Was in for polishing compound had many to choose from. Also had many other supplies for car detailing available. Was able to get in and out very fast. Cashier was pleasant and made the process easy. Parking was also very easy and abundant.

Great company love the options. On the other hand they have one rude employee and it's the old guy. He will straight walk into you and tell you to move. While an employee is helping you. Undeserved disrespect.

If you need a car part..Theyll tell you the other store has one. The other store. Uhh nope. It does not...but lucky you! Lucks on your side.. the one you just came from. Does have one in stock...They do not. Save yourself some time. Order online.

I had a wonderful experience with auto zone in Pekin. I put my address in wrong and long story short I had the sweetest person deliver my battery to my house. She was so nice and caring. I will become a lifetime customer.Thank you

Big shout out to Wes S. at Pekin AutoZone and the rest of the team. Bad day plus car trouble, manager was great in answering questions beforehand, made a special trip back to help when my check wouldn't go through. Wes was very patient and helped tremendously improve the bad day I'd been having, and changed the battery out for me saving me a trip and added expenses! God bless you all, thank you so much for your help today and biggest thanks to Wes and manager for going out of their way when they didn't have to! On a scale of 0-10 for the day I walked in at -1 and left feeling 11+!

Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I screwed up big time ordering the wrong parts (didn't know the year of my son's car apparently) and they were so patient helping me get it switched out without a single complaint or eye roll.

Loved this place for a while, but with the new employees kinda changed the way I feel about it now. A few of the employees are not so friendly kind of rude actually. Good product's great manager and area manager. Clean pretty knowledgeable. If you can get passed the rudeness of a couple employees then it's not a bad place to shop at.

So I walk in and think it would be better for me to by the part in person. I asked if he needed the part number. He says he knows what he s doing. I go home rest up and go to put my new part in and ITS THE WRONG ONE!!! So I m told I would get the right one and a discount. So when I go get the right part I get told I was just given the wrong one then he throws the part at me then tells me you re good now have a great day. I m over going there at all. Never again.

An employee named Wes S in the Pekin Store went out of his way to help me and diagnose the issue with my car. I was convinced that customer service was a thing of the past and I would never experience it again, but this young man absolutely made my day today. Thank you Wes!

Cool staff. Handled my call about a specific air freshener I was looking for for my boyfriend's car (tiny turbo shaped one). The team member was honest with me about a specific feature I was looking for. It wasn't exactly like what I saw online at another website but it was close enough and the team member was so nice I went with it anyway.

Bravo to the clerk taking care of the lady in front of me in line. She didn t want to pay $20 for a windshield wiper but complained that the $12 wiper was too cheap and wouldn t last long enough. He had patience and grace with a most difficult customer.

Rick and Dean were so incredibly helpful during my visit today. They were quick to direct me to all of the different products that I needed and helped me make informed decisions without trying to upsell me anything or suggesting things that I didn t need. They organized themselves to be able to help other customers while quickly installing the different items on my vehicle. There were some challenges and obstacles with my vehicle, but they navigated it well and made sure I was taken care of. Really appreciate their customer service and attitude! It s evident that they care about their customers and want them to leave taken care of.

I had one of the best experiences with the crew at this AutoZone. They were kind, helpful and ensured that I left with satisfaction. The staff went beyond great customer service to care. There is a gentleman here that goes above and beyond any person I've ever met that works in an outpart store . He is very knowledgeable and friendly and eager to help. Other employees are great as well. But this one goes about and beyond to show his appreciation for customers. Quite rare nowadays. Good people at this location. Other auto part shops in town are very rude over the phone, in person. Act like it's a huge problem when you have a question won't go anywhere else for parts.

Had a great experience stopped because my battery was acting up. I was helped by a very nice,polite young lady cant remember her name think it started with a L. It was on wed july 29th around 3:15 . She looked my info up I was under warranty and she changed it and did an awesome job. I will be back to this Pekin location great job!!

Rick L was a super huge help tonight with my windshield wiper reservoir not working properly. He knew the exact part to have the employee get and then he even helped install it on the spot in no time! What amazing service! Thank you!

Misplaced parts and wrong price signage on oil products an filters an wouldn't honor price. There was one! Employee there that waited on us an was very helpful. He even said that since it was labeled wrong they would most likely give it to us at that price since we had already got everything we needed an was at the checkout with it all. He was also shocked at his managers actions. The manager never even spoke to us even when he walked by shaking his head an we asked him about it he didn't even stop to tell us anything. He simply dismissed us as no bodies!! Well your customers are everything an only thing you got as a business. An all I've seen this business do is throw out empty hearted apologies after the fact and not make any effort to make things right or even offer an incentive to return to your store!!! It's sad how you treat your customers!!

I came in today for a battery for my truck and the manager Rick L has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me figure why my truck won t run right. After a few trips he helped me fix all of my issues s. In my opinion this man needs a raise for being here in his day off to help me.

We took our mini van in to have the battery checked, and the store manager, Rick L, came right out to assist us as soon as I popped the hood. He got all of the equipment needed for that as well as helped with replacing a washer nozzle in the hood. He was very personable and we joked back and forth while his associates got parts for us and Rick and Paul another employee installed the new battery for us and continued to joke back and forth with my husband and myself. We really enjoyed our service, and I always insist on going to AutoZone to check out whatever is wrong with my car. They always have the parts in stock if I need them, and even have installed a few batteries for me over the years. They also never pressure to buy something if you're not comfortable with the price too!

I was in from out of town and my check engine light came on. I stopped at Auto Zone and a manager (Rick L) came out to my vehicle and discovered a dirty air filter and broken vacuum line. Not only did he get me the right parts but came out and installed it! I was by myself so having someone who knew how to do it correctly was a life saver. My vehicle is running better than before I left for the trip! Great customer service! Thank you!

The girl that works there likes to condescend to the customers. I had called ahead. I said I needed brakes at the counter...knowing I needed disc pads. Before j could say brake pads, she felt it necessary to make it known not once, but twice that I had said "brakes". Not sure what that matters, since the gentleman I spoke to on the phone had already pulled what I needed from the back room. Very uncomfortable standing there with her waiting for my payment to run. I kept it cordial. On a different day, I'd have taken the time to address the issue. Just damn rude.
