Took my mom's car here for tires and alignment. They said a ball joint needed replacement, which we had done along with the tires and alignment. Get the car back and it still pulled hard to the right. Take the car back in and they look at it, said they missed a repair that should have been completed when the replaced the ball joint. We are told to bring it back the next day and they would fix it no charge. Get the car back and it still pulled to the right even after the repairs. We were told that it drove fine when they test drove it and any pulling to the right was due to the curve of the road. Flash forward to today. I take her car for an oil change and ask them to check the car over. They discover the tires were improperly mounted and balanced on the rim. The tire manufacturers have dots placed on the tire to indicate where the valve stem should be installed. The valve stems were no where near where they should be. So to counter the improper installation, they added extra weights to the tire to try and balance it. 550 grams of weight were added to one tire that once mounted properly only needed 150 grams. I was also told this was a safety issue until it was corrected. Don't take your vehicle here for service because obviously a tire shop doesn't know how to install tires. This place was a lot better when it was Tommy House.

I had all my tires replaced a year ago and one of them ended up wearing due to a poor install. I had to use another tire place on a Sunday and ended up having to replace the tire due to it being beyond repairable. I called Best One and informed them since the tires I originally purchased were still under warranty. They refunded the full cost of both tires, no questions asked! Klaus did a great job and showed amazing customer service! Thanks so much for all your help. I would definitely recommend this business!!

I went to have an alignment done on my 2001 Peterbilt, but they weren't able to do it. The previous attempt by another shop didn't replace my shims when taken apart. Best One didn't have the shims in stock. Klaus referred me to someone who could possibly get me in the same day and they were able to get me in. Many shops won't refer you to someone else, they just tell you to hang around a day and wait on parts. In trucking that is not always an option. Thank you very much for your help.

I bought ultra high performance tires and was sold 9 year old tires. One of the tires never would stay aired up and was all bubbled out on the inside when I took it back to their shop. I finally got new tires installed but she voided all warranty on them due to grass being under my car and "blood" on my bumper. I guess if you live in the country and have dead bugs on your vehicle that voids your warranty. Just as well because I will never enter the establishment again.

My daughter had a flat tire. I brought the tire in to be looked at, Aaron, Dustin and Klaus are awesome employees! They fixed it and I couldn t of had better service! Fast, friendly and very professional! Thanks again guys!

Just passing through Peoria on the interstate when I started to get a real bad shake in the front end of my truck. They close at 5 I called at 4:30 they got me in and out with 2 new front tires by 5:30. The old ones needed replaced anyway. Fixed the shake and got me back on the road on good time. Very good service. Good prices. I definately recommend.

I've been coming back here for many years and they always do a good job. Their prices are extremely competitive! They have free balance and rotations for the life of the tire.

I love the service. The tires are great. And they work with my family as if they was family. They let me know what was wrong with my truck and gave me a estimate on how much to fix it. I'm coming back for more automotive work

Worst customer experience i've dealt with in years of car collecting. Lie about their cars, don't admit to their lies after being confronted, and are overall scammers. (to sum it up) Would NOT recommend to anyone who has expectations.
