING. Drivers deserve more respect!!!

I waited more than 3 hours for one vehicle. There were two other semis in front of me and no amount of pleading got them to load up my one car which would have taken 10 minutes at most. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying a vehicle from this copart if you live out of state. The loaders here are extremely slow and negligent.

They are very rude and do not respect your time. They have a system so you book appointments so it shouldn t take you as long to pick up your vehicles you purchase however now it takes even longer. I took me over 2 hours past my appointment time to pick up one vehicle. What is the purpose of having an appointment?! I don t recommend this place!

Everytime I buy a vehicle there, it's a bad experience. It's like the front desk and office people go out of their way to be rude to you. The younger ladies seem nice, friendly, and helpful. But the older women are exceptionally rude, combative, and vindictive, seemingly for no reason. Never seen anything like this. Almost like they're miserable, so you are going to be too. And they intentionally kept my driver waiting and let transports go ahead of him, out of spite, I would guess. So disappointed in Copart. So sad.

The worst experience you can ever get, slow office workers that have no idea what they have to do!They cant understand what is what, use the app to set appointment, or use kiosk to get in line ....Rude , slow loaders ... what is this place even ?!(Even tho you have 2 loaders , seems like one of them is always slacking somewhere)What is going on with this Copart ?!This place is total failure!!!

Picked up plenty of cars here at this location. The staff I run into are very friendly and helpful, that's very unusual for the big Copart auctions. Never had an issue, asked plenty of times for my vehicle not to be lifted by a forklift and they were kind enough to drive my car out.

Not going to leave a paragraph long review, but this is the most crooked business I ve yet to see, I don t know what they do to the cars to get them out that gate but wow I m shocked not even 40 feet off the lot the whole thing shuts off, every light is on that is clearly not a run and drive. this is a email by the Copart Manager Once the car leaves my care, control, custody, even if for one minute, there is nothing to discuss.
